Our Long Beach employment attorneys have extensive experience representing clients in many types of employment disputes before federal and state agencies, as well as in state and federal courts. We are located in Long Beach, California, but handle cases throughout the state.

Many of our employment matters consist of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and other issues arising out of the termination or discipline of employees. The firm also advises employers and employees on such issues as wage and hour law, disability, harassment complaints, unemployment, DFEH and EEOC compliance, and other issues focusing on prevention of employer/employee disputes. We have vast knowledge of contract law, both in drafting employment contracts and in litigating breach of contract claims.

If you need a class action attorney in Long Beach, Los Angeles, or anywhere in California, Krieger & Krieger can provide the services you need. We have represented parties in high-stakes class actions involving multi-million dollar disputes. In addition, the firm prevailed in a decision by the California Supreme Court, Aryeh v. Canon Business Solutions, Inc. (2013) 55 Cal. 4th 1185. In a major victory for both businesses and individual consumers, the Aryeh decision extended the continuing accrual doctrine to claims for Unfair Competition Law (UCL) claims.
