Business Owner

Lawrence Pi is a saxophonist, woodwind doubler (clarinet and flute), and educator currently based in Southern California California. Lawrence received his B.M. in Jazz Performance from California State University, Long Beach.

As an educator, Lawrence has been teaching for 5 years both privately and as a coach. He was one of the music coaches at Arrowbear Music Camp for 3 years. In addition to coaching groups, he has taught in multiple lesson studios as well as taught privately in homes.

As a performer, Lawrence has performed with various people and groups. In 2015, Lawrence auditioned for the Disneyland Band. After a nationwide search, Lawrence was 1 of 54 people chosen across the country to be part of this prestigious band. Lawrence also leads his own group that performs in the Southern California. He is also a woodwind doubler in the indie rock band, Leather Tramp.
