I’ve been coming to Jackson’s for many years. No matter what I am driving or what the problem is I always bring my car here. They do an amazing job and get my car back to me quick. The prices are great and the people there are helpful and friendly.

I took my Escalade to Jackson’s Auto Body for repairs on my rear bumper after an accident. They did a good job and finished the repairs faster than i expected and faster than the time estimated to me. The price was reasonable and i left satisfied. I will be back if i ever need any other repairs.

Best Experience Ever! My front lights went out on my Chevy Malibu, and everyone quoted me a minimum of $ 200.00 and about 4 hours to change the lights. Because the front bumper needed to be removed to get to the lights. I took it to Jackson’s Auto Body, and they said they can do it for a cheaper price and quicker. They were not lying! They got the bumper taken off and replaced the lights in about less than 2 hours. I will bring all my cars here. Best service ever!

I took my car here to get a Vinyl stripe done on my Mustang GT. I did a lot of researching and talking to people before actually getting it done with anyone. I talked to Dwight before getting it done and he seemed to know what he was doing. He looked at the vinyl stripe I provided him and said it will be easy no problem. I dropped my car off to him and it took a couple days for him to get it done but when I looked at the stripe it was aweful. The vinyl was ripped and they used permanent marker to blend it in. They had to cut parts of the vinyl to make it fit and ended up ripping it. I made him aware that it did not look good and he said bring it back so they can fix it. I didn’t take it back because I didn’t want me car to stay with them for more days. I asked him for a refund and it took him 2 weeks to give it to me. I had to keep bugging him and he kept blowing me off. I submitted a complaint to the «Bbb» and his response was that he did not know who I was and that he didn’t have receipts of me coming in. I was never given a receipt instead I was told that I can get it when I pick up my car. I pick up my car and he never gave me one instead he said «you don’t need it right». I would never again go back here as this guy is a scam. I told him before I worked with him that I want it done perfect and he assured me he would. I did get my refund but not all of it.

Dewayne was a good helper he’s the own of the shop the shop is very neat and they fast with good service I highly recommend this place

Worst experience ever two weeks my car was at this shop and nothing was done I literally had to take the car myself to another shop. I would not recommend using this shop. They told me on separate occasions that work was being done, and I was told it was going to be finished today. Do not trust this shop it is shady and they lie to you.

Cat named Dwight (as I remember it, not sure if I’m correct) set my car straight in 2 – 3 days. Some lady had messed up my rear bumper and I’m not the type to just let that sit. Took my car in, got a quote, and the quote was met 100% as stated. Got the car back in excellent condition and got a free car wash. Good lookin

After much research and trying to find a decent body shop with good reviews I finally found Jackson! I went to all the local shops like Dannys, maacos etc which are all down the street from this shop. To be honest the other shops all quoted me much higher rates so I was a bit skeptic about leaving my little Scion XB at this body shop. but to my surprise less than week later I got a call that my car was ready! I go and check it out and it look brand spanking new! I’ll definitely send all my friends here! And Mr Jackson was a true professional and man of his word.

Dwayne Jackson owner of Jackson auto body repair is an outstanding and proffesional business man. he treats his customers like family. I went in to his shop to get a car estimate on a Lexus bumper after shopping around comparing prices with local body works in his area. and the prices I got were expensive from the other shops. His price is reasonable as he works with you and as he even sees other minor issues such as scratches and buffered them offmy car and he had my car professionally wash in and out. Love his service and recommend to any one on a low budget.

Just had my 2011 Synergy lime green Chevy Camaro dents knocked out and painted and I am pleased Jacksons took care of business at a very good price$ thank you Dewayne and workers for doing a very good job on my car now I’m back rolling this is a trusted place that I recommend and I will be backto get my other vehicle done thanks again Ty

Before stopping here, I had went to a few other places to check up on the body repair of my car. They were a few dings and scratches but man they were pretty expensive to repair. I didn’t even bother to haggle with the quote that was given to me since it was very fair. They did a pretty good job fixing up everything I asked for. I just wished I remembered to tell them I had a few other spots that needed to be smoothed out; oh well… I would recommend this place to anyone.

Last October 2014 I damaged the rear bumper of my rental car, which I didn’t want to report to my insurance.
I happened to drive by Jackson’s Auto Body shop and asked for an estimate.
I know that up in the San Francisco Bay area where I am from, it would have cost me 5X the price they quoted me. and I was still able to have the car as my sole transportation to work while they worked on the bumper.
A few days later, I just returned with the car and the snapped the bumper back in place looking like new.
I also found out that they have an experienced mechanic their, so I brought in my disabled Jaguar in for repair. (Which was the reason why I had a rental)
He properly diagnosed the problem and fixed efficiently and at a very reasonable price.
I am a happy camper.

My neighbor referred me to Jackson’s after they had their Chevy truck painted by Dwayne. I needed to have my passenger side quarter panel repaired on my 2004 SAAB. Jackson’s did an excellent job replacing the quarter panel and blending the paint from the panel and the trunk. In addition, they upholstered my two front seats which have more cushion and flex. Dwayne said his goal was to provide excellent service and he did just that! My car looks brand new.

I spend all morning trying to find someone to fix the window of my bmw for the best price, everywhere they told me my car wouldnt be ready for days! i stumbled across this body shop and im so glad i did they literally took the time calling places to find the part my car needed literally my car was ready in like two hours = happy camper

My wife and I were going to drive around to look for a reasonable autobody shop to fix our truck. I’ve always seen Jackson’s autobody but never knew the quality of work. First place we stop was Jackson autobody. After talking with Dewayne we did not look any further. Dewayne and Earnest are great people to work with. Truck was out the shop in 2 weeks. If you are looking for a good, fast, efficient place to have your car repaired, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

I had a good experience overall, had Jackson repair frontal collision damage that I had from a fender-​bender in a parking lot. Paid $ 450 total, half upfront for a deposit.
Took just 2 days total (Turned in the car on Monday, got it back on Wednesday).
One thing that was kinda shady was the lack of lighting inside his shop, it’s very dark in there. Jackson himself is very nice, even complemented me for living in Compton (CPC!!!)
I took away one star because they don’t accept credit/​debit cards, only cash. I was fortunate to have a lot of cash on me at the time.
I’ll probably come back here if I ever get into another accident here in the Long Beach area.

I found this place after passing by it on the way home & knew I had to stop by.
I had a great experience from this body shop. My situation was that the car door on the driver’s side would not open from the outside. So in order for me to open the door, I would go through the passenger door & open the driver’s door from the inside, or simply just climb to the driver’s seat.
The guys were friendly & kind! I was super comfortable with everyone that was there because they were all a friendly bunch. & in 30 minutes I was already out the door.
I HIGHLY recommend that if you want to get any work done, this is the place to go. Their prices are great & you probably won’t find it cheaper anywhere else. Gonna head back there soon to get my paint job done!

Just picked my ride up from Dwayne at Jackson’s Auto Body. It needed a miracle and I got just that. Brought it on a Thursday and it was done mid day Saturday at great rate. Mr. Jackson is a man of his word. I’m now a loyal customer.

My experience was positive because the service was fast, professional and they do quality work. Someone bumped my bumper overnight so I went by for an estimate and the price was reasonable. So on Friday I put my car in the shop and it was repaired by Monday afternoon. For me that was perfect because I only have one car and I work. And time is money and I don’t have time to waste while my car sits up in the shop. The color matched perfect and I have no bumps or waves in the paint. The car look like it did when I pulled it off the car lot and that is they type of work I like.
