I have a MacBook Pro 2009 Unibody model. Unfortunately, the backlight gave out and I have to replace the whole screen. I’ve worked with this company before to fix broken iPhone screens so I figured why not? Took my laptop for a quote. The younger technician took a quick look at it, then went on his computer(I suppose to research a price on a screen replacement), and told me it’d be about $ 200 or so. Great, I know now how much to allocate for my next paycheck! Well, why did this technician feel the need to: 1) Look exceedingly uninterested in the work? 2) Tell me that I’m wasting my my money in fixing the screen? Last I checked, as the customer, I can do whatever I please with my items. It’s not YOUR job to tell me what I’m doing wrong; it’s YOUR job to FIX the problem that I as the CUSTOMER present to you and take my money. Needless to say, I have researched far better places and will take my business there.

My phone had many cracks and was even missing parts of the actual screen. They replaced the glass and screen and my iPhone now looks brand new. It was a very quick process, for a good price and with very friendly service.
