Erica is wonderful. I did one session and was kind of skeptical and nervous at first, but after my session I felt more relaxed than I had been. I learned about how the mind works and the possibilities of change, which is a good tool in order to accelerate my motivation. I would recommend Erica to anyone who wants to work on any worrisome issue they may have.

Erica made a presentation about hypnotherapy at one of my Women’s Empowerment seminars. As a therapist, I welcome any new or unique counseling techniques that can help clients to cope with their issues without becoming dependent on prescription drugs. Hypnotherapy is a nice complement to the cognitive behavioral techniques that I use in my own practice. I got to experience the benefit of hypnotherapy in person with Erica, during her presentation. I found it to be a very profound and emotional experience. The way that she is able to break through people’s emotional barriers with her calm voice and hypnosis technique was wonderful. She’s a natural at what she does. I recommend her highly as a therapist and as a client of hers.

«I saw Erica at a presentation at a seminar. At first, I was a little hesitant about hypnosis, but after she explained what hypnosis actually is and how it works I felt more comfortable. She explained what hypnotherapy was in a way that was easy to understand. She also did a group hypnosis session. I didn’t think it was going to work on me, especially since I was in a room full of people, but by the end of the presentation I felt so relaxed and at ease! I even noticed that the pain that I was having in my neck at the time was gone! I don’t know how she did it, but it was pretty amazing. Erica clearly knows what she is doing, she has a very calm and reassuring demeanor that puts even the biggest skeptic at ease. I highly recommend her for hypnotherapy, and I look forward to having a session with her again!

Erica is obviously gifted as a hypnotherapist. She sets you at ease from the very beginning, and has an incredible toolbox of techniques appropriate for your specific goals and needs. She helped me conquer my sleep deprivation issues in only a couple of sessions. I highly recommend her!
