Cool place, love the variety of bagels and cream cheese, as well as alternative options like Nutella. Bagels are reasonably priced and the staff is good at creating you as you walk in the door. They work quick and seem to be in good spirits. It makes a difference with customer service when staff has a positive attitude. I got a Spicy Devil Topper and it’s delicious! ******TIP****: Monday’s they have a bakers dozen of bagels for $ 6!

This place has great bagels and a great staff. Only reason why they don’t get a full 5 stars is that I’m a usual customer but they still make a few mistakes here and there on my coffee order. Overal, pricing is good and coffee is great. Destiny and Janeth are great at what they do. Always greet you and make sure your order is correct.

Came in near noon on a Sunday, and it wasn’t busy at all. Since it was my first time, it took me a few minutes to explore the menu. They have quite a lot of options! With no line, I was able to order immediately and the person helping me was really nice. I felt like something on the healthier side, yet hearty, so I went with the Southwest Egg White sandwich. I usually try to stay away from bagels, but now that I’ve discovered their«thintastic» style, I will probably be stopping in more frequently! Though the pepper jack cheese and the tomatillo salsa were spread thin, the turkey sausage and everything bagel added more seasoning and depth of flavors. I enjoyed every single bite! The portion may be small for those with big appetites, but for me, it was just right. What topped off this great first experience at Einstein Bros was the iced coffee! I liked being able to add as much ice as I like(not too much), and pouring their cold brew myself. I even added a touch of their hazelnut coffee for flavor & a splash of milk. The coffee was good & strong! It fueled me well into the evening. :)

I’ve been here twice and I love the bagels! Both times I was getting bagels for work, so I got 13. The staff was really patient with me cause I chose which ones I wanted instead of the grab and go box. I like how they have so many different flavor a of cream cheese. My favorite is the smoked salmon. I just wish the tubs were bigger, or you got three tubs for 13 bagels. I don’t know about you, but I love me some cream cheese!

I had been craving a good bagel for ages and I was SO happy to find an Einstein Bros not terribly far away. I got an «herbivore» on a 9 Grain Bagel today for breakfast and I almost ordered another when I was done eating it! It was so simple– just a bagel, garlic and herb shmear, arugula, tomato, and cucumber– but it was so good! I also ordered a few bagels for later and was so excited to have my cranberry bagel for lunch. I also had a chai tea latte which sadly was too weak for me, but I was still so happy to found such yummy bagels it didn’t much bother me. The girls behind the counter were also really very nice and speedy. No complaints. I plan to go back for $ 6 Mondays. $ 6 for a bakers dozen?! Crazy cheap.

Went in a couple weeks to buy bagels for coworkers… They loved it. They opened really early which is super convenient for my weekend schedule. The guys at work loved the variety of bagels I chose. Great price for a dozen. Will definitely come back again.

Went in for my new favorite the Nova Lox Sandwich super good. It’s hot quick and taste fresh. It’s a comfortable location with a coffee bar too. Came in today for the third day in a row and it has been consistently good with a friendly staff and got my Nova Lox sandwich today on the 6 cheese bread.

Before heading off to work, I would come here sometime if I’m craving for a good bagel. Something even the weekend. Customer service was pretty fast here each time I came and each time was pleasant. Eisenstein’s bagel offer a variety of bagel selection and they have their own spread.

My fiancé and I live 2 minutes from this location and have been here 3 time because it’s so convenient. Victoria was the one who helped us last and her service was horrible(I believe her name tag also said shift leader). She spoke to us very condescendingly as if we were inconveniencing her somehow. The only 2 people I’ve seen who actually act like they want to be there is 1 white guy who was very accommodating with answering any questions, and an African American girl who was the only one in the staff with a smile on her face. I could tell she actually enjoyed her job. I have never once been happy with my service or order any of the times I’ve been here. They rush you to order so they can go onto the next person. They also seem to ALWAYS be running low on the bagels we want. The just slap the items in your bagel without caring to spread the cream cheese evenly. I’m not much of a picky person, but come on. these people need to step it up. I’d come here all the time if only the staff could act like they liked their job at least a little bit and they put some love into the food they’re serving!

