Originally, I began my law career as an officer for the Los Angeles Police Department for nine years. Shortly after that, he began his law school education in hopes to provide a fair and balanced law practice to Southern California. He worked alongside other attorneys and law firms before opening his own sole firm in March 2011. If you’re looking for a great and honest attorney, then look no further! To be honest I was nervous going in, at least that was until I was greeted with a smile and treated amazing by his staff.
Many attorneys only care about making themselves money and not YOU, but Zach was so caring and friendly! By being so helpful we were able to clear things up in 1 session and it was free of charge! He could have strung me along in an effort to make money, but he was so sincere that I would not only recommend him for others, but choose him for myself if I ever run into any problems.

Zach McCready is great! He was extremely helpful in resolving my DUI in California in 2013. He was able to have the courts allow me to complete all of my sentencing requirements in Texas (as I was moving back to Texas a few months after receiving my DUI), and I was able to complete the equivalent class requirement in Texas for a first time DUI, which was only 12 hours of class. He always appeared in court for me, so I never had to do anything at all, and he was also able to remove community service as part of my sentence. I also recently (April 2016) needed all of the documents concerning my DUI, and three years later, he was able to send me all of the documents I needed. He is extremely helpful and caring, and he is excellent at returning phone calls and answering questions in a timely manner.

I was referred to Zach through a friend during a very troubling event. Despite the fact that I was extremely worried and fearful of the legal process, Zach couldn’t have been a better resource. He was smart, experienced, and kind at a time when I really needed reassurance. AVOID THIS ATTORNEY AT ALL COSTS**
He verbally manipulates his clients into believing he will give them back their retainer fee as long as he doesn’t have to go to court.
I had a witness with me who heard him repeat this at least 2 – 3 times.
Then he had me sign a contract, and told me that after the 1 year mark, if the case never went to court, if I brought him an official letter from the courthouse declaring that I have no case pending against me, that he would give me my retainer fee back.
That was $ 1500.
It’s reached the one year mark and he is now claiming to have never said that to begin with.
I’m a 24 year old college student, and this rich piece of shit lawyer took advantage of what little money I had, and has refused to give me my retainer fee that he promised VERBALLY numerous times to return to me.
Zachary, if you don’t return retainers fees, stop LYING to your clients verbally when they ask you about it in person.
He used to be a cop, figures.
I didn’t realize he was a manipulative money hungry lawyer until it was too late.
PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.
