I search several body shops with five stars on Unilocal,drive around to check, and finally choose this one.
I got five car accidents, and this one is the best body shop to fix my car. I fixed twice there, 2 accidents. The first one they only used one week to make it as a total new, which is super fast. The service is good, all people there are pretty nice. That’s why I came back again with another accident. If your cost is over $ 1000, they are able to provide a rental car.

If you need any paint or body work done this is your place.
I really wanted my hood and trunk painted but was hesitant. So glad I did, the paint came out amazing plus the small detail I wanted came out great too.

This is a first rate auto collision repair shop. My car door was smashed as a speeding driver veered into it. There was extensive damage and my car was undriveable. My auto insurance had other repair shops but they had poor Unilocal reviews. Based on Horn’s 5 star rating on Unilocal I contacted them. Yesenia was a godsend. She took care of everything from getting my vehicle towed to their shop, insurance coordination and payment and follow up when my car was ready. On pickup — the car was immaculate! It had been detailed and the repair work was amazing. No detection whatsoever that the car had been damaged. The car door worked perfectly. Their work was seamless. No new rattles or any other signs the car had been repaired. I couldn’t be happier. Take your car to Horn’s — don’t trust anyone else!

Needed some fender work done for a huge dent that I got somehow, somewhere. Also, to get some old Fender Roll waves fixed.
Was helped out by Joshua. Cool guy, Great customer service. They fixed my car sooner than the ETA given. Also gave me a free loaner car. They rerolled my Fenders and they came out immaculate. The main reason I brought it here. Other shops wouldn’t/couldn’t do the reroll. Also offered the best price on the repair. An enormous dollar difference compared to the other highly rated Unilocal body shops in the Long Beach area. My car was also fully detailed when I picked it up.

Big shout out to horns collision center! They did an amazing job with the color change on my car. Not only did they change the color but they also put in my motor as well! These guys are the best in the business and don’t be afraid to drop off your car if you get in a fender bender! Don’t forget it’s lifetime warranty on the paint !

Brought my car here after an accident. They fixed it up very nicely! I’m gait with it. I did have some complications with the A/​C but they had me being it back in and fixed it right then and there, same day! Really excellent customer service, the people there are very friendly. As an added bonus they also provide you with a loaner car at no additional cost while yours is being repaired.

I’ve taken my car here every time I got into a fender bender and I’ve never been to a better body shop! I was rear ended twice in one year and they did a fabulous job! It was 1000% perfect! It looked like a brand new car! Never leaving this place.

Don’t bother looking at any other shop. These guys know what they are doing. Not only did Patrick treat me like family, he treated my car like it was his own. The service perfect. They are super nice and welcoming and very up front and honest. I visited a lot of shops before deciding to go to Horn’s and as soon as I walked through the door, I knew they were different. You could tell that Patrick and his crew are passionate about what they do. He was excited to show me their process and you can tell how proud he was. That spoke volumes to me. I needed body work and a full respray of my vintage Mercedes before a wedding and they executed with flying colors. I get compliments on my car wherever I go. I’ve had old school Mercedes mechanics completely wowed at the quality of the work they did. I’m very grateful to have a shop that I trust. I consider Patrick a friend now and I even swing by the shop now and then just to talk about old cars. Bring your car here! I recommend them to everyone.

I brought my 2006 Hyundai Elantra to Horn’s, after being hit by another vehicle. I was referred to Horns by my go to insurance guy, Robert Marquez over at Insurance Partners (check him out & tell him Adam sent you!) Anywho, although my car is almost 10yrs old, and has been around the block a few times, I feel that after the repairs Horn’s made to my vehicle, my car looks as good as it did the day I bought it. Patrick and his staff did an amazing job at matching/​blending the paint, repairing/​replacing the needed parts, as well as keeping me informed with where in the repair process my vehicle was at. The Horn’s staff was extremely helpful when it came time to get me a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. Big shout out & thank-​you to Patrick and the team at Horn’s Collision Center! I’d highly suggest Horn’s if you ever need this type of work done to your car. Hopefully, I will never see them again, but if I do, Horn’s will be my go-​to.

