Fitmonster Personal Training and Bootcamps

Awesome training!!! All the other trainees are sweet and supportive. The work outs are challenging, but there are always modifications when needed. I felt results after the first week. Excited to find a trainer who is fun, real, encouraging, and knowledgeable about both exercise and nutrition. Looking forward to my summer body!!! My boyfriend knocks out and sleeps very soundly after the sessions! Haha, but I’m pretty sure he loves them, too. Couples that train together stay together?! Haha. Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Doesn’t get better than this when you’re trying to get your booty in shape.

Best Fitmoster/​Coach/​Motivational trainer you can find in SoCal. I’ve tried so many and this is the only one i would recommend to my friends and family. Also he is able to work and push you at your own pace and charges a reasonable price for his classes. Plus you get an ocean view while you train. Doesn’t get better than that!

Fitmonster Bootcamp is Rad! Its sometimes intimidating to go to a gym where everyone is fit, cut up, and muscle contest ready. This workout group has all fitness levels allowing me to fit right in:) Carlos’ circuits are complete in that they target ALL of the muscle groups. I play roller derby and the agility workouts are especially helpful for me. Best of all (for me) the open beach setting is awesome!!!

I’ve been looking for a good gym to join for years. I had Bally’s/ L.A. Fitness the last 3 years, but never went. I just kept paying every month in hope that I would get motivated enough to get up and go. A friend of mine told me about this boot camp and told me the first session was free! I thought why not. I fell in love with it the very first day. The personal trainer that runs it, Carlos, is awesome. He brings delicious iced tea for everyone to enjoy every session. Also if you have a past injury he will work around them so that you can still get a great work out. My favorite part is that everyone helps motivate each other, from the staff to the memebers. Not to mention the great music that also helps pump you up to work harder. I highly recommend trying out this boot camp. What have you got to lose? The only thing I’ve lost is weight. But gained so much more! Motivation, drive, and more energy to get me through the day. So come check it out. Remember, it’s never too late!
