They mess up orders all the time and don’t answer the phone when you call about a messed up order.

I came here late on either a Friday or Saturday, but STILL the drive-thru was horrible! It took over 30 minutes, just to put in an order. Then for such a simple order, it took another 15 minutes. After waiting that long to finally reach the telecom to place my order, an employee comes out to remove the cone from the second window! Rally’s should be more efficient and not make us customers wait to long for«FASTFOOD»! So disappointing!

Worst Rally’s ever! Terrible customer service & slow as hell for no reason! I ordered chicken bites, medium fries and a funnel cake, I was the only one in line, when I pulled up to the window I had to wait a surprisingly long time, I get my food and go home. When I get home I realize they forgot to give me my fries I paid for and I had no receipt! so I had to drive all the way back only to have to wait in line this time and when I told them they forgot to give me my fries, the guy at the counter was very unapologetic, I suggested they give me a large order of fries instead of the medium I paid for my trouble of having to drive all the way back & they did not, like really I had to waste my gas because they did not give me what I paid for and your cant even give me a larger order of fries? Please, I’m calling corporate too. Terrible terrible terrible, all they had to do was apologize and give me something for my trouble, that’s what businesses that care about their customers too. I’ve had better service(and fries) from the Rally’s in Inglewood, never coming to this one again

My hubby and I stopped coming here about 2 years ago due to poor food or bad service. I’m not even going to waste my time with everything that has happened at this restaurant. We used to go there quite a bit but my hubby and I noticed every time we go it’s something. Our last time the issue was with their shift manager. That cut the cake. I was so upset with the way she treated us she had the food and we were getting ready to pay while she’s still arguing with us. I told my hubby just drive. Don’t pay her pay check. So we left. 2 years later we decided since I know that that specific manager no longer works there we’ll give them a try. If I ask for fish well done doesn’t mean take fish I know was past its holding time and refry it. I worked at the Mc Donalds right a crossed from them and worked at other Mc Donalds 16 years. I know what that tastes like. It’s like eating a super hard piece of wax. Next hot dog too bun cold, hot dog not Hot. Mustard slapped on it like what ever. Service ok. They we not nice nor rude. They were robots. I wanted to go there since it was on the way and was in a hurry. If I wasn’t going to be late to work I would have came right back there. I reluctantly at the hot dog and ate the middle of the fish of what was eddable. I’m never going back here. Customers Are priority and I’ve never felt priority here as a customer. No stars!

Came here today Jose. A. Customer service was amazing! Very nice, fast, and helpful with a smile! Even with a difficult guest ahead of us he didn’t let it get him. Give him a raise! Thank you again Jose A for a great experience at Rally’s we will be back!!!

I haven’t had Rally’s in like 15 years, so I wasn’t expecting much. decided to try it out for a quick convenient bite. yikes, McDonalds would’ve been a better choice in crappy fake burgers. first, the burger looked like they prepared it with their feet. second, the meat looked gray! third, it had the grossest after taste ever.(ugh, I can still taste it. blegh!) the fries weren’t any better. how do you have seasoned fries taste more bland than white bread? FYI, they charge for condiments. no joke. maybe the should invest their condiments money in better quality food.

Talk about disappointed! Went through the drive-thru & got one item ordered then was given the price & ask to pull forward. I wasn’t even done ordering & when I got to the window to finish ordering, I was told they didn’t have it at the moment. Customer service sucks here!

Best Rally’s joint I have ever tried. I am in OC now but still stop by this location when I have a chance because their curry fries are the best!

My family & I frequent this Rally’s every few months. It’s the closest Rally’s to where we live. Sometimes there’s a long line. But customer service is always good. The food is great. And the price isn’t bad. The fries alone is worth every dollar. They always have great deals as advertised on TV& outside the restaurant. I’ll continue to visit because I personally have never had a bad experience here. I usually get the #1 The Big Bufford Combo with cheese & a Strawberry Shake. It’s my fav & it’s delicious

I love Riley they’ve always went to rallies but this rally gave me a flat photo in a lot of strawberry funnel cake with no strawberries and ice cream on top of it that fogged up the dough I’ve never had a funnel cake with ice cream before it was disgusting

The food was over priced, the burger was the size of one you’d expect for a kids meal. Other than that I guess the food was alright. The fries were amazing they just needed a little bit of salt.

I asked my sister to buy me a hot dog from here and to my displeasure there was mold on my hot dog bun. Yup. Never coming to this location again.

I went to that Rally’s yesterday afternoon and the guy working the drive thru kept my atm card and made fraudulent purchases at that 7 – 11 down the street! They have thiefs as employees…

Always use the coupons… the company accepts expired ones too! Woohoo for everyone who eats there… Great HOT food on a budget!

Messed up my order. A burger without cheese shouldn’t have cheese on it, guys. But fine. That actually happens to me way more than it should. Beyond that, I just felt like the place was a bit overpriced for what I got. That was the huge disappointment for me. Also note that this is mainly a drive thru. If you want to eat there, just know ahead of time that you are going to have to sit one of the 3 or so tables outside… or in your car.

I’m new to the area, we where looking for something that was out of the normal. So we tried rally’s for the first time I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I had a regulate cheese burger and there loaded fries! I must say they beat every fast good burger! The service was friendly and quick totally worth it I would recommend that every one tries rally’s at least once you may never want the average fast food burger again!

Burgers aren’t that great, but I guess that’s why they’re only famous for their fries. I LOVE their fries and I love that they are a fast food joint that serves them. Even better than the fries are the potato skins. SOBOMB. I wish they served at least one dessert that wasn’t stuffed with cheesecake, but whatever. Food is a little on the pricier side overall, but Rally’s is definitely worth a try if you’re visiting the area and have never experience Rally’s. Tip: Ask for sauce right away, before they finish giving you your stuff because they are quick to close the sliding door on you after. Also if you’re new to Rally’s, there’s only outdoor dining and drive-thru.
