I was referred here by some family members who have bought quite a few products from this Mobul location and have been very happy with the level of service and quality of products they sell.
When I stopped by, I was immediately greeted by Cheryl. Her warm and fuzzy, customer focused personality immediately made me feel welcomed and confident I made the right choice in choosing this store to conduct business with.
I was interested in their lift chairs for my Grandma (who is now 93 years old) and needs a little assistance with getting in and out of her current «daily chair» she sits in for the majority of the day…
Cheryl asked me questions about her to get an idea of what size chair and features we will need. Within seconds we had the perfect chair picked out and Cheryl was quick to show me all of the features it has and all the benefits a lift chair can have for my Grandma. It was super comfortable and was the perfect size. It had dual motors, one adjusts the back and one adjusts your feet and legs to ensure you find the perfect comfortable position.
I didn’t purchase the chair that day as the chair was a little more expensive than I had wanted to spend walking in, AND I wanted to do a little research on the manufacturer and check out other reviews on the chair. Cheryl gave me some sample swatches to take home to think about what color we wanted.
I came back about a week later to buy the chair. Cheryl was busy with another customer and I wanted to wait for her since she spent nearly an hour with me the previous week going over all options available, colors, and physically showing me the chair and letting me test it out.
However she was working with another customer and because it was taking longer than expected she asked her associate, Debra to assist me… I am glad I got her, too. Debra was just as friendly and patient as Cheryl and answered my follow up questions I had after my research. Debra wrote up the chair and had me on my way and confirmed it should be delivered within about a week and a half.
On both visits to the store I noticed a gentleman who seemed very attentive to the customers and would engage with them… It turns out he was the owner. I met Wayne on my final purchase visit and he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. He was very genuine and thankful that I chose Mobul.
I called a week into it to follow up and after checking a few things it turned out the chair was going to take about a few weeks longer as the chair was being hand built at the manufacturer and needed to be shipped to their store. No problem.
Delivery:
Mario came and delivered the chair, he was on time and within the specified time frame I was given. Mario was very polite and was very patient and showed my Grandma how to use her new chair and showed me how to reprogram the «all ready» programmed settings such as; «sit, sleep, and TV» to ensure my Grandma had the exact settings she wanted and all she would have to do is press that specific button to get there.
One minor complaint I would like to mention is we had Mobul/​Mario haul away the old chair but in the process it scratched the stones on the porch, stairs and driveway a little.
All in all, I highly recommend checking out this location for all your needs. They have a HUGE variety of products… It seemed like they had anything and everything you would need.

Nice clean and a good selection. BUT, for a store that advertises mobility supplies, why don’t they have electronic doors for those in wheelchairs and scooters. No bueno

This is the best mobility store in southern Ca. I have spoken with the owner, manager, associates and service and all have been very pleasant, helpful and courteous. They go above and beyond to find exactly what you need. I am impressed with their kindness and willingness to assist. Rare to find these days!

Great store, great products, great service. Bought a lift chair and am thoroughly satisfied. Wayne and Cheryl gave thorough and complete explanations, took as much time as was needed and answered all questions. Mike delivered and set it up. I didn’t want to buy here, because I thought it would be more expensive, but I checked online sites and including delivery (Mobul’s is free), it was about the same. Couldn’t be happier — highly recommended.

Took my chair for some new tires. Mario the tech did a great job installing my new run flat tires which can be tricky. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Hard to find a good tech for wheelchairs in the LBC, Mario is your guy!

Always helpful. As a physical therapist I need some professional supplies that are hard to find without going online. They have what I need. Additionally I know if I send a patient there they will be treated with patience and respect. Highly recommend this group

I visited Mobul in Long Beach due to having a broken foot. Deb is fantastic, I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, kindness and expertise. She helped me with crutches to renting a knee scooter, purchasing a beautiful reclyner, a chair for the shower and even a pink walker. During this difficult time she made me feel more comfortable and less frustrated getting around. If I need anything else you can be sure I will go see Deb, she is the best. Thank you Deb I am a forever customer.

