We’re a small business that regularly uses Printmasters to format & print our monthly newsletters. They do a great job of turning around our orders in a timely manner, with high quality results. If there was one thing I would like to see them change, it’s use of more recycled materials. But, as far as everything else goes, they’re spot on.

I have used Printmasters for 20 years and every time it is a great experience. Fair prices, and they do what they say they are going to do, and they guarantee their product. What more could you ask.

I am not sure how credible this business is. I received texts from the exact same number associated with this business from a person claiming to be an employee (but was likely the owner of the company) calling me a «F**kin c**t» multiple times because i rejected his bid for my book set on Craigslist. I HAVE THE TEXTS TO PROVE IT!!! Now that I know what type of business it is I would not be surprised if the person was just trying to buy my books so that they could photocopy it. Either way next time I will be reporting such conduct to the police!!! Its not acceptable.

Kinkos be damned. Print masters is the place — super friendly people who do great work for VERY reasonable prices. Don’t waste money at the corporate printing places. I had my wedding invitations printed here and they charged me literally a fraction of what Kinkos had quoted me. I highly recommend them.

Well, I used printmasters for a few projects and have been very happy with the result. I DO love the mom & pop (mother and son) feel of the place and they have always worked well to resolve my issues. Oftentimes, the issues are because I don’t understand graphics, etc and the correct files to submit.
The only suggestion I have for them is to check their emails and respond quicker. Especially when submitting files, etc. there were a few times I waited and had to call in to see if it was received. This delays production.
Otherwise, I’m happy to use them!

Definitely a mom and pop store, but not in a good way. Quoted me two different prices and then made me pay the difference later for their mistake. Lame.
