Can’t fault a guy for wanting to conduct business and earn a living, but a little respect, please?
Long Beach has a litter-​free program where a resident can order and put up a fence sign (or door hanger) that says «Stop No Advertisements» in both English and Spanish. Most of the time, Realtors will hire canvassers to do this, but this agent drops off the fliers himself.
Granted, the fliers are color, 5×8″ on say 24lb. bond, but the agent either doesn’t know the sign is posted (it is in plain sight on the gate, but it’s faded some so I ordered new ones) or chooses to ignore it. Back in the day, I’d save stuff like this and either drop it off or mail it back to their place of business. Well, these days since I don’t feel like wasting time and with the increases in postal rates, I’ll just post about it instead.
Thanks for showing me a listing I have no intention or ability to purchase and killing a tree in the process. Least this will end up in our recycling bin.
