International Auto Glass & Window Tint

Went to inquire about two front windows for tint. Since my back windows have factory tint with a little brown added he said there my be a problem with matching. But it came out close to perfect. 95% perfect! I was very pleased and I didn’t have an appointment. My totally time include waiting for him to finish car he was working on maybe 1hr. They also tint front windshield which I was very impressed! Would definitely recommend. Quick and efficient!

Had a gnarly rock chip in my windshield. These guys fixed it so well it’s barely noticeable! Not too mention they were lightning fast fixing it! I recommend you call first to make sure their repair guy is there. Other than that awesome, fast, efficient service!

Horrible tint service. They tint your car outside and not in a covered garage. So much dust was left on the windows and starches on the glass. Ended up getting money back because there was holes in the tint as well. They do a cheat horrible job. Pay more and go somewhere else!

I got a chip in my windshield on the way home from Mammoth and I wanted to repair it so it wouldn’t spread. This place came up very highly rated and it was fairly close to me so I decided to give them a shot. I’d called the day before and made an appointment, which turned out to be a good thing because they wouldn’t have been able to take me otherwise at that time if I’d been just a walk-​up. They told me it would be about 30 minutes, so I went off to get some lunch. When I came back, the repair guy very apologetically told me that my chip was actually a double chip, which would increase the price they’d quoted me. But they didn’t charge me for another whole chip repair – more like half, which I thought was very nice of them. I was also told that the repair was under warranty; if the chip spreads they will repair for free. If it turns out I need a windshield replacement, they’d apply the price of the repair to a new windshield, which seemed like a good deal to me.
STEPH JUDGEMENT: Good service at reasonable prices – helps to make an appointment.

Having a crack in your windshield is not fun. I looked up mobile companies who wanted to charge me over $ 360! I drive a Toyota not a luxury car. I discovered this place through Google search. Called them up and was quoted at $ 165! Plus they took me same day and are ordering a part for my passenger mirror. Friendly and fast service!

DAMAGED MY CAR!!! LIED REPEATEDLY!!! I’ve had good service and bad service, and never written a review until now but this is INEXCUSABLE!
I had a small crack in my windshield that grew into a whole windshield replacement, and I saw positive reviews on Unilocal so before I took a road trip I decided to give them a call. Ricardo was great on the phone and gave me a quote and told me to come in anytime Saturday, no appointment needed. When I arrived Saturday he remembered me and gave me the same quote. The place was busy and they got right to work. Ricardo was even nice enough to bring me a chair when I was too cold to wait by their garage. Then they finished 30+ minutes ahead of schedule. All good signs of a solid business right? I was a happy camper until I got home and took off the tape the next day after waiting the time they specified to find numerous deep scratches on my car on either side of where the windshield was installed! It even looked like extra tape had been added to the side with the most scratches to cover it up.
I was extremely disappointed and called Ricardo back the next morning they were open. I barely got my problem out of my mouth when he started demanding to know where the scratches were and before I even clearly told him the location he said «Oh yeah, they were there, my guy showed them to me before we did the work.» Really Ricardo?!? I haven’t even told you where the scratches are and you already know they exist? And how exactly do I get identically placed windshield height scratches (like a key or other sharp tool made them) on BOTH sides of my windshield? Ricardo also inspected my windshield before they did the work. You’d think as a business owner if you found damage in the area you’re going to work on, before you start the work, you may mention it to the customer or document it to prevent any liability. But, Ricardo and his employee didn’t do this for the 30 minutes I was there. BECAUSE THE DAMAGE DIDN’T EXIST UNTIL THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR.
On top of all this, when I drove my car on the freeway for the first time since they replaced their windshield, I could hear it rattle noisily. So, I call them back. I ask for Ricardo again and someone who answered the phone told me he was out, so I told him my problem. He told me the windshield rattled because of «air». When I asked for his name he said it was Ricardo and he was the manager. So when I called back he LIED ABOUT WHO HE WAS! THE MANAGER WHO IS ACCUSING ME OF LYING LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE. Then he gave the excuse he was «tired of people calling him». Yeah, probably all the unhappy customers you swindle and lie to. I seriously don’t understand all these positive reviews. Must be for tinting or something else. Ricardo has promised me someone will come to my work by 3 today (my idea and insistence, not his. he only gave in when I mentioned Unilocal or small claims court). We’ll see if they actually act like responsible business or continue to lie and cheat me. I forgot to mention the car they repaired was a minivan, because I’m a soccer mom of 2 little boys– totally the MO for a liar and crook, right Ricardo?
UPDATE: Ricardo’s son and the worker who worked on/​scratched my car came out. They were both insistent that they did not damage it but had no answers for what could have possibly happened. They also admitted that they should have told me they saw damage (if there was damage). The rattle luckily subsided once we removed the tape. But the scratches they still won’t own up to. Ricardo’s son finally gave me a partial refund and promised a discount on any further work, but I can’t see going back to such a dishonest and unprofessional place. At the very end, Ricardo’s son told me that he and his brother were trying to phase their father out of the business because he’s «getting older». Way to throw Dad under the bus… better hurry up his retirement or give him a lesson in ethics or there won’t be a business left to take over.