It was my very first time here and I wanted to try it out before I went into work. I ordered the French toast and the girl asked me if i wanted the bagel and i told her no. I was a little confused why she asked that. I assumed it came with the French toast but apparently it was supposed to be a French toast bagel in which i never got. It was just a plain bagel they gave me. I was a little upset because i was expecting to leave the place with a satisfied craving but I was not. My receipt says French toast bagel as well so I’m not sure what went on there. It couldn’t of been a wrong order because they yelled out my name

They are usually pretty friendly and have decent everything. I really enjoy the various flavored shmears that make the bagels more customizable. They have pretty good coffee in a variety of flavors as well. As far as chains go they are all around four stars for consistency and product.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I work at the in the center so I have limited options for breakfast in the morning so I choose to go here. I have NEVER had a pleasant experience. The staff is rude and inefficient. I stood waiting for my bagel one day and watched a brand new(tiny) employee force to fill the ice machine and she couldn’t even pick up the bucket. She struggled for a few minutes while no one helped her so I stepped in(being 5’9″) to help her. I was shocked. I return to this place because I enjoy the food but when I continue to receive the wrong order, poor produce, and never an apology or responsibility I begin to wonder if it is a management problem. Yesterday I received the wrong sandwich again and the manager grabbed it from me, after I had left and came back, and said, I’ll make you another one. With a scowl on her face. I proceeded to speak to another employee who said, I didn’t make your food it wasn’t my fault! I couldn’t believe what Was happening. I got my new sandwich and went back to work to eat it. Again it was poorly made with cream cheese all over the top, low grade almost rotten tomatoes and limpy brown lettuce! I ended up throwing it away. Oh the manger did give me a free Sammy but only after I told someone else how bad the place is. I will be making a call to corporate this afternoon.

The Best Early Morning Spot Ever! I Love Bread! You wouldn’t be able to tell cause I’m so tiny. A Friend of mines stays in this area and told me about this location. I purchased a simple regular bagel w/cream cheese & a Simply Orange Juice. I like the fact that they put a thick layer of Cream Cheese on my nice thick size Bagel; so I could literally get full off of it. I will be returning to try their Blueberry Bagel. There’s so many flavor bagels it’s unbelievable. Everyone must Try their Bagels! You will not be disappointed at all.

Einstein’s bagels make me want Einstein’s bagels every day! Does this make sense? Delicious coffee, perfect schmear, and warm freshly baked bagels daily… also free wifi and plugs at every table!

A little pricey, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Nova lox. This is my favorite place for it, unless I go to the store and opt to make it at home. I was disappointed over the weekend, though, because I ordered the cinnamon pull-apart bagel bites, and it was delivered really cold. I asked to have it warmed up, which was no problem, but you would think they would have warmed it up before they served it to me? In any event, this is my go-to bagel spot.

The bagels that Einstein Bros makes are actually pretty good. It’s the service and order execution that gets me. I decided to drive a bit further to try this recently opened EBB location, as our usual EBB off of Bellflower has disappointed me time and time again. Stopped by last Monday and ordered an onion bagel, lightly toasted with reduced fat jalapeño salsa cream cheese. Go into my car, took a bite and discovered there was sundried tomato cream cheese and not what I ordered. Turned off my car and walked back inside. The woman at the counter who appeared to be a manager recognized me and looked exasperated as she asked«did you need something else?». I told her the bagel wasn’t what I had ordered and she proceeded to open up the bagel to scrutinize the cream cheese. It appeared that she didn’t believe me. When she decided I was telling the truth, she chucked the bagel into the trash with force as if she was making a touchdown. It was obvious she wasn’t happy. *Sigh* My hopes for improved service at this location were dashed. For the love of bagels, EBB — please get your s&!* together and train your managers and employees on good customer service practices.

Came in on a Sunday morning and there were a good amount of people sitting inside and outside, enjoying their coffee and bagel, which is always a good sign! ENVIRONMENT: Décor is all really new, plenty of booth tables and a large computer work station high table. Order at the first cashier when you walk in, and then walk down to the second cashier past the displays to pay. Then pick up your to-go order or drinks at the bar. They also have about 5 different coffee flavors which I will come and try next time! BAGEL: Tried the everything bagel with a garlic herb shmear, and it was deeeelicious! That garlic herb was so soft and creamy and nice and garlicky, but not too garlicky to spoil your breath! OVERALL: Will come back to try other bagels & shmears, but it’s so darn cold in there! My hands were freezing from just being in there while waiting for them to toast my bagel. I don’t know if they had their AC on, but it was a super chilly and rainy day outside, and it was colder inside than out!
