Now I see why this place got the reviews that it did. Went here today because the better locations have been slammed for the holidays and this was my last resort. By far the worst looking apples I have ever purchased. The people in the store were not friendly even though I wanted to buy a ton of apples. Then when I asked how much they charge for the clear boxes, she replied they don’t have any clear boxes, bags only! So much for giving these away as gifts! Lastly, a young boy with as much enthusiasm as his mother(I’m assuming) checked me out. He wasn’t very nice either and could care less about being there. Needless to say, I won’t ever go back here and I certainly would not recommend this to anyone. I don’t foresee this location lasting.

lmaaaaao you should come here if you like ants all over your apples and shitty customer service. After the worker allowed 2 younger men skip me, I asked her this «Do you guys have any rocky road apples» «Um no»(with a tone that was almost like in stupid for even asking) «Okay what bitch did your fat ass eat them all?» Whaaaata joke to drive all the way to get a candy apple from here, standing outside looking in, all of the apples in the window had bugs crawling all over and inside the apple! Yummmmm :) If the manager is curious as too which worker it was giving me terrible attitude for asking questions: I went into your store on October 18, 2015 around 4 – 6 the other worker with glasses was actually pretty nice. It wasn’t her. You should put your rude worker in the back to wash the dishes.

If you love chocolate this is your place. They have everything a chocolate lover would want. Everything goes my weight and you can mix it up. My sister got some jelly beans and fudge. It was a bit expensive. Nice variety of Caramel Apples. I’m not a fan of Caramel Apples but they did look real good. It was a bit dirty and dusty in there though. There’s also a wall with little bears and small gifts that you can purchase.

They have a great variety of chocolate treats. Interesting fudge choices(toffee, oreo, etc.) as well as chocolate covered cupcakes, smores. Everything I’ve tried has been yummy, which I can’t say the same for other Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Stores.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is irresistible to the sweet tooth. Of course, they have chocolate, but they also offer candy apples, fudge, brittles, and more. Dark Chocolate Rocky Road was calling my mom’s name. The dark chocolate enrobed marshmallows and almonds for a decadent treat. We would have saved it for later but it would have melted on the walk back to the car. The low rating is for the customer service. The gal behind the counter talking with friends in Spanish and not really interested in actually serving guests that were coming in. There was a tourist in front of us. Not sure how long he was waiting before we got there. He wanted to ask questions about what was in the different chocolates. She answered one of his questions and then walked back to her friends to talk more. He finally gave up and just left. My mom really wanted some Rocky Road and it took us a while to get the gal’s attention again to come and serve us. Not sure I will be back in if I see this gal working. Update: The owner of the store contacted me today to find out more details on the incident. I love Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and that they care about their customer experiences. He was very apologetic about our experience and will follow-up on it. YEAH!

Store has dirty floors, counters, and nothing is priced if it’s not chocolate … so you have to try to find someone to ask. The cashier was clueless and I am thinking he was really new(or lets hope). Purchased a Monster carmel apple… it was really good.

Nothing special. The prices are quite high for what you get. Me and my sister will buy the pecan roll and split it. The pecan rolls are five dollars, which they say their candy is priced by weight? For the size they sure weigh a lot! It’s a good sugar fix when needed and they do have a big variety of sweets to choose from.

There are many differnet varieties of chocolates in this place. Since the chocolate pieces is expensive, I just get a Big Chocolate Chip Cookie. I was surprised that the cookie was good and soft.

Bad customer service, that sums it all. We’re a mix race family, Spanish and Asian. I’m not sure if we were profiled by the person who was working there but it seems that when we walked in, the worker there didn’t make eye contact, didn’t smile, very short on us and just very matter of fact. It was me, my two kids and their grandma. Unlike when you walk-in a business where their really appreciate you being there. This is completely opposite. You can feel the negative vibe. I could’ve given it a 1 star but I gave it a 2 star because they have my wife and kids favorite and their food is really good, no doubt.

I love sweets and when I want them, this is the closest chocolate-candy shop near my home. You can buy pieces of candy or chocolate and they also have stuffed animals for a last minute gift. I can’t just walk in here and buy just one candy apple, I had to buy two and share. I wish they sold pieces of this cause I really only need one slice of fruit and chocolate. And the chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite. Always. Can’t believe there aren’t more reviews about this place? It’s been here forever at Shoreline Village.

The pecan bars are amazing. I love dark chocolate and they have a large selection of it.

The sugar-free peanutbutter bucket was amazing! The peanut butter was so smooth… perfect sweetness. Lukewarm service is a hinderance.
