O’Reilly Auto Parts

I called O’Reilly Auto Parts after I visited 2 different Auto Parts stores that were out of the part I needed. The nice man on the phone confirmed he had the part I asked for and said he would set it aside for me. I came in an hour after the call and saw my part on the counter with my name on it. Easy Peasy. I paid and was out of the store in 5 minutes. Thank you for making it easy O’Reilly!

Now this is a store who knows about customer service. I was out this morning (2÷2÷16) running errands and my «Oil level low» light came on. I stopped in the store and purchased a quart of oil and the young man helping me asked if I was topping off the oil in my car. I told him yes that the warning light had just come on. He then offered to add the oil to my car for me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. Thank you for employees who know how to treat a customer.

This is a good location, and the staff is always super helpful. I have been coming here since it was Kragen, and I have never had any issues with any of my purchases. They’ll check your battery charge, check engine light, and also switch out your wiper blades.

I had an eye doctor appt today and when i tried to leave my car would not go into drive. It would only reverse. Thankfully, i was able to reverse my way into a parking spot and there was an O’Reilly Auto Parts in the same center. I thought it might be that my transmission was failing but i held out hope that maybe i just needed transmission fluid. Of course, i’ve never put transmission fluid in my car myself so i wasn’t really sure what to do. Carmen assisted me and she was a complete angel. She came out and looked at my car and we determined my transmission fluid was low and that i’d also need to get a funnel with a long tube in order to attempt getting the fluid in properly. She pretty much did everything for me and then held her breath when i attempted to put the car into drive. It didn’t work but she told me to continue to rev it for a while and stay positive. I’m so happy to say, YAY! after revving my car for about 5 – 10 minutes the car shifted into drive and I as able to drive home. I don’t know what i would have done if it weren’t for Carmen. She was so kind and knowledgeable. THANK YOU Carmen and O’Reilly Auto Parts, you made my day!!!

This morning Jim not only helped me select the items I needed — he also installed them with a very cheerful positive outlook.

The two gentlemen helping me this morning were great! I bought wiper blades, and they put them on. Then, I left my phone and they ran it out to me before I left. I have been here a few times before and have received nothing but great customer service and great prices. Coming here is an easy experience and one where you walk away with exactly what you need and nothing that you don’t.

Juan is a superstar.
He is very professional and has vast knowledge about auto parts and repairs. He even informs you how to install the part. I would not go to any other store for my auto parts needs in the Long Beach area unless I found out Juan worked their.

Quick and friendly service. I came in the other day needing a light bulb replacement for my rear license plate and the worker asked what I needed and he got them for me. I was in and out of there less than 5 minutes and even replaced my bulb while I was there.

i ran in to buy two batches of a five-​quart house brand oil-​and-​filter special. that means 10 quarts, but they only had four on the shelf of the weight i need. i asked the manager — r. lewis — to check the back, but they were out of the house brand. instead, he brought me six quarts of a name brand and discounted them to the promotional price, without being asked. my errand got completed and my expectations were exceeded. thumbs up.

I’ve been there three times to buy some parts and tools. Whenever I went there those workers were very kind and nice to me. I can feel they are doing their best to help their customers. I saw one of the workers came out to help an old man installing the part that he just bought from here. If you don’t know about cars that much, I strongly recommend this store because the workers here are very knowledgeable and do their best to help you out.

Great place and staff is incredibly trustworthy! Brought in my dead battery and was greeted with 5 star service from Rick. Guided me beautifully through my battery exchange and even wheeled my new one out to the car for me and installed it! That’s what I call service and going way beyond the extra mile! You have a customer for life O’Reilly Spring Street and for crying out loud, give Rick a raise!

At first I didn’t know which auto store to choose between O’Reilly Auto Parts and Auto Zone. I ended up choosing O’Reilly and it was a solid choice. Not only did the employee check my oil, but helped me select the proper type of oil and refilled my oil for me. Great service and a very knowledgeable staff. I will always select O’Reilly when my car needs minor help now.

My car battery was dead and they were able to help give it a full charge even though it was a competitors’s battery and they didn’t charging with me.