Brought my car here after having my passenger window smashed in during the night– called at 8am and they were able to get me in by 9:30am! Decided to get my windows tinted at the same time as getting it repaired. Ricardo was great– he showed me the factory glass (for a Toyota Prius) they had on-​hand and ready to install. Under an hour and a half later I got the call my windows were finished! Very impressed with their work and prices and how quickly they were able to fix a negative situation — plus lifetime warranty on the tint!
Additional note: my neighbor also got his window smashed– we both took our cars (his truck) in at the same time and they were both completed quickly and with no hassle!

This place is great. I’ve had all my cars taken here. Really professional job. Great service. No matter what my automotive window needs are they’re the ones that handle my cars.

I called to ask for a quote about fixing the molding on my car window. They told me to swing by anytime. I was there about 15 minutes later and they fixed it in less than five minutes free of charge! These guys are great!

Worst. Experience. Ever.
Came here after a AAA call to unlock my door resulted in the driver cracking my windshield.
I was referred here as a pre-​cursor to getting the repair underway as they simply needed to confirm the damage was done from within the vehicle. I was under the impression that they were professionals who could tell how damage was done, but it appears they have undisclosed agreements with partners as the «verification» i received was a quick glance & feel on my windshield.
I understand reservations companies may have to agree for repairs, but I’m in no way trying to pull one over on these guys. I simply need the windshield that the AAA representative damaged to be repaired.
With that being said, the amount of unprofessionalism here was beyond measure. Not only was I told different from what was relayed to their «partner» but it was completely false information. When pressed to ask the wonder Ricardo how this should be handled as we have multiple people that were there to corroborate the series of events leading the the damage, as well as the Finish Line driver, he literally shrugged his shoulders, said «I don’t know» and walked away.
This is a shitty business.

These guys are great! I commute nearly 40 miles everyday and hadn’t had a chance to find a repair shop for a chip in my windshield that I feared would spread. Lucky for me, I had a terrible day of traffic with very little forward motion. I searched on Unilocal,made the call and they were able to be to my office a few hours later. They picked up my car, fixed the chip and tinted my windows (bonus!) and brought my car back by 2. It’s a week later and everything looks great and it’s a lifetime warranty so you really can’t go wrong. And the team that helped were just great guys. Highly recommend Int’l!

Absolutely awesome place. My pickup truck had a shattered window on the passenger side. They had it replaced, vacuumed out, and cleaned up for me in under 2 hours. AND they gave me a ride back home and picked me up when it was ready. AND their price was nearly $ 100 less than the more famous mobile fixit company. AND they’re a friendly business with a father and son working together. I love finding a great local business that provides excellent service at a competitive price! I WILL be back again.

