Been back several times and received totally excellent service, exactly what I wanted, at good rates. Fast enough turn-​around and I see now they have an «express» option you can pay extra and get your PC faster. Very intelligent explanations and diagnoses delivered courteously. They put in a new SSD and loaded a new W7 for my music PC exactly as I requested and it has run without a glitch steadily for a year now.

They helped me with my computer and made sure it was fixed. It took days but they updated it and now it works smooth

My 2008 legacy Dell’s os was hijacked by Microsoft W10 without my knowledge or permission. It kept crashing and I couldn’t access my files. I used messaging via Unilocal and Alan replied. A few messages and I got a quote including a surprise return long after they were closed. I also called 2 other shops on Unilocal.One said they couldn’t even give me a price without first figuring what was wrong even though I knew and told them. The second one gave me a price double what Alan gave me explain that they had to monitor the backup. So I took it in and they started my backup. I expected to have to wait until Monday but a couple of hours later I got an email telling me it was ready. Great service at a reasonable service with no bickering over more than the quote.

My old repair guy closed up shop. Found these guys on Unilocal.The reviews didnt lie. I have used them twice for bad power supply and bad DVD drive. They fixed them both on the spot, in and out in less than and hour. No reason for me to go any where else.

There is a time in a gamers life, where he gets beyond excited from getting that high score or taking some kids out. You accidentally drop you super matle ipa all over your keyboard, and it explodes. According to the internet and most experts your computer is toast. All that hop and sugar coating my fragile components. I figured it was a wrap, as a last ditch effort I bring it to these wizards in a sad attempt to bring my laptop back from the murky depths of stone brews double ipa. Not only is it working like I got it out of the box, it doesn’t even smell like beer! And for only $ 199… I am astounded at there skill and low price. Please don’t waste your time and money with anyone else. These guys deserve all of your money.

My laptop’s wireless wifi connection stopped working and so my dad told me to check this place out, I looked it up on Unilocal and saw it looked pretty positive so I decided to give it a try.
Service (⁵⁄₅): Alan was the person who helped me out and was very friendly and nice in answering my questions and clearing up my confusion about my laptop. He figured out the problem within minutes and said that it could be fixed right away. They installed a software and it seemed to fix the problem! Really happy about how fast it took to, just about 10 minutes or so and it only costed $ 35!
I called the day before and they say that they can give you consultation of what is wrong with your laptop or computer for free, definitely recommend people coming here!

These guys were very accommodating with providing a free diagnostic. They are clearly not trying to just make a buck off of people that don’t know about computers but are there to do good honest work and provide the customer with the best solution. I took my PC to office depot and geek squad before them and these guys were the only ones able to help.

My MacBook Pro shut down and would freeze half way through booting. I dropped it off at quick fix to hear back that it was the video chip which is a common problem and it wouldn’t be an issue to fix. I asked if there were sure it was hardware and not a virus or corrupt OS and they assured me it was the graphics chip and they could fix it. A week later they tell me it’s the logic board and there was nothing they could do because the parts were refurbished and I should just get a new laptop.
I took it to apple to get a second opinion. The Genius Bar guy stated it sounded more like the OS was screwed up. I try to show him the stuck boot screen and low and behold the laptop screen would no longer turn on. He took it in the back and tells me the soldering is messed up. The guy was astounded that anyone would even attempt to solder the graphics chip on the board and the cherry on top. because someone messed with it it was no longer eligible for free repair.
Here’s the good part…
Not being able to tell if it was the OS or indeed the logic board I decided to bite the bullet and get a new laptop. I got the old hard drive put into an external enclosure and when I booted from the external drive (that they assured me upon leaving was in good working order) would you believe. the $&@$@& laptop stalled right in the middle of booting.
It was the OS from the beginning. I recovered the OS on the external and everything started right up like clockwork.
Maybe the guy was having an off day or maybe he just decided to take a swing at something challenging like soldering a logic board but I’m now 3 weeks and 3,000 in the hole because they couldn’t have just told me they couldn’t fix it.
Beware Mac users with system issues.

After speaking with quick fix about the flat out lies in their response to my review I have an update everyone!!!
So I spoke with Antonio the other day after I received a voice mail. He said he wanted to try to resolve my issue and here is where we are at now…
I advised him that the only reason my logic board was messed up was the fact that his tech guy attempted to re-​solder a chip on the logic board when not even apple would attempt to change it.
HE stated to me I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THERE WAS APROX AN 80% CHANCE THAT THIS WOULD WORK LEAVING A 20% CHANCE MY LAPTOP WOULD BE COMPLETELY INOPERABLE.
YES YOU ARE CORRECT. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADVISED YOU COULD POSSIBLY COST ME $ 3,000.00 INSTEAD OF WAITING THE ADDITIONAL 3 DAYS TO SPEAK WITH APPLE OR JUST TELL ME WE CAN NOT FIX THIS QUICKLY AS OUR GOD DAMN NAME IMPLIES.
ALSO. I’m staring at my $ 25.00 receipt for your WRONG diagnostic of the issue. You said you would speak with the owner and have your response updated to make me not look like a complete liar. You failed to do so so I will just say.
BEWARE MAC AND POSSIBLY ANY COMPUTER USER. THESE GUYS HAVE A 20% CHANCE OF MAKING YOU BUY A NEW COMPUTER AND CALL YOU A LIAR IN THE PROCESS.

Came in for liquid damage to my Macbook Air. It costs like $ 39 or something to have them check it out if you have water damage. I had them replace my keyboard because the keys were sticky after beer spillage ($ 199). Happy with my new keyboard!
However, I had to wait everytime I came in. Also, after I picked up my new laptop, I found trackpad problems (the trackpad was loose and making noise), so I had to bring it in and wait to seen and wait for them to fix it. Other than that, service was great.

I have them reinstall W8 on a desktop PC and partition the HD to also put on a linux install.
They were able to do exactly what I wanted, at a very reasonable price and very fast.
The gentlemen that took care of me where very professional throughout and would definitely go here again with any kind of computer problem.
