LBC 420 Evaluations

I agree with most people on here, I made an online reservation for 45, they charged me 55 and didn’t take in consideration of the advertisement, a little shady in my opinion.

I’ve been coming here for FIVE CONSECUTIVE YEARS… I always use a coupon out of OC Weekly. This always worked out well in the past, however now they want $ 60 WITH THE COUPON which is advertised at $ 29…WTF??? They now claim that if you want the coupon/​advertised rate of $ 29, you only get a requisition that’s good for 3 months!!! Are you serious!!! That is some shady ass BS!!!
Do NOT bother coming here with the coupon… you will pay FULL PRICE… unless you want a requisition that’s only good for 3 months! Get out of here with that garbage!!! Even if I have to pay $ 60 going forward, it won’t be to 420 Evaluations. They officially SUCK!!! Such a shame… I sent SO MANY people here over the years and went here myself every year… no longer, they are tricking people to come in and there service is AWFUL and OVERPRICED!!!

Been here 5 times, usually fast. It’s 45 $ with the online appointment, 60 $ without so make sure you do that. I’m currently waiting on my friend who didn’t make one and she was seen in under 40 minutes so good time. Place is sketchy, could use a new paint job, but does exactly what it advertises in a short timely manner.

Dont bother making an appointment, the place looks like it doesnt get a lot of patients. My first evaluation was $ 45 and when a friend of mine went to get hers they raised it to 60. Dont get me wrong it’s all legitimate but $ 60 is a lot in my opinion. You will be in and out under 10minutes although I would suggest finding another place at a lower price

I came for a MCR and got one in less than 30 minutes.
The place is sketchy. I made an appointment on-​line (don’t bother, you’ll be treated like a walk-​in when you get there) and when I walked in, there was a guy running around answering questions that reeked of alcohol and bad breath.
I filled out and read the paper work (all SIX pages) and gave it and my driver’s license to the «receptionist». More about him later.
I waited another 10 minutes and the doctor called my name. The visit was short, under 10 minutes. Everything was good to go.
When I went to the receptionist, he said «that’ll be $ 60.» I told him the web site shows that if you booked on-​line the price was $ 45. He mumbled something about a doctor and a recommendation and then said «make it $ 55.» I told him I came prepared to pay $ 45 and that’s all I had in my wallet. He «waived» the $ 55 and took the $ 45.
The place is sketchy. Other than and address and telephone number, what’s posted on their website means nothing — pricing, appointments time slots, accuracy — nothing.

excellent price, time, parking, doctor.

I have been coming here for 4 years and I’ve also been recommending people to go in… HUGE mistake! I went in today and it was dead empty! Filled out all the paper work and went to turn it in. I let the guy know, I found a cheaper add and called to verify if it was legit, it was. New evaluation was $ 35, so they are supposed to price match it by $ 5 ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE… And of corse the guy says they don’t do that anymore… Now they want $ 60!!!Even though it’s still on their website and they don’t it for me 3 – 5 other times I came in. I’m going straight to Affordable Evaluations on Elm in Long Beach, they will be my new spot. They only charge $ 35 (for a year) for new evaluations for disabled patients … I am so pissed, I hate shady companies and they are defiantly one!!! I even told him I’ve been with them for years, don’t waist your money with this sketchy place.

They are quick and simple. Only $ 45 for new recommendations. Location sort of hard to find, but parking is simple.

Dr. Rose is great physician and even when it’s a packed house he takes care of all patients within a timely fashion.

Loved the place. my appt was at 11:15am. was out by 11:45. doc was a little late but as soon as he was there he took care of me first.
didn’t like the location a lot of weird people walking in and out. sketchy.
but staff was nice and doctor was professional.
would totally recommend to anyone who needs a recommendation.

If your gonna renew your recommendation find the coupon in LA weekly to save some cash.

Great place if you are in need of a medical card.
I came here (the accept walk-​in appts, thank god) looking to get a med card for my lower back pains, and they accommodated me very well. The atmosphere of the place lacks appeal, but it was an overall simple process, and the people working there were friendly and helped me with any questions.
There were absolutely no bait-​and-​switch scams going on at this place. They advertised for $ 60 and that’s exactly what I paid.

Very friendly people. I took no longer than 10 mins! They have moved location from 7^th and rose to 7^th and Alamitos so do call before head over there. Highly recommend! :)

Fuck this place. I called the day before to make an appt. They said I didn’t need one. I arrived at 1 pm and they were locked and empty.

Got to Clinic at 635pm just for a renewal, I’ve been here for my last rec. They turned me away after driving all the way over here as they close at 7pm. Waste of my time and Def not worth checking out this Office. Complete bull shit and they have no business being open. Stay away at all costs. This place has gone to shit

I called in first and drove 20 minutes to the above listed address only to find an empty building. I call again and he says we are not located there anymore and that we have moved. That information would have been important before i drove to the above listed address.
Please don’t also have your time wasted.

Have gone there for all my recs. very nice people, no hassle, and timely. I recommend this to anyone that needs to get a medical card.