I can say its easily the best auto or body shop i ever dealt with very professional, great work I was very happy.

I brought in my 01 Acura Integra for a paint job due to it being in a hail storm in Texas. The car had dents everywhere. After taking to Horn’s Collision Center the car looks brand new.
Here is a breakdown of how I rated Horn’s Collision Center;
Bodywork (¹⁰⁄₁₀): Before coming to HCC I collected some parts (fenders, bumper, etc…) because it was easier to replace than to restore. But for the rest of the car they did an amazing job, the body is smooth and everything lined up perfectly. They even did some extra work where i asked them to shave down my antenna and roll my fenders.
Paint (⁹⁄₁₀): The paint job looks amazing! The color really pops in the sunlight! One of the issues that I have though is that in some area there are these little dimples in the clear coat which could be fixed with some detailing. The other is I can see a perfect line on the roof of my car showing a lighter color transitioning to a darker color. I was told that color sanding would fix that.
Detailing (³⁄₁₀): I have to give them a low rating here because their detailer really missed the mark. When I got my car back there were a few areas that needed to be color sanded more like the dimples in my clear coat and over spray. They fixed the majority of those issues when I took it back to them ²⁄₃ weeks after receiving my car, but I can still see some areas that they have missed. I can still see some dimples on the areas I asked them to fix. Also the line on my roof is still there.
Customer Service (¹⁰⁄₁₀): The customer service is amazing! Calvin helped me out through the whole process and made some suggestions to where it will make the car look better. He took in my car right away to fix the issues that I’ve mention above even when they were super busy. The lifetime warranty is great!
Overall I am happy with how my car looks and I know that they will fix those issues I’ve stated above. I would have given them 5 stars but for the time the car was there and money I paid I was expecting perfection the first time. Would I recommend them… Yes I would recommend them. Overall they did a great job on my car minus the detailing, the customer service was amazing, and lifetime warranty is a plus.

I can’t think of enough great things to say about Horn’s Collision Center (HCC).
Wrecking your own car was obviously not fun; however, HCC made this experience quick and painless. My car was a disaster when I brought it to HCC, espeically the front end, all because my buddy drove it straight to the curb… thinking it was a driveway –_​_​-​. Anyways, I got my car back and it looks amazing. Actually, it looks better than how it was originally. Not only did they fix the bumper and internal damage to my car, but they also detailed the entire inside. It looks brand new!
I am beyond happy with Horn’s Collision Center, and will refer them to EVERYONE I know.
And big thanks to Calvin Horn who assisted me from start to Finish.

Patrick and his team did a fabulous job on my Nissan Sentra after i got into a collision. As soon as i got to the shop i was given the attention and comfort i needed. They worked with my insurance company and took a lot of the stress off my plate.

I took my car in to have the bumper replaced but I got a bad job with missing screws on the bumper and they steal any valuable personal items… so word of advise don’t take it to this dump.

This place is the best of the best. If you want your car to look as it did before the crash this is the place to go. Horn’s Collision Center made my car brand new again. I tried to look for something to complain about but there was absolutely nothing for me to point out about the body work. The work was just simply perfect. They had me speechless and still do.
All I really have to say is go to Horn’s Collision Center of you get in to any kind of accident.
The workers their were great and so nice. The costumer service is an A++. As soon as you walk through that door you feel completely welcomed and comfortable!

I have to say they are THEE best! Overall a great experience! Forever thankful! I was rear ended in my 2014 Yaris in the month of October and it was my first accident so I didnt know what to expect! They made sure my rear bumper was completely replaced and on top of that they added a complimentary service to which I am super thankful!!! Thank you guys sooo much for the help and great service!
