I wanted to use local vendors for my wedding. My mom & I found Leslie at a local event planning store in Bixby Knolls (before she started working on her own). I knew at our first meeting she was going to go above and beyond for my wedding. She is very organized with sorting photos on Pinterest as well as on her phone. She was always prepared at every meeting. I was open and honest with what I wanted and she was on top of it. Even when the wedding date approached and I asked for more flowers, she made it happen.
I received so many compliments on my bouquet as well as the rest of the amazing flower arrangements at the wedding. I am so happy I chose Leslie to work with. I will definitely use her at my next event.

As the mother of the bride, I wanted my daughter’s wedding to be special and memorable. For me personally, flowers play a HUGE role in achieving that. Needless to say, I am a flower fanatic, and I was super careful about who we selected as our florist. (I was put in charge of flowers for my daughter’s wedding…) After researching dozens, we decided to meet up with Leslie of Pixies Petals. She was so genuine and knew her flowers inside and out, and I liked that she only took only one event per day and only did events. No distractions or competing jobs for her time. We hired her on the spot, and it was absolutely the best vendor decision of the wedding.
Over the next several months, we pestered Leslie with our different questions and requests, but she never minded and always returned our emails promptly. She even picked out the best table linen choices for me that would go best with the centerpieces since I lived so far away from the venue. Three weeks before the wedding, we had an in-​person meeting where she presented a mock-​up centerpiece to provide us with a visual representation just in case I didn’t like something.
On the day of the wedding, everything Leslie created was absolutely stunning. STUNNING! She’s a genius! We had 24 tables with three different types of centerpieces, which was her idea, and boy did that work. The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and ceremony/​reception décor were all magical and complemented each other. She used premium flowers and no fluff filler. She even gave us some extra items at no charge. Our guests have been raving that the flowers are the most gorgeous they have ever seen, and I have to agree! I couldn’t be happier… Leslie surpassed my high expectations, and that’s saying a lot. I just love her, and I’m her new biggest fan.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! Leslie is beyond amazing. Her floral creativity amazes me each time I’ve worked with her. From centerpieces to boutonnieres, her arrangements are breath taking. She is definitely an expert in her field and is my go-​to florist for any event.

It was such a pleasure working with Leslie! It was always easy to get in touch with her, and she was very prompt in responding to my (many) emails. I’m not very knowledgable about flowers, so I wasn’t able to articulate what I wanted very well. When I met with Leslie, I basically told her what color scheme I wanted and showed her some pictures I found on Pinterest. She walked me through different options for flowers and arrangements that fit my budget, and I told her what I liked and didn’t like. That was pretty much it. Leslie really made me feel like she knew what she was doing and — based on the pictures she was showing me and descriptions of arrangements — I felt like she understood what I wanted.
On the day of the wedding, Leslie knocked it out of the park. There was a fountain at our venue and it was really important to me that it be decorated with flowers and plants to serve as a focal point for our ceremony and reception. I almost cried when I saw how beautifully Leslie had arranged the flowers and cascading plants. It was perfect. The bouquets for me and my girls were gorgeous and smelled fantastic! Every single centerpiece looked amazing and when the announcement was made at the end of the night that the centerpieces were up for grabs, they were snapped up by guests in a flash.

I actually found Leslie from Unilocal and I was so happy with my engagement bouquet! Leslie is a super fast communicator and excellent at listening to what you what and delivering it. I told her I wanted a smaller bouquet made for my engagement shoot and I sent her some photos from Pinterest to give her an idea of what I wanted.
She listened to everything I wished for and even made sure it was ok to substitute certain flowers that were not currently in season. I couldn’t have been happier with my bouquet as the colors came out so beautiful.

Leslie totally helped bring my vision of my wedding to life. She embraced the bright, bold colors I wanted to use and my one want of using succulents and ran with it.
Leslie was so patient and very accommodating helping me plan a destination wedding from Chicago. We had an initial phone conversation, but she answered all my emails in a VERY timely manner. I also love how Leslie embraced technology. She uses Pinterest boards to help show/​put each bride’s vision together. She even communicated with me on Gmail Chat when she was up late working on our wedding and had questions, or came across an idea she thought would work well for our day.
Everything was PERFECT on the day of. My breath was literally taken away when I entered our venue on the day of. It was elegant, romantic, and gorgeous and turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Leslie did an AH-​MA-​ZING job and when I look back at the pictures I still can’t believe this was our wedding. Thank you again, Leslie, you truly have a wonderful talent and are passionate about what you do.

