I bought two new suits over the weekend for a business trip I am taking on Monday. I needed to get the pants hemmed asap. I called around Sunday morning and a lot of places were closed. Some weren’t able to do it on short notice. I called Pacific Ocean Dry Cleaners on Sunday at 11:30 AM and told me they could do it! I was there by noon, they took my measurements and said they can have it done by 4:30pm. And it was! At a great price, too. So grateful that they were opened and willing to do a rush job.

I came here to get a strap on my backpack repaired after it ripped. I’m not sure the name of the person who fixed my backpack but they did a great job. The price was also very reasonable considering I needed it back the same day. I would recommend this place and I’ll be coming back should I need anything else like this fixed.

I’m not coming back to this place again for sure now that I’m aware of the inconveniences. I didn’t get my pants and shirt at the right time I specified when I paid therefore I was almost late to work. I inconveniently had to go for the rest of my pants the following day knowing that we agreed that I was going to pick them up that same day at the time stated. My shirt wasn’t done right either! Good thing I didn’t bring all my work shirts here!!! Although, the pants were nicely done. I would say poor customer service after all.
