Project FITFAM gets people out of the gym, and into shape by offering fitness training solutions, that are inexpensive, fun, innovative, and exciting by incorporating various training methods: fitness kickboxing, kettlebells, plyometrics and more, to help clients lose weight, tone up, and improve health parameters.

Established in 2008.
Project FITFAM has helped customers achieve fitness any sports performance goals since 2008, by coming up with creative ways to overcome common obstacles to exercise. We offer outdoor bootcamps as a more economic alternative to personal training, indoor bootcamps to overcome unfavorable weather conditions and Playdate-Fitness, a fitness bootcamp geared to parents, including childcare by a qualified pre-school teacher. Hoops On Fire Peformance Training (a subdivision of Project FITFAM) has helped many athletes in both volleyball and basketball increase their vertical jump, agility and other desired athletic attributes through innovative and effective training.
