This review is long overdue. I had been looking for a rental property for quite a while, it is hard to find decent housing with quality management that can oversee and maintain the property adequately. My previous landlord failed me numerous times, they never followed up on maintenance requests or repairs so I looked elsewhere.
When I searched for an apartment last year, my friend referred me to Leverage Real Estate and said they had decent apartments and houses available. I contacted them and was amazed by their professionalism. They showed me a few units which were fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, granite and all amenities.
I cannot believe how professional and easy it was to work with the staff and they have continued to maintain their professionalism. My kids and I are very happy with our unit and plan on staying here for a long time. I highly recommend Leverage Real Estate Investors for all your real estate/​rental needs.

WOW!!! This company is truely amazing.
The staff at Leverage was professional, easy to work with, and they definitely have a ‘client first’ focus.
Leverage not only sold our house, they remodeled it to get us top value, and they helped us find a new place. We initially were skeptical at first, since we thought this process would be difficult. But boy were we wrong, the folks from leverage made this whole process painless, and I am so glad we found this company.
If you are interested in buying, selling, or renovating your house, do yourself a favor and give them a call!!!
