G​o-Long Beach Shuttle

taking a cab can be really scary i mean your getting in a car with a complet stranger! but this place was amazing the man who came and got me was so sweet and he cept a well maintained viheical will definantly use them again!

Called them to arrange a shuttle service for 8 people to Staples Center, I talked to the female and she booked my appointment time and took all my information. Appointment time comes and no shuttle. I try to call them a dozen times to ask the status of the shuttle and they do not pick up the phone once. So now I am sitting on the side of the road like an idiot with my 7 friends giving me crap.
I never leave reviews for anything but this placed definitely deserved the 1 star. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you like being hung out to dry.

This being the first time to ever use a shuttle service, I was a bit nervous as to how my experience would be. I stumbled up on this company here on Unilocal and looked into the reviews and decided to give them a try since I saw very high recommendations. Needless to say, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Very professional and absolutely nice people, and fantastic service. They were right on time, no problems, and just overall great service. I definitely recommend them.

The staff and vehicle were top notch. I was recently in a bike accident and discharged from the hospital. Cierra and Rick were so kind and helped me to get my daughter from Westminister to LAX with ZERO headaches and hang ups. Now she is here in Oregon to help me recuperate. Because of my struggles figuring out how to use the Unilocal coupon, they honored it anyhow. Treated my daughter with respect!!!

Great experience with Beach City Shuttle for service to Long Beach Ariport. Excellent customer serivce, prompt pick up and delivery and a great price. I would suggest their services for any transportation needs. Nice to know that you can accommodate all of my needs personal, family or business. I will definitely use Beach City Airport Shuttle again and again. I found them through a google search and was pleasantly surprised at their very reasonable cost.
Then their high level of service impressed me even more. Rick contacted me after I made my reservation to confirm everything. Then he followed up with me on the day of my airport pick up. The driver was very professional and the shuttle was immaculate. The day before my return flight I received a confirming text from Rick. And when I landed I received a text that he was waiting outside for me.
Throughout my entire experience everything was smooth and professional. I’m so glad I found them and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and business associates.

I highly recommend Rick from Beach City Airport Shuttle because he went above and beyond excellent customer service! I found Beach City Airport Shuttle by chance googling «shuttle services» so I called to book a ride. They didn’t ask for payment up front or a credit card, so I was thinking ok they may or may not show to pick us up.
Well our flight was delayed 1 hour and that really put the panic on us. Rick (Owner) called my cell phone and already knew we were delayed. We stayed in contact via text on status and arrival which made me feel much better, he assured us he would be there waiting as soon as we texted him from LAX, a few minutes later, there he was!
We used his services for a ride home from Long Beach and we acuallly got off the cruise ship 1.5 hours earlier than planned so I call him and he pick us up no problem!
Rick we will use your service everytime we visit to Los Angeles, thank you so much!
