Got my dryer working when the motor stopped starting. They did a temp fix so I wouldn’t have to buy expensive parts. Dryer is on its last legs but this buys me some time. Thanks!

…and now my old laundry dryer needed repair. I called yesterday and made an appointment for today. The tech arrived on time (and called 30 minutes prior to confirm), inspected the dryer, found the problem, explained it to me and had the part in his truck. My dryer now runs great and I could not be happier with the experience.

I discovered that my dryer was not heating up and called LB Appliance Repair early this afternoon. By 4:30 the same day the technician was at my door and had my dryer back in action very quickly! Great service! Don’t hesitate to call, you will be glad you did!

The people here have very excellent service and are real professionals. The service was done right and price was very reasonable. David came to my house and did the repair so it was very convenient so I didn’t have to carry this heavy washer anywhere. I highly recommend this appliance repair to anyone who wants fast reliable service.

I didn’t receive any services from Long Beach Appliance Repair, but when I called to schedule an appointment they informed me it would be 3 days until a technician would be available. I said to them I would check around for another provider and call back. I found someone else who came within the hour and never called them back. 3 days later I get a call that the technician was on his way to fix the appliance. When I told him I never made him an appointment I got a call from the office and proceeded to enter into a lengthy discussion about whether or not I made an appointment. I never confirmed the appointment, end of story. Should I have called them back? Probably. Should people have to argue with businesses over semantics? Probably not. I’m sure they are wonderful repairmen, customer service professionals they are not.

We had a problem with our washer draining. The repair tech came within the scheduled time so that was nice. The only problem I had was with the price. With parts and labor it came to $ 220 dollars. Seemed kinda steep, but what can you do?

I called the Long Beach Appliance Repair 562−239−3790 on Sunday morning to fix my Frigidaire side by side refrigerator because it was not freezing the freezer or cooling the refrigerator. And because my GE dryer was squealing when it ran.
Within only a few hours, Yury was at my home to help. Yury was able to quickly diagnose both appliance and even had the parts available to fix them. He replaced the thermostat on my Frigidaire side by side refrigerator and repaired my GE dryer bearing glides, all within a couple of hours. Yury is a competent professional, and it was refreshing to know that he is in the appliance repair business.
The diagnostic fee was extremely reasonable at only $ 55 for the first appliance and only $ 35 for the second, which was waived because he performed the work. But even if he did not perform the work, this diagnostic and home appliance service call fee is the lowest I found. And it comes with a competent professional to perform the work.
I am extremely satisfied with the competency and professionalism of Yury. I will use him again, and I will recommend him for my family members and friend’s properties too.

I am glad to see that most of the people that call this business have had successful repairs to their appliances. My dishwasher recently went out on me. I have never used any type of repair service before, I generally just call my landlord. I see now why people put the burden of household repairs on their landlords. The gentlemen on the phone (which I believe was the owner) scheduled an appointment for me, he stated there was a $ 65.00 charge for his employee to come out to my apartment and give me an estimate on what it would cost to repair my unit. The gentlemen showed up, I believe his name was David. He was great, and spent a brief period of time trying to repair the timer in my dishwasher, which he presumed was the problem. He tried to clean the electrical contacts on the timer, but it was to no avail. He basically said it would be more expensive to fix the unit, rather than to just buy a new unit altogether. I was fine with that answer, however, I was still forced to pay the «service fee» of $ 65.00 that the owner told me I accepted over the phone. Regardless of the fact, that he could do nothing for my broken dishwasher.
The owner then began saying that I was falsely accusing his company of scamming me, and giving me dishonest information. I said none of this, this review is simply to inform people that if you are new to using these types of services, that just by their employee showing up to your door, glancing over your problematic unit, and telling you that there is no point to fix it, it is «common sense» (says the owner) that you still have to pay them their $ 65.00 fee. I was told that I was lucky that they did not give me a huge estimate, and charge me for something that «has no guarantee» and «would keep breaking down».
I am thankful for that, truly, but I am very upset that they do not properly forewarn customers, that regardless if they repair your unit, or simply tell you that it’s not worth fixing **within twenty minutes** of being at your home you are still expected to pay their outrageous «service fee» ($ 65 fee that’s $ 130 an hour at that point, far from «honest» even though the owner swore he did me a favor).
In short, unless you’re prepared to gamble on whether the repair man can actually repair your unit or not, be sure to think twice, maybe three times, before you actually call and schedule an appointment with this business.

David came out and fixed my oven and dryer the same day as I called. He was quick and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very pleased with David. He was very prompt and professional. Came out to check on fridge that wasn’t holding temp in freezer. Wasn’t worth repairing asked him to look the oven broiler that wasn’t working and he had it repair within 30 minutes. Will definitely call him again for any repairs.

Had a very positive experience with this company! I called at 8:30 a.m. and they gave me a window of 12−3pm SAME DAY for a tech guy to come out for my refrigerator problem. David called about 15 minutes before he came, which was a nice heads up. He was very professional, identified the problems instantly, explained the issues clearly, was very straightforward with the pricing (no surprises at the end) — and did a great job. He cleaned up after and gave me recommendations for future maintenance. I would highly recommend based off of my experience!

They came right away, and the repair was done within half an hour. My bottom freezer was working but the fridge was not, and I appreciated how fast and simple they made everything. David did a great job.

Just called to ask for pricing and a time that they could come an repair my appliances. Very bad customer service. He was very rude and disrespectful. We definitely will giving our money to someone else due to his bad customers service.
