Possibly one of the worst locations you can visit. Most of the time you can count on your visit wait time to be 20 minutes before you can even get your food, talk about fast food. The drive through is a complete disaster. Not only is the staff here completely rude, but it’s like they take pleasure in mixing up your orders or just giving you a hard time. So much for«the customer is always right.» Save yourself the trouble and visit the next best location!

No wonder I don’t go to this JITB location. The manager here is a rude effing biotch!(Yes, I said it!) Had breakfast here and decided to get a refill on our drink which was ok the first time, but the 2nd refill, we were told that refills were only allowed once! Since when did they do that?! Was there a written notice stating that after 1 refill that’s it? What customer service was that? So, since we were denied and we wanted to ask why, the manager told us to leave and on top of that, she threatened to call the cops! For what?! Because we wanted to sit longer?! Worse customer service ever and she should call the cops to arrest her ass because of how they treat their customers! NEVER again will I eat here or any Jack in the box place!

The worst customer service at any jack n the box ! I get that she’s busy, but she made me wait 30 mins for 2 tacos and when I asked the manager where they where at she said rudely«there coming». And then I bought a drink I bought a drink and she only told me that one refill for a visit. I still had more then half my meal left ! Never ever coming back to this jack again ! Rude manager, her name was Amy !

This will be possibly one of my shortest reviews! Here it goes… This is my go to Jack’s whenever I am in Belmont Shore on my way to the beach! Same prices, same food, same all! My go to meal here are the jack’s tacos, which are 2 for a dollar. I usually get around 5 dollars worth when I go to the beach. I cannot say I have had any issues coming here. Just know this… if you are nearby the beach and are being hit with the Jack’s craving, well, this is the place for you.

I visit this jack in the box often and I do not hesitate to tell you that this is probably the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too. I only go here because when my friends and I bike we stop here. They limit us to 3 refills on our drinks and more than once they closed the doors on us 5 minutes before they should be closed. ^i wrote the above review several years ago before writing reviews were allowed via mobile and I stand by what I said. I have not returned since. The employees do not treat you with the same respect you give them. I actually created an account back in 2011 just to write this negative review.

Bad customer service. Ask what comes with the Hella Hungry box and she told me to look at the menu. Really?! I spent the last 3 minutes looking because I wasn’t acknowledge at the speaker and that’s the welcome I get. This happened Wednesday morning @ 2:10am.

Sumbag jack in the box having commercials on the east coast made me want to eat here so badly. It’s not what it’s hyped up to be? Like why the fuck would you have a commercial on the east coast for a primarily west coast franchise? Ugh. But whatever. I did it for the experience. It’s not even that good! Wah. But the potato wedges are good. Can’t go wrong with potatoes and cheese and bacon though.

I just love all the options available at Jack In the Box You can be poor and get a pretty decent amount of food here. My favorites are the Jalapeño’s, Bacon Cheddar Wedges, Peach Iced Tea, Tacos(of course) and the chicken sandwiches are pretty good too. They are always open and close by ;) Employees here are always nice, the drive thru is(almost always) pretty quick and my order is never messed up.

The tacos there have to be the WORST ever! I rarely give a one star but I only ate one taco and threw the others away. The shells are deep fried and while the oil is still dripping, they put something inside that resembles meat. Don’t waste your money on the tacos.

Service and food is prompt and great, however i think it was pretty crappy of the manager to deny a cup of water to a homeless old man. The fountain drinks are not outside of the cash register area and there is no risk of him getting soda instead of water. No person should be denied a cup of water. Shame on the management at this location.

The lobby is usually clean, it was redone recently and it still looks good. Service is usually fast. The food is the same as any other JITB and you can usually count on interesting clientele from all hops, jumps, skips, and walks of life.

It’s Jack in the Box… no need to talk about the food. I’m writing this review because of the excellent customer service from a drive thru employee named Adrian. He’s always in a super-upbeat mood and clearly appreciates having a job. I highly suggest that his hefe hook him up with a fat Christmas bonus and or a raise at the very least.

I used to live about three blocks from this JIB and it was my Go To place for some fast food nastiness. This is the first time in years that I have been here and they totally remodelled the place. When? Beats me. Looks pretty recent and it’s a huge upgrade from what it used to be. I had an early afternoon breakfast. I like that they serve it all day. I ordered my favorite, the Extreme Sausage Sandwich Combo. It was delicious in all it’s greasiness. It came with hash brown sticks, which were pretty good, although I like the round ones better. Service was friendly. I wish they had a self serve soda machine because I hate asking for refills, but being near the beach(As if you can really call any beach in Long Beach a beach) and all the bums that wander around who would pilfer some free soda, I don’t blame them for not having one. Restrooms were clean.

Not sure what was going on here this morning but the guy working the fryer was using a sauce pan to get oil from a storage area under the fryer and ladling it up and pouring it into the fryer. There was piece of cardboard on the floor soaking up the oil. Everyone that worked there didn’t seem to care so it must be a standard practice. After working in F&B for 20+ years I can tell you that is a health code violation. Jack in the Box someone needs to go to that location and clean up their act.

Stopped here last week and tried the new pastrami sandwich. It wasn’t bad at all. The meat was tender, the cheese was good and the mustard and pickles complimented the flavors really well.

I feel a little odd writing a review for Jack in the Box. It’s my hot spot for breakfast! At least, when I’m in a hurry. Here’s the rundown of my drama. Going to a club down the way on Ocean Ave. Arrived here at 9:45pm and walked up to the door to see if the lobby was still open for walk-in service. The sign said it was, until 10pm. Pulled the door to walk in, and it didn’t budge! Lame. Stood there wondering if anybody would hear my struggle at the door. Manager looked at me, didn’t gesture or say anything. Then when I pointed to my watch and the sheet with the hours on it, she pointed me to the front door. Great customer service — :sigh:. Walk in, and first thing she says is «this order is to go, ok?». Obviously they didn’t want us here and she was very pushy about us ordering and getting out. They locked the doors after we walked in, still well before 10pm. I love the signs that are required in businesses saying«This door shall remain unlocked during business hours». Obviously this store is not in compliance with the law — and obviously doesn’t appreciate business. **Special note: this location is in a rather good area. Only crime generally is vehicles being broken into, nothing violent like armed robberies. So why the lockdown feel? Either way, the food was yummy and extremely hot(the way it should be). Tasty, but I still had a bitter taste in my mouth afterwards. **Special note #2!: The drive thru staff during late night rock — they’re usually cool, and never forget items. I mean, it’s fast food — you get what you get. An underpaid, highly worked employee who would rather be doing something else(or nothing else). That’s why I don’t come for customer service — just food. Call it a day and leave. But today deserved some attention.

Another First? OK. Cycling towards home, I needed a pit stop. Bathroom please be open. It was. :) Made my order to my request. A meatless Breakfast Jack. Meal and Coffee $ 2.61. What a deal. Next time I cycle to Bluff Park, I have a place to stop. Good for us cyclists to know. Their light pole is in the midst of a protected area about 3′ x 10′. A safe and protected place for parking and locking your bike. 24 hour drive up service.
