Beware. We had a bad experience trying to get a signature notarized. The staff didn’t understand a pension application document and was not willing to take the time. We subsequently went to the UPS store on Lakewood and Sterns where the store manager was willing and able to help.

The Chinese staff was RUDE!!! Using phone since I walk in the store, non stop texting and talking on her phone, I was wonder the owner allow employees doing this during work, ignore customer is really not Professional !!! AMAZING!!!
I honestly just went there the other day with my boyfriend. He had to get a project done. They close at 7 PM and the procrastinator that he is waited until the last minute to finish his graphic design project. He needed a special printer that most print shops do not even carry. We were desperate to make this place work.
We arrived at 6:45 PM as they were closing. The specialist who knows how to work that exact printer was not there. He had been at work since 7 AM that morning and already went home.
The owner– Marsha was the sweetest woman. We explained how important it was to get this printed tonight. He called Ronnie the specialist for the printer to try and walk through the process of printing it with my boyfriend.
Ronnie was explaining it to my boyfriend over the phone to help him get it done after he had been off work for an hour, the store was already closed and like I said he had been there since 7 AM. Out of no where Ronnie walks in and saves the day!!! Honestly it was such a weight lifted off our shoulders. He stayed until 8:30 PM to get my boyfriend’s project done. He would not accept us buying him dinner or anything.
It is so rare to meet people in the service industry who actually care, and I will forever be raving about this place and the people who helped us. They were incredible and I was SO touched by their service.

Place is RUDE!!! Disabilities and handicaps are NOT welcome. I have a service dog and the elderly lady with dark grey hair was so rude. Told me to get out! I explained that my dog is trained and a service dog. She said she «doesn’t care» and kicked me out. Do not go there for business if you want to support people like her. Bullies still exist. Humanity, not restored. Karma will come back for her.

I always come here if I need something to be printed quickly or for shipping. Ronnie, the manager, is always super nice and helpful and I have never had a problem. Great for people who run small businesses on 2nd street that need to have things printed and shipped efficiently!

I had tickets to the LA kings game. Trouble was my printer was on the blink. I called and found out they closed 15 minutes ago. They asked that I come down anyway and helped me out. Amazing staff. I got my tickets printed out and the Kings won the game. I would have been out of luck if it wasn’t for their kindness because the completion’s computers blocked the ticketing website I needed to visit to print out my tickets.

Had a box here for 10 years. Most of the staff has been here that long. They’ve always been pleasant and helpful to me. That said, they can be a bit short with some customers, seen it several times, usually when they are really busy. They also get quite busy and their prices are higher than normal. That said, it’s a couple blocks from my house and super convenient.

This place has come to my rescue more than a few times. Most recently they assisted me with a work project that a very specific and detail orientated client requested, that 5 people before them could not achieve. They responded to my request quickly and not one, but two people worked together to get it done for me after spending nearly two days getting it just right. In an incredibly stressful time for me and they made my life so much easier by their assistance not to mention friendly and patient the entire time. Great staff, great service, I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Perhaps I should have checked the reviews before I stopped in this place. As most everyone else mentioned, very rude staff. Couldn’t simply print a word document from a USB. Also, as dog friendly as Belmont Shore is, they asked me to tie my dog up on the light pole in the 90 degree heat!

New to the area. Do a lot of shipping. Was glad to see a Fedex authorized ship center in the Shore.
However, the first time I went there the (rude) middle aged woman at the counter wouldn’t give me a Fedex envelope for my prepaid shipping form unless I bought something else in the store. I thought that was weird but then I went back a month later and had the same thing happen with a (rude) middle aged man behind the counter. He wouldn’t give me a Fedex envelope unless I made a purchase (because I had a pre-​printed Fedex shipping invoice). He said «we don’t have supplies for that» (pointing to my preprinted shipping invoice) even though I could see the Fedex envelopes behind the counter.
I called Fedex to ask if this was their policy or if they gave leeway to their Authorized ShipCenters to have these kinds of rules and they said absolutely not. If you’re shipping via Fedex then you are entitled to all the free Fedex shipping envelopes and boxes you can use, at any location. The Fedex rep was very nice and said she would contact the store about their violation of Fedex policy.
Fedex is great (favorite shipping company).
I won’t visit Shore Business Center again (I will find a friendlier drop off location). I don’t need Shore Business Center’s rudeness; and certainly wouldn’t buy anything there after these experiences. Their lack of handing out a free envelope (which they got for free from Fedex themselves) cost them a customer for life.
