Do not use these guys for commercial towing. I was quoted $ 395 per hour for a medium duty tow. That is a little expensive, but okay. I was not told until the truck arrived that there was a two hour minimum charge for the trip and $ 400 to cancel the tow. I was in a jam, because I actually waited more than an hour because they sent the wrong truck initially, so I had to take it.
It wasn’t until I got to my destination that they told me they were charging 3 hours for the trip because of their return trips as well.
While I was waiting I got a quote from a nearby service for $ 300 flat. My mistake. A painful one.

$ 110 for a jump. They say $ 49 plus 35 – 55 depending on how long it takes, but really they just charge you $ 110 when they show up. The driver was only there for two or three minutes to get me going again. I have no problem with businesses charging what they want, but just be straightforward about it.

Don’t call these people. I was promised a tow truck in 30 – 40 minutes. Called them at 50 and they said they don’t know if they have a driver. I asked them if there was going to be a driver coming… They said no.
I asked them if they had my number and could have called me to tell me no driver was coming. They said yes we have your number. We could have called.
Find another company if you want to get help.

This is the worst tow company ever.
My tire blew out and they were the closest company to my car, so I called them.
The woman on the phone told me it would be an hour, which sucked, but was understandable during morning rush hour traffic… then they —
–told me if I canceled that they would charge me $ 50 regardless
–repeatedly told me my driver was en route or nearby, but the driving didn’t even get the call until an hour into me waiting
–I ended up waiting a total of 2 hours on a dangerous part of the freeway, but was held hostage by them charging me $ 50 already
–When I called to complain, they offered a discount but at the time of payment, they tried to tell me the total (with discount) was the quote I was previously given.
These people are liars, that’s the worst part of the situation. Don’t use them, there are so many better options.

FIVE STAR TOWING… This is NOT Five Star Towing… it’s another name for Green Towing, which uses FAKE addresses in every city. They supposedly use «independent» tow companies who will come out to provide you service, but it’s not GREEN TOWING ! They charge you a different price than you were quoted, and you have no recourse if they damage your car. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY… they are NOT local.

Find the service on honey bee. Joe arrives in 30 mins with nice service. Somehow the process is not very smooth due to my car is r wheel. But eventually it worked out great. Pretty awesome service, totally satisfied.

Called these guys at Towing Long Beach and was well taken care of. I had an operator on the phone in no time. I had the tow truck arrive in just about 30 minutes after I had trouble getting any help because of the time of my incident.

After waiting one hour and a second phone call, the driver finally arrived. Not checking with the operator, the driver told me it would cost $ 149 to be towed three miles. Not very happy with that outrageous cost, we settled for $ 120, still way too high. With my insurance only paying $ 75, the normal cost of a tow, I lost money. You decide how many stars that deserves. FYI– The receipt did not have a Long Beach address.