Be careful sometimes they quote a cash price one day and the next day they jack up the price. This was after seeing the car in person.

Man…excellence is definitely an understatement for these guys. What a superb job. Great service, awesome product and cost effective prices. I just left the shop today and was extremely happy with my tint. Although it has only been a few hours, I just couldn’t help but rant about them. Took my fiancé’ car here (and those who have a partner that is a perfectionist about their s**t, you can relate) she’s a happy camper and that makes my life easy lol… they treated me like family. Ask for Eddie. I’m embarrassed to say that I have forgotten the other gentlemen’s name. Anyways, they are all NICE !!!

I am so very pleased with the service, quality and value we received from Mario at Int. Auto Glass. We had another company scheduled for the install of a new back glass on one of our company service vehicles and they gave us a 3 hour window were $ 100 higher and never bothered to call to let us know they going to be late. Since it was after business hours when we called for a status we canceled and instead called this company the following morning. Mario had the window in stock, was at our shop within 25 minutes did the install in about forty minutes, did a great job and left us with a nice clean truck with a well installed window. Oh and did i mention for $ 100 less!!! And tinted vs clear as well.

Yesterday while merging onto the 405 from the 710, some 4in unidentified object flew over a truck right into my windshield! Wtf?! Drove to work looking for a place to get it replaced. A vendor near the office was charging $ 285. I actually live very close to this business so I called just to check pricing and they quoted me at $ 225! SOLD! They drove over to my office so I didn’t even have to take time off work. Installed in within 30 mins. I noticed they also offered tint so the installer explained the various tints they offered. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the installer was very kind. Glad they made my unfortunate experience, pleasant.

Great experience.
Found out I had a broken window last night. Called this morning at 8am sharp, and Ricardo answered. He ordered the part right away, and when I came in at 12:30 they were ready to go, part in hand. It took 45 min and the cost was half of the quote from the shop that Geico recommended. Done deal.

On December 26 I discovered that somebody busted out my passenger window and broke into my car. I live in kind of a shady part of Long Beach and if you park your car up the street and in the dark people will check your doors to see if they are open which is what has happened to me in the past.
This is the first time my window got busted and it was frustrating. I found International Auto Glass and saw that there was some reviews about how quick, cheap and effective they were and handling busted car windows so I gave them a call.
I talked to Ricardo on the phone and told him what kind of car I had and he said that he could have the window at his place within an hour. He quoted me $ 170 or so and I asked if it would be helpful for me to bring cash. I did and got a discount which was sweet. Remember to ask for the cash discount:)
I dropped off my car and realized that I needed window tint as well. That was an extra 35 bucks but needed to be done. I went back home, got a call from Eddie about an hour and 15 minutes later and he told me I was all set. My wife dropped me back off I paid the man and problem solved.
These guys will communicate clearly with you and do what they say they are going to do and do the job with pride. 5 stars all day long!

My 2007 Toyota Camry passenger side window was bashed and I brought it to Toyota long beach for a quote on Friday. The quote was $ 515. As luck would have it, they couldn’t get the part til Tuesday and so I looked around and found this place.
One hour later, three days sooner than the dealer, and $ 400 SAVED, my car was back to what it looked like!
The guys were nothing of the stereotype I expected of a place like this. In addition, they were very honest, communicative, professional, friendly, and really all the other positive adjectives I can think of.
They cleaned out all the glass, were thorough and meticulous breaking apart and putting back together my car, and took their time as if it were their own.
On top of that, when I went to pay he rung me up for $ 140 something. I gave him the money in cash and he was surprised because he thought over the phone I said I would pay with card. An honest man to a tee, he gave me some of my money back saying they give discounts to people who pay cash. He definitely had the opportunity to keep the extra money, it says a lot about the fact he did not.
Getting your vehicle vandalized is not a 5 star experience. Having these guys around really made a bad experience feel pretty darn good.
