I took my vehicle on a Monday. I waited over three hours for an alignment inspection… They started talking parts in the hundreds of dollars to me without even taking the time to explain what the problem was. Later they said they would call me with an estimate the next day. I wait all week for Dean to call me back so I call the shop on Friday. Joe tells me they don’t have any record of my vehicle information or my estimate and that Dean is on vacation… They tell me I have to go wait in line again for another evalutation. Final thoughts, place is very disorganized and the technicians were rude.

Dean was everything we were told about him. He was very nice and understanding. We dropped off our 2007 Chrysler Aspen early Monday morning for rear break job. He called in about an hour with the cost for doing front and rear breaks. The price was great and included turning the rotors. We are relieved to be able to get the complete job done!!! Thank you Sir, we will see you again!!!

Great customer service, had me in and out quick. Also there pricing was so cheap, any other place probably would have charged me double for bleeding my brakes and alignment.

Friendly honest mom n pop shop that’s been around for years. If you want same day service for an alignment within 1 hour ya gotta get there when they open. Plus they are inexpensive.

Iv’e been to dean with a least 15 cars over the years and have pleased wit his work every time. Good alignment shops are hard to find and this one is diamond in the rough!!!

These guys are very honest, reasonably priced and very nice people as well. I started coming here recently and I am very impressed with their operation. I have used their services for all my business’ honda elements and I would highly recommend them.

They are not «an honest shop» based on my experience.
This is the final nail in the coffin.
Wanted to give this place another chance which I don’t normally do after they scraped my oem rims on my old vehicle that I sold a while back.
I always would like to support the local small mom and pop places, but not when they are not «honest».
Got my gf’s vehicle alignment done a month ago and the front alignment check out for under $ 40. Might have to have it look at again soon just to make sure.
Now flash forward to yesterday… my front alignment was ok, but my back alignment was a «no go» they said. They said the rear «something» needed to be replaced. My left rear «something» was ok for now.
They did not show me any numbers or proof that the work needed to be done. Just «trying» to sell me on the service that I might or might not need.
That was gonna cost me almost $ 250 for the work to be done… whoa nelly!!!
I wanted another opinion on this matter.
I took it elsewhere and I did not need such work done.
Again, I hate to say this, but I will never go back to this place now!!!
Two Thumbs Down for this place. Beware of their tactics and get a 2^nd Opinion like I did. It could save you some $$ to do so. Learn from me.

Very honest shop. Been going here since I bought my 67 Mustang 17 years ago. They have always done my alignments and if I didn’t need an alignment they didn’t charge me. They only replace what you need and they will let you know if you are going to need something replaced soon. I recommend this place to everyone. I’ve seen cars here from the 1920’s to brand new Mercedes.

This is one of the only honest shops I have ever been to.

Came here today after finding on Unilocal.Needed some minor suspension work done and an alignment. I brought my own parts and asked to have them installed. No problem, 90 minutes later and I was done.
The alignment adjustment needed was only minor, so I was only charged $ 25 bucks and the other work I wanted was $ 100.
What a deal. And my truck looks and runs just the way I want it. There are so few honest mechanics that don’t try to rip you off. This is definitely one of the good ones.
Shop itself is no frills. Bring your own entertainment or have someone come pick you up and take you to breakfast!

I went last week because I woke up to a flat tire. I got to the place and one of the guys put on my spare at no charge. He also let me know that all my tires were pretty worn and advised me to get new tires.
I brought the tires, and brought them to the shop to have put on. I was there as soon as they opened and was met with warmth and quickly taken care of. Also, you can’t. beat the prices. They have become my new mechanics for wheels. I will be going to them when I need my brakes changed as well.

These guys are busy busy busy! And for good reason too, they know what they’re doing and they’re the cheapest around.
For only $ 24 I got the wheels on my 2011 corolla aligned (another place a half mile away wanted $ 80!!!). The technician was very thorough and was kind enough to inspect everything from bushings to bearings.
These guys are pros and have had plenty of time in the business. They know that scamming people is not the way to go, and because of that they have PLENTY of referrals and repeat customers.
They will do their best to resolve any concerns to your satisfaction and have never failed to do so.
Their service is well worth a 20 minute wait. Give them a try, they’ll earn your business for life.

After reading other reviews and calling other tire places (that were overpriced) in the area, my husband decided to go here to get his truck aligned. Here are the reasons why this place gets five stars:

I’ve been here maybe three times since my friend first recommended it to me in 2003. If it weren’t for my friend, I would’ve never given this place a chance, which would have been a real shame.
The people at Miller’s are knowledgeable about what they do. They’ve been doing this kind of work for years, probably longer than I’ve been alive, and they’ve accumulated a wealth of wisdom.
They won’t charge you for any work that doesn’t need to be done, heck, it’s not unusual that they’ll even spend 30 minutes on your car just to find out that your alignment is within specs, then let you off the hook for free.
Unlike other shops/​dealerships, they won’t try to up-​sell you on additional items, unless you really need it. The chains/​dealerships often suggest «required» maintenance on your air filter, cabin air filter, brake pads, rotors, coolant, brake fluid, transmission flush, oil change/​filter, etc. Sounds familiar doesn’t it? Sadly, you could only call their bluff if you were knowledgeable in maintenance yourself.
These people are honest, which is undeniably rare in the auto shop business. They’re not out to bleed you dry or take advantage of unknowing customers.
For the work they do perform on your car, Miller’s Alignment’s prices are very fair. No extravagant rip-​offs, just a good old-​fashioned, honest business.

I just needed to update to mention that they gave me a call almost 1 month later to make sure my car was running well and thank me for the business.
WOW!!! Now I know in these economic times good businesses are scrambling to keep their customers happy, but something tells me that Miller’s has probably been doing this all along.
