Mochi Pals

This is our third time using Nicole as our in-​house dogsitter, and not our last!!! Leaving my 2 dogs while on vacation is always tough but knowing they are in her great care totally eases my mind every time! The dogs know her, love her and so do we. She sends photos of them, keeps me up to date on any issues and even asks my permission to work with them on correcting my puppy’s pulling issues. I appreciate the care she provides them, and our home. We love Nicole and will use her every time!

I’ve used Nicole many, many times for my dog Stella. She is always a happy pup when I come pick her up! I doubt I would ever find someone who takes as good care of her as she does. Hands down the best!

Dolly just spent 1−½ weeks at Nicole’s while we were on vacation. She has a nice doggie safe, clean and friendly house in a great location. Nicole sent pics and reports by text. AND Nicole is super nice and has 2 sweet Yorkies. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Like many others, I discovered Nicole and Mochi’s Pals through Rover. I found myself caught between a rock and a hard place when my original pet-​sitting plans fell through last minute. In my moment of need, Mochi’s Pals was my savior. Nicole was wonderfully accommodating, professional, and comforting. Considering this was my first time having Keilani stay with a pet-​sitter, Nicole went above and far beyond to assure me that Keilani was going to not only be safe and healthy, but happily on her own little doggie vacation. That’s because Mochi’s Pals is well designed and equipped to handle any type of dog. With a room all her own and safe unleashed outdoor access, Nicole was able to provide Keilani with all her puppy needs and then some.
My favorite part about Mochi’s Pals, is Nicole’s impeccable communication skills. Nicole always responds quickly when reached out to and it helps make the booking process that much easier. Additionally, she consistently provided me with prompt daily updates including photos of Keilani while I was away and Keilani was visiting.
Mochi’s Pals is a true delight! And that is exactly why Keilani is eagerly awaiting her upcoming stay.

Just picked up my Freddy from Nicole’s lovely «pooch palace» and his week with her couldn’t have gone smoother. She sent plenty of pics/​video so I know he enjoyed his stay playing with her and 2 doggies. I will definitely leave him in future and in fact already may use her services again next month. You can’t go wrong trusting your baby with Nicole :-)

I was so happy to use Nicole’s services again when i went out of town last month. She is so accommodating, and she truly treated Prudence like one of her own, even taking her to the vet and volunteering with follow-​up care if necessary. Thank you, Nicole and Mochi!

and it was my first time using this type of service. I have a yorkie so when I saw that she owns one too, I was sold! Nicole is super friendly and truly displays care for all dogs — she even fosters a rescue yorkie. She is also super flexible with drop-​off and pick-​up times so I never have to stress out about my flight times. I also get daily updates and pictures on my pup.
Few days before one of my trips, Milana (my yorkie) developed acute pancreatitis and she needed to receive several meds and special food to recover. I am really thankful to Nicole that she was willing to give all these medications and watch Milana closely while I was on my trip.
I highly recommend Nicole — she is my go to person when I go away on my work and personal trips :)

Nicole, Mochi and pals are ALWAYS great. My crazy hyper pup Maya has stayed with them twice now and she loves it. I love that when I get to go on vacation, Maya gets a vacation too. Nicole sends me pictures (even a video!) throughout the trip and always keeps me updated. You can tell that Maya is having a great time there and seems very comfortable. I love having access to a local puppy sitter! Nikki was the utmost professional taking care of my puppy Sir Winston III. I received updates on his walks and playtime with other puppies. and she has taken care of our little Pomeranian Medo on several occasions when we are out of town. Medo is a shy, anxious dog but he just absolutely loves Nicole and Mochi (her adorable dog). She has a very calming presence, which is just what a dog needs in a new environment. In addition, during our trips she makes sure to send us updates and photos. Medo loved staying so much with Nicole that he even cuddled with her at night (he rarely does even with us). During out last vacation Medo had a bit of a stomach flu and was on meds, Nicole was really great about tending to his needs and making sure he was feeling good– when we returned his stomach flu was all gone and he seemed really content. Finding someone you can really trust and rely on is tough when it comes to man’s best friends, we are truly lucky to have found Nicole :). If I could give more stars I would!!!
