Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

How I came to practice yoga… read an article on yoga… sounded intriguing

looked for an instructor for a year… didn’t know about studios, never having a background in dance as a child. an artist friend invited me to his opening not having prior knowledge that I was looking for a yoga teacher. he introduced me to his friend who happened to be a yoga instructor… that is when everything came together. I practiced yoga for 5 years then I decided to teach. I had been working in the school district for 8 years teaching special needs kids. I was passionate about working with kids, bonding with them came easy to me. So I decided to specialize in teaching yoga to kids and teens. I am creating a base for kids and teens to learn tools to help them cope as they grow, change and are challenged. For them to respond instead of react… heal instead of hurt and have compassion without judgement.
