We practice in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, slip and fall, defective products, medical malpractice, bankruptcy, and other business matters. We have been in the Long Beach area for over 30 years. The initial consultation is free and there’s no fee if we don’t recover in personal injury cases.
History
Established in 1973.
Samuel E Gabriel started a law practice in Long Beach, CA after practicing in Detroit, Michigan. As the years passed, the office grew to 2 Attorneys and a larger support staff. In approximately, 1990, Sam Gabriel purchased a building on the corner of 8th and Pacific in the city of Long Beach, California.
The practice continued growing and an additional lawyer was added to the firm, The office was specializing in representing injured people that suffered injuries as a result of someone’s negligence.
Another Attorney was added along with a Workers Compensation Hearing Representative, Support Staff catered to the clients individual needs and the firm now represents hundreds of Personal Injury clients and Hundreds more of Workers Compensation Clients to provide the best possible result for our clients.
This office has continued growing based on building trust with our clients, providing service and fighting to get the best result possible under the Law. We take pride that clients return

Business Owner
Sam Gabriel was born in Detroit, Michigan, Attended College at Michigan State University, graduating in 1958. Attended Law School at night at the University of Detroit, while working days at Michigan Bell Telephone Company as a Yellow Pages Salesperson; graduated in Spring of 1969, he took the Michigan and California Bar Exams in the fall of 1969 and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of California in 1969 and began practicing in Michigan in 1970.
He married Katherine Belli in 1967 and they have 2 sons, Anthony and Steven. Both sons are Medical Doctors. Anthony is married to Basak with 2 children and Steven is married to Zena with 2 children.
Our office has represented thousands of clients over the years and we pride our success built on quality service, trust, and a willingness to take whatever legal steps necessary to compensate our clients for their injuries.