I hired Leslie to do the flowers for my August 2012 wedding, and I cannot say enough positive things about the work she did. She is AMAZING!!! From our first meeting I knew that she understood my design aesthetic and was extremely organized and passionate about her work. I also really appreciated how throughout the wedding planning process Leslie stayed in contact, sending me floral arrangement ideas and flower recommendations. She even suggested a few unique ideas for our ceremony space, that I really felt helped to set the tone for the event. I feel so lucky to have hired such an amazing and talented floral designer. She thought of so many small touches that really brought the space together and made the nigh special. Leslie is AMAAAAAAZING!
I was SO overwhelmed when it came to wedding planning and Leslie really helped me hone down my ideas and get to the real details of the style I was going for. She did a gazebo installation, centerpieces and bouquet for my April 2012 wedding and I still get compliments on how beautiful they all looked!
Leslie is EXTREMELY meticulous and detail-​oriented and thinks of little elements that I would NEVER have thought of. I had showed her some different images of styles I liked and she was able to run with it and come up with similar arrangements that were stunning and still uniquely me.
She even made a pinterest board for me that she would consistently update with ideas she had and new styles she had seen that she thought I would like. When you hire her, she REALLY puts in the time and effort to make you happy. I planned my wedding from overseas and so it really made me feel at ease knowing Leslie was doing the ground work to get every detail in order.
Additionally, Leslie gave me all these little extras on the day of the wedding that I was not expecting. She made up little posey bouquets for my sisters and nieces and put up lots of little vases with some of the extra flowers she had left over from the arrangements. I was working with a tight budget so it was really thoughtful and kind of her to add these little details to make the wedding look even more beautiful!
I’ve seen Leslie’s work for other weddings and I can also tell that she is extremely adaptable and can work with all kinds of styles. You just have to tell her what you want and she will magically come up with something that is better than you had dreamed of!

i have absolutely no idea where to begin in singing my praises for this floral genius/​wedding angel. leslie is unbeleivable… she knew exactly what i wanted and worked with my budget to get me there. she executed every little detail that i wanted to incorporate and added things i never even thought of. she is so patient, wonderful, kind, creative and i beleive a leader in her field.
after the ceremony i had kind of forgotten all of the details i had asked her to incorporate and i walked in to my reception and felt like i had stepped into another world that my and leslie’s imagination had created. it was like nothing else around us existed except for our small space. it was truly breathtaking. everyone used the same word to describe it…“dreamy” i was moved to tears and so thrilled with her work.

I hired Leslie for the flowers for our July 2011 wedding. I was looking for florists late in the game and, though I like flowers, wasn’t looking to spend a huge amount on the bouquets for the wedding. Leslie was so easy to work with and had quick communication throughout the process. I loved the visuals and pictures from prior weddings that she showed me at our first meeting, and she did a great job working within our budget. When the flowers arrived on the day of, they were BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I had envisioned, even though I gave her very little guidance. If I was re-​planning my wedding with an unlimited budget, I would probably still hire Leslie again.

I hired Leslie to be in charge of designing the flowers for my wedding last week. WOW! She did not fail to impress. Not only were the flowers extremely beautiful, but they were reasonably priced, really blended well with the church motif, and were unique. She made the bouquets with beautiful orange calla lilies, roses, succulents, berries, and even butterflies! It sounds cheesy, but believe me– They were the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever seen at a wedding before. Prior to the wedding I was definitely a «control freak» (borderline bridezilla) and felt a little apprehensive about details, especially the flowers. I didn’t want something boring and ordinary, but I didn’t want something too bizarre either. Leslie definitely came through and made my vision into a reality. I couldn’t have been any happier and there wasn’t a single person who didn’t compliment the beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, arrangements, décor, and cake. If there’s one thing I could change, I wish I had saved every type of bouquet/​flower arrangement she made so that it could be preserved for me to keep as decorations around my home.
