The other reviewers were absolutely right, this person is impossible to book with or contact in any way. I bought a groupon and couldnt schedule anything until a month later and thats not even the worst part of this experience.
I arrived and was greeted by kyle who then advised me he had to change the sheets and would be right back. 5 mins later he brings me into the room and asks if there are any problem areas. Odd… being an LMT myself that there was no intake form, personal history to obtain, nothing to sign. He did not even ask me what I do for a living – so just to see how he would treat a regular client, I didnt tell him. I informed him that my problem areas are most often low back, sacrum and glutes. So he begins the treatment face up with nothing under my knees. You try laying on your back with low back pain with your legs straight out and you will feel the discomfort. Fellow Unilocalers, this is massage 101…
After spending equal amount of time on every section of my body – no focused work at all on the areas specified-​the massage ends and I am laughing inside as to how the heck this guy gets any good reviews. Tells me to take a minute to get changed and he will see me outside. Now, at any RESPECTABLE massage place you are given some water at the completion of the treatment. Not here. I came out and this clown is nowhere to be found so I strike up a convo with the bikram yoga instructor i recognized. 5 mins later kyle emerges from his conversation with someone else swigging his own bottle of smartwater. Thanks buddy.
I left feeling great – because I am/​know/​work with therapists who have years less experience and are 10x better and more thorough. Maybe this guy had a lazy day, who knows. Very shady, very unprofessional and his «service» for booking appointments is the WORST. Now I know why he put out a groupon. As a therapist, getting some extra treatments really helps but this guy is a waste of time.
Only positives were that I was given the full time and the lubricant he used smelled great. Do yourself a favor and if you are in the area go to body & soul massage. Great spot and knowledgable therapists!

If I could give NO stars I would.
This person is impossible to get in touch with and I really have to wonder why he would run a Living Social deal when he can’t deliver the product. I’ve tried to book online which either just doesn’t work or wants me to book a massage for two months hence. I want a massage in the next week or so, not in two months!
I have asked for a refund and of course he’s not returning calls or messages that I leave with his answering service.
It doesn’t really matter to me that he’s really good if he’s going to be so flaky.

Unfortunately this review cannot be good because Kyle stood me up for not 1 but 2 appointments. This is no way to do business. He never even contacted me to apologize. I emailed him but got no response. So if you are really in the mood for a massage… don’t book with Kyle… you will be extremely disappointed when he doesn’t show or contact you!

So I got my dad this 3 massage package deal from Mr. Walsh.
My dad has a plethora of medical issues, and his pain management is a diet based on pills, pills, and more pills. There HAS to be a better way. So I tried to find out about massage therapy, as blood circulation is key in managing healing and pain… so he went to a few ‘rehabilitative’ places his insurance would cover, and they did nothing more than hook him up to electric pods and ‘stimulated’ his muscles. Poor guy pretended it was helping him. I think he gave up. then he went to see Kyle. I had my fingers crossed.
«I feel like a new man. He was really good! I was in so much pain and now I feel like I have life in me again. He’s a really nice guy.» He really meant it, because I never saw him so relaxed and smiling and happy. I’m so glad I got this, but wish I had bought more. That was the best nights sleep I heard he had in years. YEARS. And NOT due to medication.
The only reason I gave Kyle one less star, is bc getting in touch with him is near to impossible. I know he has a ton of booked slots, so I know he must be exhausted and busy. If I get a call back after leaving him 3 messages, I will update my star rating to 5!
I plan on getting a massage by him when I can. then I will give my personal review. Until then, according to Dad: The man is really good. He has good hands. He knows what he is doing. I like him.

Kyle is an enthusiastic massage therapist and always tries to address any issues you may have. I am familiar with his work for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. His new location in the yoga studio is a perfect fit. It may get noisy during class changeovers but it is not disruptive to the massage session.

I would recommend Kyle Walsh to anyone who is looking for the best in a caring and dedicated massage therapist. I have been to many and there is no one who is so intuitive and knows just where my stress points are like Kyle. In 90 minutes I can escape reality and just be transported to another dimension, one where I am completely healed, completely relaxed and renewed. Kyle loves what he does and he is just wonderful.
