Pastor Teresa Dr

I have brought my daughter to Dr. Pastor for 6 years and my newborn for 6 months.
Pros:
1. SUPER friendly staff!
2. Wait time is not to bad
3. Dr. Pastor is always available for after hour calls.
CONS:
1. Extremely dirty waiting room and patent rooms! Im talking like dirty walls, dirty carpet, dirty everything!
2.Very outdated, does not anything entertaining for the kids to watch or play with.
3.While Dr. Pastor is a nice person (friendly, professional) she is not super attentive to my concerns for both my kids. Her favorite phrase with my new-​born is «Oh its normal» instead of being more understanding to his specific needs. This is mainly the reason for my 3 star review.
4. Most of her patents her media-​cal patients. If you have good insurance, go elsewhere!

Doctor Pastor sees both my 8 year old son and my 9 month old daughter. She has been absolutely amazing since we switched here back in February. My son has a complication usually not covered by medi-​cal and our old pediatrician would not fight for us. When I switched and Dr. Pastor seen what was going on she got us a referral and got the insurance handled as well and now my son is being taken care of instead of ignored. She has been nothing short of amazing and you will love her!

I Love Dr. Pastor. She has been my child’s doctor/​pediatrician for a decade +. Awesome service & very welcoming staff! If U need a pediatrician in LB she is a must have!!!
