I went here last week to get my car looked at because the engine light was on and my car was shaking. Eddie told me to bring it in and they will check it. They were able to find out the problem and fix it the same day. They were even nice enough to call me and give me an update on my vehicle. After taking my car to numerous little mechanic shops they were never able to find out the «real» problem and fix it, but here they were able to do that and fix it right away. Definitely recommend

I called the guy trying to get a labor cost on a part that I bought at Pep Boys The mechanic gives me a big lecture on whether I would take Tortillas to Pollo Loco and ask them to cook my food for me, So I return the part and let Them use their parts I ended up paying 4 times as much as I would have any other mechanic these guys totally burned me Make sure you get a couple of estimates these guys are one time crooks

I brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and Oliver & crew took excellent care of me. The work was performed well and in a timely manner, they provided a shuttle service, Oliver thoroughly answered all my questions, and they even topped it off with a great car wash. I couldn’t have asked for more. If you desire quality work and friendly customer service Orozco’s is the place to go.

worst quotes ever. quoted me 1848 to rebuild my transmission. suddenly its 2500 dollars or more he didn’t call and let me know that there was a couple of options I had. I said I wanted the cheapest way possible which to me was the 1848 told me I really needed to get new solenoids solenoid pack was 269 so of course I added to 69 1848 call me back again forgot to tell me about the cost of the transmission fluid. bad at it another hundred twenty bucks to it that still doesn’t get me to $ 2500 I’ve been ripped off. I told him I only want the car driveable for about 5 or 6 month so I can get rid of the piece of junk I just need some time to save a downpayment and this is not helping

Thanks Eddie and Ricardo! Took my 2012 Sentra because the brakes were squeaking. First took it to Hooman Nissan in Signal Hill as the car is still under the factory warranty. At the dealer, what a joke! They had the audacity to tell my wife that brakes are «working» as «designed»? So I took it to Orozco’s in LB. Ricardo fix the issue. Would I return? Of course. See you guys again when it’s time for service again. Thanks but no thanks HOOMAN NISSAN in SIGNAL HILL. Just look for Eddie and he will take care of you.

I had service done at Orozco’s and totally forgot to write them a good review. I had a service engine light come on and brought in my car. They used their OBD sensor and found that my cam and crank sensors needed to be replaced. We were able to find genuine Nissan sensors at a decent price and the installation wasn’t too pricey. Their shuttle service is pretty cool as well. They’ll give you a ride if you need it while your car is serviced. Nice!

Stressing over replacing left headlight bulb to my rinky dink car, for days. I You Tubed a how to but it’s not so easy. The bulb cost me 10 bucks at Auto Zone. Desperate, I stopped at Orozco’s handed the mechanic new bulb and a plastic part i couldn’t put back on after my You Tube try. He fixed it in 5 min and my cost was 10 bucks for labor. Im happy. Let there be light!

Rip-​off, Don’t ever go here! Went in for a timing belt change for my old 1990 Honda civic, and he quoted me $ 800 without even looking at the car. Went to a different spot and got it changed for way less and fixed the rough idling at no extra charge.

These folks are so nice. After getting a flat on the 405 on my way thru the area, I ended up at Orozco’s. They were nice enough to assess the damage done and put my car computer thru the diagnosis. When it was determined that I just needed a new tire, they made a reco for a nearby shop and even printed out driving directions. Raymond was really great. Thanks, guys!

After many different diagnostics from my old mechanic, I wanted to check something else out, so I went to Orozcos Auto Service (I saw the commercial). As soon as I walked in I was treated extremely kind. They did an inspection and found the problem right away. They were kind enough to give me a lift home and then to work the next morning! By noon the next day my car was ready and it runs fantastic! Now, they’re my go-​to auto shop. I recommend it. (:

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Orozco’s Auto Service. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with complete kindness and were very helpful. I was able to drop my car off for an inspection and since I did not have a ride home, their shuttle service provided one for me. Throughout the day, they kept me updated with the findings on my car. They were able to order all of the parts needed to complete the service the same day. They were not happy with the quality of one of the calipers that they received from their vendor so instead of just putting it on, they called me to inform me that they would be able to receive the one that was of better quality the following day. In addition to that they noticed my brake fluid was leaking and did not feel comfortable with me driving the car home, so they provided a rental car for me free of charge. To top it all off, when my car was done the following day they even had it washed for me! I can truly say that this is the best experience I have had at an Auto Service company and I highly recommend their services to everyone. All who I came in to contact with were extremely professional and you could tell that they authentically cared about you as well as your safety. I WILL be returning if any other issues with my car should arise.

Orozco’s auto service is top of the line. We have taken them our company vehicles for years and they have done an excellent job. The owner of the shop Orozco’s is a quality guy and cares for his business. Not only Orozco but the staff as well. I strongly recommended this shop to any one.

I went here on the reommendation of a friend who has taken her vehicles here for a long time. I had an oil change and a vehicle inspection done. Imagine my surprise when they gave me a two page list of recommended repairs at over $ 2,000. Some of the items appeared suspicious to me such as an idler arm replacement. I took the vehicle home and checked the idler arm, no movement so it was fine.
I took the vehicle to a second mechanic recommended by another friend. I asked him to verify Orozco’s recommendations. He said none of the recommended repairs were needed. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend Orozco’s to anyone.

The people at Orozco’s are very nice, and I believe they are honest. I do believe that they want to be helpful. However, they are very expensive and a little hit or miss with the diagnosis of the problem. If you have a problem they will make an attempt to make it right and that says a lot (in a good way) about the business.
I have spoken to the owner and he was very pleasant to deal with when I had an issue about price and service. He explained that part of the cost is for the warranty on the parts. Well, that’s just fine, but why should I have to pay extra in case they have to do it twice? And I should mention in the end they resolved my issue in a way that I felt was fair.
The bottom line is: They are a good place to get your car fixed if you are not on a tight budget.

Summary: Customer service is good, however they seem to miss the mark in diagnosing the problem.
I have taken both of my cars to Orozco’s and have not had an exceptional experience. The first time was about 4 years ago when my car was stalling every time I stopped. I brought it into Orozco’s based on a recommendation from a friend. Not only did it take them 2 trys to diagnose the ACTUAL problem (while charging me for repairs for the problem that wasn’t the problem), but once they figured it out it took 2 weeks for them to get the replacement — which wasn’t the right one. Then it took ANOTHER week to get the right part. To be fair, they did pay for my rental car, which I appreciated.
So, after a few years my other car started leaking coolant and was overheating. Feeling that maybe the previous experience was a fluke I decided to give Orozco’s another try. They said that my radiator had to be replaced and charged me over $ 600 for it (which I later found out is way more than other places). They replace the part, I pick it up — the next day the car overheats again! So, I take it back and they tell me that it’s a completely new problem and they’ll have to charge me another $ 700 – 800. I understand that it may have been a different part, however if it’s causing the car to overheat that means that they didn’t do a thorough job the day before in diagnosing. Also, that is a HELL of a coincidence that the day after we have the overheating radiator fixed, the ONLY other part that could cause the car to overheat happens to go bad. Now, again — to be fair — once the owner of Orozco’s found out that we were very unhappy he contacted us and offered to fix the new problem for free.
Overall, they are very nice but my experience was very frustrating.
EDIT — The owner of this shop saw my review and called me about it. I will say that his customer service, at least, is very good. He seems to honestly care about his business and his customers and I was impressed that he went out of his way to figure out who I was and try to make it right. (Although I also realize that his main objective was probably to try to salvage his Unilocal scoring — still, I don’t think that many business owners would do this)