I came in to purchase a walker and cane for my mom who had a sudden severe sciatica problem. They were quick to sell me one of each. A couple days later her insurance brought over a walker and a wheelchair. I called Mobul right away and told them that we only used the walker inside and the tags were still on it. Asked if we could bring it back in. The salesperson put me on hold and came back and said no returns. Well, if this is the regular policy, why would she even have to ask someone? Also, we run a local patients group for people with disabilities and refer everyone to them. We will not do that now. There are many other businesses that offer great customer service (and also take insurance). We will go there, and send business there as well. I even emailed a long note to them and received no response at all. So much for Mobul. Bye bye.

Micheal was super friendly & helpful. Lots of options and huge store. I’ve been to restaurant next door but never been in this store. Lots of solutions and can test then out.

Hi, I had a neighbor/​friend that had just started hospice. Her caregiver was looking for the mouth swabs to give her a little fluid for her mouth/​lips. They have everything here and the staff was so helpful, thank you!

I went into Mobul yesterday for the first time. Juan, the manager, assisted me on the phone before I came into the store, and he provided amazing service. They definitely go above and beyond to help with your needs. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. 5 stars all the way around. I can give my highest recommendation for this store.

Wow yes all the reviews are correct. I went here for myself to see if they had a small portable chair to carry for when I’m out long or traveling and may want to sit with out struggling to find somewhere to sit. My senior mom is in denial for herself and won’t use anything to assist her but I’m not. I will use it all! Or at least whatever I need. Anyway, Debra was super helpful and nice and I did get my little carry chair. I also did look at other products for «up the road» but they do have many things that are usable now. Yep; everything you can think of and more. Great store. The need for these items is big and getter bigger and the owner is opening another store in July in OC. I recommend you try the Golden brand lift recliners while you are in.

We bought a wheelchair for our son and some accessories. Debra and the staff worked with us to ensure that this adult sized chair met our pediatric needs. Debra went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were meet. Her creative brainstorming resulted in great setup for our son. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, plenty of stock. I bought the iWalk 2.0 and received a fitting. They charged the same price for the product as online retailers rather than upping the price like their competitors.
I hope not to need to shop here again anytime soon but will gladly recommend them to others. :)

My mother is 74 and is beginning to struggle with different life issues. We visited Mobul where she purchased a lift recliner and a few pairs of shoes. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. You can tell they care about people who have some challenges and they were very, very patient and kind. The owner helped deliver the chair to my mom’s home and made sure she was comfortable with the different settings and the controls. My mom has since been back on her own a few times.
My mom, like many seniors, wants to stay in her own home as long as possible and Mobul offers tools that help make that possible. I HIGHLY recommend!

Tuesday, I brought my mother to Mobül to explore walkers. Previously, she was using a walker that was provided by her healthcare provider. She was absolutely amazed at the extent of inventory she was presented with at Mobül.
While all of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable we requested the owner who spent all the time my mother needed to make her decision. They were able to gently guide my mother to a walker that seems like a perfect fit for her size and needs.
My mother was absolutely amazed at the extent of inventory she was presented with at Mobül. We are both impressed with the stores layout. One can have an authentic access of their products in their model bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Great place to be when considering all the homecare options. Staff is caring, knowledgable and have a great sense of humor… They are my new best friends since we have been caring for my Mom at home!!! One stop shopping and if they don’t have it they will get it!!! ;) ;) ;)

So happy to have this shop open in Long Beach. Extremely knowledge and friendly staff. They really care about getting you the product you need and not concerned about «selling» you something. I love that they have the products on display so you try them before buying. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out this store for a variety of different needs.

I have a disabled mother and finding items to help her maintain independence has been difficult. I walked into the store and found everything on my list and then some!
The owner assisted me and he was extremely nice and showed a genuine interest in helping find the right items for my mom’s needs.
Best part was that they have just about everything from bath to living room items in one place.
Very happy to have found them!

Either you’re gonna get old or gonna get injured. This shop has all your needs from canes to chairs. The people here are among the friendliest I’ve seen. I got myself a cane/​chair for when I go to LPGA tournaments and need to sit every once in a while. Bathroom items such as shower chairs, toilet extenders can be found here. Extenders are available and some of the most comfortable chairs can be purchased as well. You will eventually need to come here, even if you’re in denial.

Wow. These people are amazing. Very caring and compassionate. Anything you could think of they probably have it!
