She is the absolute greatest photographer I’ve ever known! First of all, she has the best customer service ever! She is also the most professional one I have ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot!)! The most challenging thing about her photography is picking out which pictures are your favorite, because I always love every single one! ;) Her pictures are one of a kind and the ones we have displayed around our house ALWAYS draw attention from our guests who are always in awe of how incredible they are! Kristi is the absolute nicest, greatest photographer and I recommend her to everyone! She makes you feel like the most important client every time. She always makes sure you are the absolute most comfortable each time you see her and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. LOVE HER!!! And her work is one of a kind perfection. We have returned to her multiple times and can never use anyone else for our most important photography moments.

Kristi provides beautiful fine art photography, every piece is carefully planned and executed so you get one of kind artwork to display in your home. She is very professional, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a custom photographic experience.

Kristi was just awarded top honors in photography in California and it’s not hard to see why. She has a great eye, a way with her subjects, and an incredible attention to detail. During the initial session, we all felt comfortable and had fun, and even though my boys wanted to explore and climb around, Kristi got great shots. Afterwards, I got to see the results in a viewing session, which was relaxed and enjoyable.
We picked up our prints recently, and were so happy with the results. They are truly heirloom-​quality pictures. I can’t wait to schedule our next photo session with Kristi. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure.

I chose Kristi for boudoir photos as a wedding gift to my fiancé. Taking boudoir photos was a little out of my comfort zone; but, Kristi reassured over the phone prior to my appointment and once we met in her studio I felt totally at ease.
I got my hair and makeup done (by Annie Vandyke) at the studio before my session which added to my confidence (along with a glass a champagne :)
The photo session was fun! Kristi demonstrated how to pose, so all I had to do was copy her.
The images turned out fantastic! I took my fiancé to the ordering session and he loved the photos, it was difficult to narrow down our favorites. The photos were truly pieces of art.
I am so happy to have found Kristi, having this experience right before our wedding was a perfect reminder of our romance. Thank you Kristi!

Seriously Kristi!
There are SO many amazing things to say about her and her work. Every step to create such beautiful memories was a breeze. We scheduled our session at the Seal Beach pier — may I add, I have 3 small kids.4, 2 and 5 months. Kristi was so energetic and determined to capture wonderful/​natural photos of my family and I — she definitely succeeded. Two weeks later, I met with Meredith at the studio on 2^nd street. The studio was so cozy and relaxing — I didn’t want to leave. She took me step by step with the dreaded process of elimination. I honestly could say — I wanted ALL the pictures, they were all so great. She [Meredith] was so patient and helpful with picking the right combination to compliment my chaotic home. Placed the order and a loooooong 3 weeks later I get an email from Kristi letting me know my portraits have arrived and they’re waiting for me. Here’s the kicker, the packaging? Just as fragging awesome as the photos, my gosh Kristi!
As a side note — when I brought the pictures by my mom’s house, she cried. She couldn’t get over how beautiful they are (that made 2 of us).
In short, I cannot wait till my next session with her — I will recommend her any chance I get.

I am beyond amazed! I needed a new photograph to use for publicity with the romance novels I write and was wondering if I could find a photographer who could give me a picture that would say everything I wanted my picture to say. Kristi hit it just right. She asked the right questions so she knew what kind of a photograph I wanted and then went to work. She chose the perfect background and even changed the color of my blouse in the picture (somehow) to add more creative interest to the photograph. I recommend her work totally! Incidentally, I don’t have my new photos yet so the bio photo is the old one I want to replace.

