Just another shop where they try to work you over and treat you as if you have STUPID written on your forehead after they take your money. I wish I would’ve just have gotten my alarm installed in downtown LA. At least I knew I was dealing with straight shooters because there’s more to choose from. Jason, or what ever his name is told me that they’d «program» my truck to stay on longer because it’s a diesel. They never did. He then tells me I needed an additional module in order to have that feature. I could’ve told you that I don’t have a turbo timer. After my install he told me that I’d get a 3 month trial to try the app on the iPhone. The moment I entered my CC info, boom I am charged 100 $ for the year. I go back to have this cleared up and he gives me a spiel about who knows what. I call him back last week to try and set something up after I came back again to get the trial he told me he could get me my trial, but I had to come between a certain day and time. As if I had not wasted enough time. During a conversation on 4÷7÷16 he HANGS UP ON ME! Really?! Needless to say I’ll never go back to this place or recommend anyone. I’m going to contact Viper and let them know of their bait and switch tactics and sub par customer service. I’m so tempted to rip that alarm out and dump it on their counter and be rid myself of the experience. I’ve already paid for it so I’m stuck with it. I’ll just go to another shop here Salt Lake City that’s affiliated with Viper. HEAD THE WARNING PEOPLE. This is not an exaggeration, this is my personal experience. I regret it from the moment I began dealing with the «salesman». We emailed back and forth on what I was wanting. I’m also stupid for allowing myself to be taken on this ride as well. Andrew how can you allow such practices be done to consumers. Look else where people, do your research and look at other shops. In retrospect I should have gotten this done ok downtown LA like I was planning to.

Horrible mistake in coming here!!! I came into this shop last saturday. Yes last SATURDAY!!! Which would be March 12th. I came in to get my breaks replaced, new rotors, and new tires for my car. I was told i would a call by monday by Robert, and i received no call whatsoever. So much for people keeping their word right? So i had to call the nextday to get a status update on the car and they said they were still ordering parts. They said it will be done by thursday. Wednesday i get a call and the ONLY call i got was to tell me my rims werent the right size for the tires so they had to reorder again new tires. And they said it will be ready and done by thursday. So i call thursday and still not finished it wasnt even done yet and i hand to call back again saying if it will be done friday. Robert told me yes n that i will have to go to wilmington to pick up the car. Hell if i knew i had to go to wilmington to pick up the car i wouldn’t of come here. So my girlfriend called today at the long beach location saying if the honda was ready. She was told it was. So i went to wilmington to pick it up finding out that it wasnt even touched. only breaks n rotors. Horrible communications horrible staff only one who actually did any good was the store manager sam at wilmington. Never again will i ever go here. I will rather spend more money at pep boys like maybe a grand or so to get it done in a day than wait a damn week. Horrible service horrible staff, cant keep their word. Will NEVER EVER come back here again. Wilmington store is fine so far that ive experienced a long wait for 3 hours to tell me the tires are to big for the wheels but Sam your good in my book.

DO NOT COME HERE! The worst service, parts, customer service and knowledgable staff. My HIDs went out in a year and they claim that’s how long they last. They guaranteed my parts and stood behind their work, when it came time to replace them the story changed. If you want to avoid a headache and piss poor parts, do yourself a favor and avoid these places

Be warn! Only because their products are fairly price doesn’t mean that the quality of work is there as well. HID replacement shouldn’t take 3 ½ hours, even after I uninstalled one already.
Customer service sucks, they lied right to my face «your car will be right out, they are finishing it up» as I could clearly see no one was working on my vehicle.

This place is amazing!
My sisters car was broken into and set off the anti theft system causing the car to not turn on. The gentlemen here we so helpful with checking numerous different possible problems and even let us keep her car there safely parked in their garage overnight, until we could get it towed back home at no charge. I can’t begin to explain how thankful I am for their helpful service. We will definitely be back soon to get some radio services done here :) they have great prices and packages and offer no credit check financing.

