This place is really glamorous. When you walk in, you feel like you walked into the right jewelry store. The store is really clean and shinny. The staff is friendly and their prices are incredibly reasonable. I really liked this jewelry store.
I walked into this store with my wife to get her ring sized and reduced. I met with alan and he was really nice and patient. Since we don’t wear much jewelry, we picked the size but it was slightly bigger. They got the ring size correct at 4.25. We were the ones that picked the size but we realized that it was just slightly too big within a day. 2 days later I went back to the shop to make the ring 0.25 smaller. They remembered me and helped me out again. When I asked to pay, they said no charge. I couldn’t believe it. We made the mistake and they still didn’t charge me.
I had a great experience and hope many other people do too.

Mr. Lim is an amazing character. He and his family are wonderful. Attentive, great customer service, funny. I enjoyed my time here immensely. I was looking for an engagement ring that had a vintage style band with a modern halo setting. The ring they created was beautiful and everything I hoped for… can’t recommend them high enough!

I am a first time customer, but they have definitely made me a repeat customer. I’ve never purchased jewelry at an Cambodian jeweler, it’s quite intimidating when you’re a younger generation Cambodian. Plus, I wasn’t sure how LGBT friendly they would be since I would be looking to purchase an engagement ring for my partner.
I came here in Oct. 2015 to purchase an engagement ring for my now fiancé (she said yes). I knew very little about jewelry and diamonds in general and decided on this store because it was highly recommended by my cousins, so of course I brought them with me.
I forget the woman’s name who helped me but I believe she is the daughter-​in-​law of the owners. She was very helpful and very patient and the prices are great. I truly believe the prices match the quality of what they carry and what I liked even more is that they carry a lot of one of a kind settings. So after looking at everything I went ahead and purchased the diamond and ring setting which also included a wedding band for a great deal.
The best part was she recommended and I don’t get it sized yet and wait until after she wears her ring, just to be safe. Well a couple months later after a weekend breakfast, my fiancé wanted to pop in to see if she could get it resized. It was the easiest process ever. They literally just looked at the ring and sent us to the back and had it resized. We brought the receipt in case we needed it, but they’re so good at recognizing their products they didn’t even need it. Excellent customer service, great quality products, and family owned. Can’t get any better than that.

The best jewelry store. They is the honest people. They found for me another store owner, Serina Lim scam me to sell me a fake diamond and she say it was real.

Been bringing my old Rolex here for years for a new bracelet, cleaning, & tune-​ups. I have taken my watches elsewhere and have had service ranging from excellent to atrocious, so I didn’t want to write a review on a place until I was 100% sure, which I am about Mkott Pioch. It is the best Rolex repair shop at least in Long Beach – 100% reliable quality with cheap prices. I have not purchased jewelry here yet, but the selection looks dazzling.

Have been twice and both times the family have gone above and beyond to provide great customer service! I’m my opinion, nicely run family biz! Had 2 watch batteries replaced and some jewelry cleaned.

Great customer service, will be coming back soon. They carry a few brands of watches, I was surprised to see they carry Nixon, I love that! And Fossil! I know where I’m coming for Christmas.

My husband and I had a great experience at Mkott Pich Jewelry. We needed two rings resized… Of course our wedding rings after 13 years of marriage. I’ve never left my wedding ring out of my sight but Mkott Pich’s family atmosphere and professional attitude left me at ease to trust my most valuable treasure in their hands. We had our rings back within 48 hours and they looked brand new. I also dropped off my husbands nugget ring that he loves so much but hasn’t been able to wear for years because it was a hallow ring and would get moisture under his finger and agitate him. Mkott Pich gave us a fair price on gold to fill in the hallow space of the ring so it won’t bother him. All of our rings look amazing. Support this family run business, I know we will again.

