Johnny & Anaya’s Wrought Iron Works

Had a great experience with Johnny & Anaya’s! They responded promptly to my request for an estimate for a replacement balcony and a new gate. They were able to provide renderings and pricing on the spot and followed up quickly with a written quote. The work was completed ahead of their estimated timetable and the installation was handled very efficiently and professionally. They were very communicative — keeping me up to date with text messages. I am extremely pleased with the look and quality of the iron work. I will use Johnny & Anaya’s for any future iron work required for our home.

This is a recommendation for Johnny and Anya. I had a gate put up across my driveway between my house and the neighbors wall. I got a few estimates and talked with maybe three or four other companies. Of all the companies that do wrought iron work, Johnny and Anaya was definitely not only the best price but also the nicest person and the least flaky. He took measurements, sent me pictures, and we met a couple of times to discuss the specifications and the colors. He installed the gate and did a great job. He also put in a railing for my steps and even extended it so that it could be embedded into the lawn. I thought that his workmanship was excellent. The gate is the beautiful gate and it matches the architecture of my 1935 built Bixby Knolls Mediterranean home. The price was good. The workmanship excellent and I would refer anyone to Johnny and Anaya without hesitation.

My husband and I had our pool redone and needed a fence for safety and to keep our dog from swimming all the time. He worked with us on the design and it came out perfect! He is a master at making sure it is level and everything is done to perfection. I would recommend him to anyone! Always with a smile too.

We went with Johnny to get a rod iron fence around our pool in the back yard and we are so pleased! We shopped around and decided with Johnny because he was so happy to work with and so polite and very professional. He helped us with picking out what exactly we wanted because honestly we had no idea! He was so wonderful to work with and our fence is beautiful! We’re so pleased! We have asked him to come out and put a spring on our fence door and he did in the same day and had no charge! I contacted Johnny and he came out pretty quickly to give me an estimate for new railings at an apartment building that we manage. He helped to design an amazing set of railings. He gave us a great price and I asked him to go ahead and do he project. He delivered the railings in about 4 weeks and had his people install it. They did an excellent job in the installation. The end result is that the railings look gorgeous. The building looks so much better due to the new gorgeous railings. I am very happy with the iron work done by Johnny and Anaya! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for iron work.

I called Johnny because one section of a 25 year old wrought iron gate that surrounds my front yard was starting to rust and corrode due to water damage. He called me back right away and came out several days later to measure, take pictures, etc. He gave me a very fair estimate and some ideas on how to prevent water damage in the future. The new panel was promptly replaced and it matched perfectly to the existing gate. It’s apparent that Johnny and his family take customer satisfaction very seriously! I highly recommend anyone needing any iron work done call Johnny & Anaya!

We did the typical 3 bids. We not only looked at the prices, but also the reviews… as well as how each presented themselves. Johnny was totally upfront with me and told me things that the other two bids didn’t bring up, and told me things that would be a waste of money. He was honest, and I appreciated that. We went with this company, and we don’t regret it. After installation of our gates, we had a small problem, but they came back and promptly fixed it. Good quality for good prices. The gates look and work great!!! I would highly recommend them!

Johnny is awesome! I needed to get a gate put up on a residential pool for a property i manage and gave him a call. Johnny asked me to send him a picture of the site, and was able to draw up a plan and sent it back to me the same day. He came out to the site, took the measurements and then gave me quote. Let me tell you this guy is a hard worker. He worked to accommodate my busy schedule and met me outside of business hours to take care of the contract. Once the work was completed i came out and inspected the fence, and everything looked perfect except for a small imperfection in the paint. When i called johnny he came right back out (ON A SATURDAY) and took care of the issue himself. They are very busy, in no doubt due to their quality and reasonable prices. I am a satisfied customer and have already begin the process to use them to change gates at other properties i manage.

I just had decorative rails installed that Johnny made from a picture i gave him and they are wonderful!
I took bids on fabricating from «scratch» what i wanted and this company was the only one who could actually do that. They were competitively priced, on time and professional. Half way through the project, Johnny sent me a picture to see if he were on target, which he was, but it gave me an opportunity to adjust if i wished.
During installation people stopped to ask for their business card, which says it all. They know what they are doing.

We were looking to put a railing around the front of our house. Johnny worked with us, offering many options. He was patient as we explored the many ideas and was always a phone call away to answer questions.
The work is now completed, we are very satisfied, and really like our railing. All his positive reviews on Unilocal speak to the consistent quality of this work.

The handyman we hired to build our driveway gate introduced me to Johnny. Unfortunately, the gate we received was not build by Johnny (bait and switch by our handyman). The construction materials and welding were poor quality and the installation damaged our house and the adjacent cinder block wall. We then contacted Johnny, and he immediately responded to take measurements for a new replacement gate. The gate was installed yesterday afternoon, and we are delighted! The gate is made of high-​quality, galvanized steel with solid cedar boards. The gate really compliments our home. Thank you Johnny!

What a pleasure dealing with Johnny and his company. I called around, looking for a company to remove the security bars from the windows at my new house. Johnny came by the same day and gave me a very fair price for the removal of the bars. He also quoted me prices for replacement metal gates and gave me some sound advice that didn’t involve me paying him thousands of dollars unnecessarily.
I actually can’t wait till I have to replace my gates because I can’t wait to see what kind of design he can come up with. This time, I only had him remove the bars which his crew did, quick and clean and I’m thrilled with the result.

I needed some. gates and fences around my house to stop my toddler from running out on the street. And I needed them quick. Needed a gate to keep my dog from wandering off the patio. Called Anaya’s wrought iron and they built and installed a really great looking gate.

I first contact Johnny to do a side gate behind my garage for a dog run. He came gave me quote and I went ahead and hired him. Did a great job and it looks good and works just as I wanted. Then my wife wanted to replace our side gate as the wood was rotting, I talked with Johnny again and we came up with the idea of a convertable fence. I liked the fence where it was as it didn’t cut off my drive way but wife wanted to have a bit bigger back yard so he wanted it in front of the garage. We came up with a fence that does both! Normally it’s along the side with a door to enter the back yard, but when we need a bit more enclosed back yard space, open the gate door and the 12 foot fence swings over to the side and attaches to another side fence.
We really wanted to before our housewarming party and it was very close, Johnny said he would really try but let us know it wasn’t for sure. We agreed and just said we would be very grateful to have it done before the party. In the end he came through for us! Installed it before our party and I have to say it was one of the biggest hits at the party. Everyone noticed it and loved the swinging action of it!
Great job and recommend him to anyone who needs work done. I think some neighbors are going to be calling him too!

I was sick of parking on the street and decided to have a rolling gate installed so I could enter my yard from the alley. I called several gate makers (some from Unilocal). Johnny called me back immediately and came over the next day to give me an estimate.
He answered all my questions and gave me a very reasonable price on the spot. He showed up every time he said he would, was courteous and the gate is GORGEOUS. He installed a great motor fully warranteed by mfr.

I had to get a gate to block access to the pool before moving in my home because I have 2 kids. I was looking for something nice yet reasonable. Johnny installed pretty fast and the gate turned out great. I was impressed with how great it came out. We asked for something simple but not too plain. I love my gate it goes well with the pool. I will definitely contact Johnny for our driveway gate.
