Went into his office saying I’m not signing up for anything, I’m not ready to buy.
Left his office pre-​approved for a home loan and ready to start looking. Matter of fact, I move into my home in 2 days. The one I wasn’t ready to buy back in June.
Kenneth was the ultimate professional. I also like the fact that he didn’t have that used car salesman aggressive approach. He was cool, calm, and collective. He always worked around my schedule, showed me houses based on what I told him I was looking for and not just what he wanted to sell.

I have been looking to buy for quite some time. I was working with this agent who was a friend of the family and she did nothing to help me. My husband came across an ad on Craigslist and found Kenneth. When we first met Kenneth, he was very professional. He did a great slideshow presentation and was very informative and clear on everything that could be done for us. We went to look at houses and he was very accommodating as far as what we were looking for. He was very realistic as well and let us know what was in our budget and what was feasible. He found our house and had us in escrow 3 weeks later after we initially met. He guided us through escrow and we were able to close in a timely manner. Kenneth does his homework and tries his best to help you as much as he can depending on your circumstances and situation. He had great communication skills, which is very important when conducting business in my opinion. We remain friends until this day. We are still in contact and have meet up for lunch.
