Love love this store! Everything so cute and good deal! I love the crafty detail they have. This is the store that I always check out every aisle and look at everything they have, and always have something to buy.

I really love this store, you can find pretty things with a very good price! Always clean, excelent service, variety of products (beauty, school supplies, house keeping, kitchen utensils) and they always offer something new to buy!

I really like this store! Always so clean and organized. The staff is always helpful and the prices are incredible… most of the prices are at 1.50 only per item and quality is always above average.

This Daiso is pretty the same as all the other ones in terms of appearance, quality, and cleanliness. Although some vary in size and the types of merchandise sold; for the most part you should be able to find you’re looking for at any Daiso unless there’s a popular item trending.
I’ve been to several Daisos before and I never had an issue with any of the stuff I bought there. Certain things are definitely a steal here like those really small batteries that you need for your car keys, office supplies, and other mischellanous items. It’s almost like walking into a 99 cent store, where you only need one thing and end up walking out with more. It’s always interesting walking into a Daiso because you never know what kind things you’ll end up purchasing out of sheer curiousity.
In the end, everything is priced at $ 1.50 except for certain items, and the quality is decent for what you’re paying, so splurge on!

I LOVE Daiso! this review is simply for my last experience at this specific location. There was this older woman working there and it was really busy; my total came out to a little over $ 6 and I saw the sign and she specified that it had to be debit due to their policy. I swiped my card and while I did so, she attended to another customer at another register– I totally understood as there was a couple of people behind us so I get it, she’s trying to be efficient. However, I mistakenly pressed credit because I RARELY use my debit card for any purchases. I had informed her that I accidentally pressed credit so I needed to re-​swipe she clicked some button or something on the computer and immediately after she went and attended to ANOTHER customer; at this point I was irritated because it went back to the signature screen for credit. I began to get impatient because first of all, she was callous from the beginning and second of all, I informed her that I needed to reswipe for debit. So I had just signed it and waited for her to attend to me again which took her a little while as well. I was dead exhausted from a long train ride so I honestly wanted to get a couple of things from Daiso and then rest when I got home.
Once she saw that it ran as credit she looked at me like I was stupid and said «I told you to run it through as debit but you didn’t listen…» Seriously? DO NOT speak to me like a child! It’s not my fault that you didn’t pay attention to what I said; I definitely expressed to her that I needed to re-​swipe since I accidentally pressed credit. I work in customer service as well and speaking to any one of my guests like that would result in serious consequences! I know this is just a little retail store however that is INEXCUSABLE! Daiso needs to retrain this specific associate in appropriate customer service. She also proceeded to say that due to me pressing credit, there might be an «extra charge» which I doubt. Smh. I’ll probably never visit this Daiso again unless necessary.

Clean, bright and easy to navigate. Small compare to the ones in Japan. Lots of cute stuff. Staff is friendly. Most things are $ 1.50. Everything is final sale. I could spend a good amount do time here just looking.

I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t been to Daiso in a while and things have changed, but this location had high shelves so it makes it seem like they have more items. Also the layout makes the store seem like there’s a lot of product in it.

This location doesn’t have a lot of stuff compared to other Daisos and its smaller compared to the others as well

Daiso is the best! Everything is $ 1.50 but they have some pretty useful stuff. A lot of things I’d never buy from a dollar store as well, but still lots of good things too! Perfect for gift bags, cards, and little extra things like pocky to throw in with a gift.

I am new to the area but it sure didn’t take me long to discover Daiso had opened in LB! I’m so glad I don’t have to wait to visit DTLA to get my Daiso on. This store is my go to for all my around the house didnt-​know-​i-​needed-​needs. (I like to think of it as a grown up Sanrio.) Need a sponge with a super cute smiley face? Check. How about a strawberry print trash bin? Check. Ok, not into super kawaii stuff? Then get outta here! No I’m just kidding. You’ll still find what you need. Screwdrivers, tea sets, gift wrap, sun visors, etc all for the low price of $ 1.50… Now if only I had a pen-​pal to write to so I could use all my cute stationary I get here.

This store is amazing! It was my first visit ever to a Daiso, so I don’t have anything to compare it to besides mom & pop discount/​dollar stores. I AM IN LOVE. It is super clean, modern, and has anything you could need for your home, plus things you didn’t know you needed/​wanted. The majority of the items are $ 1.50. If not, the higher items are clearly marked. For instance, I bought some slippers, one a smaller size and one a larger. The larger size slippers were $ 2.00 instead of $ 1.50.
The store also has adorable little carts for your shopping basket, and it is very easy to maneuver in the store. I bought a spiral cord organizer for my tangled mess of internet cables and it inspired a complete clean-​up and redesign of my living room, so beware of the AMAZING side effects of this store ;) But really, I was extremely impressed with how well the cord spiral organizer held up with all of the chords I organized it with.
Watch out December… I am coming back for Christmas shopping. I’m on a budget, and no one will tell the difference!

Seriously spent a good two hours wandering around, trying to figure out what some of the items were meant for.
If you like to organize, they have loads of containers. Most everything is $ 1.50, some items are a bit lower in price, some a bit higher.
They have craft supplies, art supplies, gardening stuff, bathroom, home, clothing, kids toys, food (imported), kitchenware (some random items, like a stamp for your sandwiches), and personal hygiene goods. I’ve not even touched the surface with this list.
I’ve been to the one on Pioneer in Artesia, but I’m incredibly happy to see one local. I’ve visited twice in the last month and will be back.

Such a cute fun store. Glad they opened up here. They have kitchen wares, stationary, snacks, make up, hats, & tons of organizational boxes and trays. I’ll definitely be back! Their snacks and cookies are good too!

When I walked in I didn’t know where to begin! There’s so much cute stuff… little trinkets, utensils, knick-knacks…fun! I came specifically for the Hello Kitty marshmallows since it was perfect for a gag birthday gift & still useful because it can be eaten. My guys snagged themselves mango flavored drinks and the Husband chose a milk tea – pretty exciting because we love milk tea bobas. The prices are low, low, low… if it’s more than a dollar, the checker makes it a point to let you know, «It’s 2.00 $, is that okay?» Let me think… SURE! I think it’s pretty funny that before every sale they stress (in a very polite way) that all sales are final… don’t even think about making a return or an exchange here folks. Come check this place out.

The ever growing and popular Japan based dollar store ($ 1.50 unless marked) has hit close to home! I work in Torrance and there are many locations there, but I’m so happy that this location just opened up! It’s within walking distance from my place!
For anyone new to Daiso, they have so many things at such a low price! Anywhere from writing utensils, dishware, clothing, snacks, and many other items!
Just a note that all purchases are final. Credit card usage is minimum of $ 10. Debit or cash has no minimum.

I heard they sell rollerballs, so I went to check it out. Yes they do! 5ml, 7ml & 10ml glass rollerballs with a screw on top. Perfect for my essential oils. I love this store, so many cute buys. This location is brand new. It’s bright, clean and well organized. Parking was easy, staff were helpful & kind, and I found everything I was looking for. A successful trip indeed.

Opening weekend, for spending over $ 25 and showing my receipt to the guy out front, I got to spin the wheel. I won a $ 5 Starbucks gift card!
So many useful items but you may walk out of there with something you probably didn’t need but hey, it’s only $ 1.50 (on most items).

So many ridiculously cool items can be found at this 100 yen shop. Clothing, stationery, housewares and snacks. I love buying supplies for work and school. I’m excited about this new location being so close to home!