Don’t waste your money nor time…
My LED’s go out once a month and dude act like it was my faults THEY put a cheap ass system in my car… I bout what they said was the best one they had… and then while still under warranty he’s trying to sell me a new product that they have… seems to me they doing this shit on purpose and I refuse to spend another dollar on this garbage ass shop.

I came in earlier today to get 35 inch tires for my truck. Robert helped me out and got me financed through one of their many finance companies they work with. Robert is very helpful and definitely made me feel comfortable with the price… this place is very professional and the employees are extremely knowledgable I will definitely be coming back here for future work on my truck thank you Robert, and keep up the great work guys… this is definitely my new stereo/​custom auto shop. I am here waiting for my car and haven’t seen the finish product yet, but they are helpful as far as answering my questions and I like to ask questions. I would recommend this place to people. Jason helped me and I am happy with the help.
So I am am editing my review because I received the final product; my speakers and my amplifier. Yes everything came out good. Sounds great. Eddy installed everything and was so nice and patient. I am truly grateful.
After going to work and talking to friends come to find out was a bit overcharged. So I looked at other options and yes could have been cheeper. One thing i learned do your homework and research before you decide, yet i see it like this; you get what you pay for… I work hard for my money and come to think of it, yes it did hurt. But at the end of the day when I hop in my car i couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jason and eddie. I will be going back for anything else.

Only aftr a few days of being dissatisfied with the service and product i recieved, Andrew, the store owner, contacted me and offered to resolve the issue. He knows what happened and heard his employees side, but he still made sure that he attentively listen to my side of the story. He offered to meet to the most convenient time and place/​store for me. We met at his store and discussed he issue and solutions to the problem. He did everything reasonable to make sure that i leave happy. He only wants my business and referrals, nothing else. He left the option of updating my Unilocal review to me. He just want to make sure that I am happy, and that there will be a chance I will go back to his stores for some car audio/​stereo needs, and referrals if possible.
Would I come back to his store for more business and refer my friends and family? DEFINITELY! I felt the assurance that the owner, and the whole PCH Custom Audio, will do their best to accommodate my needs and resolve any issue that might arise as long as I, the customer, is reasonable to what I am asking. ANDREW, AND HIS STAFF, WILL RESOLVE ANY ISSUE WITH ANY CUSTOMER AS LONG AS THE CUSTOMER, AGAIN, AS LONG AS THE CUSTOMER, IS REASONABLE TO WHAT HE OR SHE IS ASKING OR WANTS TO RESOLVE. Customers just need to realized as well that his business, and any other type of business, need to make some profit as well. This being said, if a customer is reasonable, Andrew will do his best to meet your needs.
After dealing with Andrew and his staff, i can now say that I AM VERY GLAD I WENT TO THE STORE. I AM CONFIDENT THAT IF I DO BUSINES WITH THEM AGAIN, I WILL GET THE MOST VALUE FOR MY MONEY. I AM CONFIDENT TO RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOU AUDIO NEEDS ESPECIALLY WITH AN OWNER LIKE ANDREW WHO WILL DO HIS BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REASONABLE NEEDS. Just dont expect a Filet Mignon for a price of 2 piece Tuesday Chicken special. If you pay for a Ribeye, Andrew will make sure that you get your Ribeye and some sides with it.

Just wanted to let you know that I will not return or refer anybody to this location. I just felt like I was mistreated and lied to. Saleman told me it will take a few hours just to replace my hi n low «supposedly» kuz he have to rerun the wire to the front which clearly it does not run to the front and knowing for sure it was sitting behind my back seat the whole time in the cut. Like I said before your Saleman only does his job but when the transaction is complete, he would just ignore me just how I ask him what kind of deals you guys have going on… I would problly have a deal package right now for the price I am paying for $ 350 which I do realize that I did spent alot when I can go else where. My boys at pch audio and sound did it once again. They tinted down my front windows for me in no time and I also had a short in my headlights that they fixed. Thanks to them my rides lookin nice and workin good again. Give them a ring they always have good deals and their work is awesome. The guys at phc audio and sound are one of the few I let work on my ride I don’t trust just anybody and they’ve always taken care of me. That’s been my go to shop since I bought my car.