My MIL brought me to Mkott Pich for a replacement engagement ring setting. I found an engagement and wedding band set that I fell in love with. The price was very reasonable and I absolutely love my rings! Mrs. Lim and her family have been a family friend for years and she and her family are honest and have a wonderful selection of engagement ring settings and wedding bands. You will not be disappointed with them.

Just had the most amazing experience at this jewelry store. Family owned and operated for something like 36 years in long beach.
They repaired some jewelry while we watched. We bought something else while there.
This store is a gem. Fantastic selection. Great custom styles. Reasonable prices.

Needed an old watch to start again. Cleaning and battery for $ 20 which I thought was high but then there is immediate service sometimes too which helps. I was impressed with precious stone necklaces. Watches seem to focus on tag heuer which didn’t impress so much. Seems like a family business so was satisfied getting my watch fixed. Some strange characters go to jewelry stores as I noticed that day.

Just want to say this is a great place to go for jewelery and watches. My wife and I decided to get matching watches for our 10 year anniversary. We spent an entire day in downtown LA looking for watches. We got frustrated and found Allan at Mkott Pich. He and his team are very knowledgeable, courteous and have a beautiful store. They carry the most popular brands and have a great selection. Allan gave us an amazing price on our watches and delivered with excellence. I will be buying all my watches from him from now on. These folks took superb care of me. Armed security guards attentive and polite both in and in front of the store. Opened the door and greeted me. Greeted by staff as soon as I entered. Obviously a proud family operation. Photos on the wall of the boss winning business and community awards.
I took my treasured TAG Heuer 2000 Chronograph in for repair and a new battery. I was convinced there was a mechanical problem (it wouldn’t start /​stop properly or zero out properly before the battery went low), and I was expecting them to have to send it out. I was prepared to pay several hundred dollars and wait weeks.
They called the next day to tell me it just needed cleaning and a new battery. $ 25. One day. I couldn’t be happier.
As to the genius reviewer below who claims «they will rip you off.» Amongst other gems like «their is no one their…» I put her ability to assess a business on par with her spelling and grammar. As to the rip off, who was the one trying to move a bunch of cheap gold in a hurry? I don’t know about buying gold, but I do know that these folks could have easily taken me to the cleaners based on what I TOLD THEM I thought was wrong with my watch, and instead they hooked me up in a single day for the price of a quality battery replace.
I will be back with my next repair, and the next time I’m in the market for a new piece.

I’ve never purchased jewelry from this place, but I’ve had my watch repaired and altered a couple of times. Simple adjustments and repairs are ⁵⁄₁₀ bucks, and the quality of work is excellent (no scuffs or scrapes, which I’ve seen at other places). Their customer service is also topnotch. Very pleasant people — always feel welcomed. From the look of it, they also have a nice selection of men’s and women’s jewelry (including many gorgeous watches). Avoid the shoddy work from big-​box retailers and give these people your business.

Sketchy place right from the start, as soon as i walked in the door i had a feeling like i was going to be taken advantage of. I was not greeted and felt awkward just standing their waiting to be serviced, when theirs no one even their, besides me. so i walked to the first person i saw and asked her if i could get an appraisal. she just looked at me blankly, no hello, no response. So then she started testing/​weighing my stuff which was 50 grams of 14k gold and she offered me $ 600 for everything if i sell it right now. I told them no and grabbed my stuff and l checked elsewhere for a second opinion.
I went to this other place in westminster and sold them 2 items which were 22grams of 14k gold and GOT $ 550. but if you dont believe me then find out for yourself.

WOW… is all I can say! Took 2 white gold rings in for resizing and Mr. Lim sized the rings while we waited (in about 30 minutes) and gave them back looking BRAND NEW!!! And while we waited, he and his wife showed us around their beautiful store and told us their story.
I will definitely be returning to Mkott Pich whenever I’m looking for new jewelry or to have pieces repaired/​cleaned. Customer service is top notch and we were told that if our rings ever need resizing again, it will be free of charge!!!
