The chicken used in Philly and Bowls is rubbery and generic looking… The wings were ok the sauce was good but the meat was so-so, but you get what you pay for. Work in the area for the Blue Line so it was a easy access but won’t be returning will be going to Panda Express next time.

I’ve been here many times. I personally think that there hot wings and Philly cheese steak sandwich is the best that I have had here. I really like that when you order a sandwich you can get a free bag of chips. But I think it is a rip off because if you want a cup of water expect to come out 50 cents.

Happened to be working in the area and stopped by. This place is decent… it is not good or bad. Had the Philly cheasteak and it was not all that great. Nice staff on my encounter. There are also flies all around. Sadly wont be coming back. Expected more from a wing spot.

Will never return. Worst food ever. Ordered a $ 5.99 cheeseburger and what came out was a sliver of meat like one slice of ham. I’ve never seen such a thing. Management said that was normal becasue«its priced inexpensive». Possible criminal false advertising since the picture on the menu was a normal size cheeseburger.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Workers are ornery. The wings are pretty good but not worth dealing with the poor service.

I had their chicken teriyaki bowl and was extremely disappointed. The portion was small and it didn’t taste good. They also wanted to charge me 50 cents for a cup of water. I hope the owner knows nickle-and-diming makes you lose costumers. My business will continue to go to Mitaki down the street where I get a free drink more than half the days of the week.

FLIESINTHEIRFOOD!!! Maybe even in the grease. Read this article about flies, they are worse then a roach
Don’t even bother spending your money here, if they are so careless not to even care that I found a fly that was fried on the chicken. It looked like a black crumb but when I moved the crumb it was a fly. When I took it back and asked for my money back they would not give me a refund. The cook that looks like she can be related to the owner was very rude and unprofessional, she said she would replace 10 wings out of 30 that I brought back but how do I know if the fly had been floating in the cooking grease. I have come here many times for their wings and veggie fried rice because it’s so close to home. NEVER will I eat at Red Hot, I’m sure they drop food and still serve it because they don’t want to loose money. That was her excuse for not giving me my $ 25 back, «we will lose money». I walked out, without a refund or wings. I had a party of 5 people hungry and waiting, didn’t want to waste my time arguing over wings. So I went to Buffalo Wing Spot on 7th st, OHSOGOOD, they aren’t greedy on the ranch either.

Food is poor. It’s kind of like getting in your car on the weekend at 9am thinking there isn’t traffic and then the freeway is shut down and you’re stuck there for an hour. The food was like that.

Come here if you want to be disappointed. No amount of hot sauces, flavoring, etc. can cover up the fact that the food is just bad. Rather eat a kale salad than return to this joint.

Really bad wings … They are too dry, over fried, the wings tasted old… Flavor was ok… But wild buffalo wings are WAY better!!! … Disappointed:(

So I’ve heard great things… But was honestly disappointed with my first experience. I ordered the chicken Teriyaki plate and had to throw away ALL of the chicken because the meat product was hard and browned(no not the sauce either) It was OLD chicken used and had a fish taste to it as though it somehow was prepared w/the fish they sell as well. I am disappointed. which sucks.

Love the Lemon Pepper Wings, Teriyaki Chicken Bowl just OK but the Tap water for $.50 cents is ridiculous!

This place is not bad. The girls working there are always polite & the wait for your order is never long. Everything is reasonably priced. I tried the fried fish & the cheese burger & I must say I was somewhat disappointed in the fish. It was a bit oily. The cheese burger was good(not the best) & the fries were decent. I usually get the teriyaki chicken bowl. I like the seasoning & it is a generous amount for a reasonable price. However, this last trip there proved disappointing because the order didn’t taste right. The chicken tasted half cooked & there was very little flavor. I actually felt nauseous after I ate. I’m not sure I will return.

I walked in and of course it was empty. I ordered the teriyaki chicken plate. It came with macaroni salad that had absolutely no flavor at all. I had to buy my drink seperately which was an extra 2 dollars. The soda machine wasn’t working properly not carbonation what so ever. I ended up finishing my food and paid for a drink I didn’t get to enjoy at all. To say the least the food was horrible and the overall expierence just as bad. I will never ever go to this place again.

They charge for refills. 50 cents for refills. Worst of all, they charge for tap water. Avoid at all cost

Food and service is good, but honestly the 50 c charge for water got to me. I get that they don’t want all the local freeloaders walking in for free water, but if you purchase a meal(like I did) a tiny cup of water should be free. Don’t let this be the reason you don’t go here, but it’s definitely a small annoyance in my book.

Ugh… I really should have known better. I had a hankering for a greasy philly cheesesteak but didn’t feel like driving far to get one. I passed by this place the other day and figured, how bad could it be? I mean it doesn’t take much to make a decent cheesesteak like the ones you get at a mall food court, right? Well, I was wrong. I’m all for supporting small businesses, especially mom and pop shops that have a passion for what they do. But this place was uninspired and the quality of the food was terrible. It reminded me of a korean-owned snack shop you would find at a golf course or a swapmeet. A large mixed menu pulled together with costco bought ingredients and unoriginal execution. The quality of the meat was passable, but it was put on a crappy bread that you would find at the market, and clobbered with tons and tons of cheese. In fact, that was all you could taste. The wings were not good or bad, just standard frozen wings that were fried and tossed in sauce. The french fries tho were horrible. I don’t understand how frozen fries could taste that bad… maybe sitting in the freezer to long? The only redeeming quality is the price, but you really get what you pay for. I hate to be that guy, but buying frozen foods from costo and serving it in a container just does not cut it these days, even in Long Beach. They really need to focus on one or two items on the menu, and use fresh quality ingredients to make them stand out. If cheesesteaks are your thing, you should speak with a local baker to make you some decent rolls and reconsider the ingredients you put in there. Or even stuff them silly like Steak Depot in Hollywood, just to stand out a little. There aren’t too many options when it comes to cheesesteaks, especially in the immediate area. It’s really a shame that this place doesn’t strive to offer more.

WOW!!! This place is BOMBAY!!! I’ve tried lots & lots of wings before, but this place takes 1st place for Hot Wings. The meat is sooo juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. The seasoning~ OMG hit the spot. I love how they let us season our own fries on the side, so I can put as much or as little as I like. I also had the Philly Steak sandwich which was AAwesome! The meat was so soft and tender & it’s super cheesy just how I like it. Not to mention the price is really cheap!!! I’m definitely coming back to this place again for wings and the other stuff on the menu. Wing Lovers Gotta Try This Place~!!