Highly recommend Kristie, she has great customer service. She did an excellent job taking pictures of my two girls. She is really friendly on the photo and is very prompt with responding to my emails and phone calls. I’ve tried many other photographers and I have to say that she is the best one that I have worked with. Meredith, assisted me with picking the photos and was friendly and very helpful. Did not feel the pressure sell at all. I ended up purchasing a couple hundred extra dollars worth of photos. Mainly due to the quality of the pictures as well as the excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Kristi and her work. She is truly an artist and it shows in her photographs. I had my son photographed when he was a week old. She was so patient throughout the whole shoot (which lasted 3 hours!) and didn’t blink an eye when he peed all over her carpet. There was one shot we really wanted to get of him hanging from a stick in a little hammock and we tried three different times before we could get him to stay asleep while gently putting him in the hammock. She was way more patient than I even was. I was ready to call it quits after the second time! She invites you to come view the pictures a week later on a big screen tv and serves complimentary drinks. I loved so many pictures and it was very hard to narrow it down. My one piece of advice would be to bring your spouse or someone else to help you decide. When I picked up the final product I couldn’t be more pleased and they are now proudly displayed around my house. I will definitely be back to Kristi!

We are not the easiest customers to please since I am a professional photographer as well. I’m picky, my wife is picky. We needed someone that could take brilliant photos of my family and we found her. She worked with us tirelessly and produced beautiful photos of my daughter and her dog as well as the entire family.

I purchased a Living Social deal and got portraits taken with my family. It was pretty cool! We had the choice of in studio, at Seal Beach pier or by the SB peninsula. Melody, the office manager was super nice and helpful, answered all my questions and was great about follow up. Knowing I had a 2yr old, they demonstrated their knowledge and experience with this age group because they were able to provide the pros/​cons of each setting and the best time to get the most cooperation.
On the day, we got a call that morning from Melody to remind us and let us know where to meet exactly. Thank god… cuz my phone crashed, with all my notes! Although the promo was for 1-​hour photog session, we were done before then but still got a ton of pictures to choose from. Kristi was sweet and professional. I liked her instantly.
We went and saw our proofs just the other day. The studio was small but yet the way they had it set up, it was roomy and comfy. We went through each of our pics on a huge screen and gave them thumbs up or down on them. I felt like i was sitting at home going through our own albums. It was that comfy!
From the proofs, some the images were pretty pose-​y, while others were so natural that Kristi was able to catch. I just wish my little guy was smiling in more of the pictures. Too bad with the retouching they’ll be doing, they couldn’t retouch them to add smiles to my little grouch!
I’ve never done professional photos before, so I can’t give you a good comparison to cost. But it seemed pricey, based on my limited knowledge of what Asian shops do for much less cost. But KSE has beautiful photo boxes that you can load with 23 or so photos, and the photos will then go into a book. But to get the book, you have to buy the photo boxes. Since we already had thousands of photos, we just chose a few family shots and pair shots. I wanted more but aside from our own database, our wallets just didn’t permit me spending needlessly! =(But I think I’ll be happy with what we chose. Can’t wait to pick them up!
Note to anyone going to the studio with child in stroller… the studio is on the 2^nd floor, so you have to go up 2 flights of stairs. There’s no elevator. Thank god my stroller was light and didn’t add to the weight of a sleeping 2yr. old. Bring quarters for street parking or go down towards the residential area and try your luck parking there.

kristi was the best! me & my daughter took mother and daughter piks and i was so nervous, but. these came out really great and to see them on the site was even better! i was bragging about them for weeks! my daughter looks beautiful. i like that she got down in the sand and rolled all over the place just to get a great shot! shes the best! :)

Kristi did such a great job with our couples photo session. We were both a little nervous having never done this sort of thing before, and she made everything so relaxed and easy. We actually had a lot of fun doing it! She was very organized and had everything set up by the time we got there. She had all of the poses down, and knew exactly what she wanted. She has a very keen eye and gets the job done quickly and accurately. Having fun in the meantime of course!
Our photos are simply breathtaking, and I am having a hard time narrowing down to picking a favorite! I will definitely come to her for engagement, wedding, and family pictures as well. I was very impressed!

Kristi was great! We took pics at the beach, dock and on the jetty… They all came out great and we ordered more than originally thought. Thanks for the great memories captured!

Kristi photographed my boyfriend and I and they turned out amazing. I got amazing art for my walls. My sister-​in-​law loved them so much she too went to Kristi with her family (5 kids) for their new family portraits. They turned out the best I have ever seen, she even got my brother to smile :)
