Sofi at 3rd

Please disregard the negative 1-​Star comment! Sofi is by far the best place I have lived in Long Beach. They have a great staff that’s always willing to help and work with you on any issues. They offer really competitive pricing for the area (feel free to compare, I did!). They have great amenities and you can’t beat the easy access to groceries stores, highway, and nightlife.

A NEW place we call home! My husband and I are extremely excited to join the Sofi at 3^rd community. La Tanya was absolutely fabulous and really sold us on the place. She was a joy to work with and made us feel right at home. Not to mention all the amazing amenities included and all the wonderful people that live in the building. We feel truly blessed! Thank you!

I have lived at the Sofi for over a year now and have always had a positive experienced. Doreen and Latonya are very friendly and always extremely helpful! Maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner, with quick access to make a request online or by phone. The amenities are phenomenal! Relaxing, heated pool and spa to enjoy, gym, rec room, roof top BBQ area, etc. With rents constantly on the rise in long beach, make sure you get what you are paying for! AC, secure parking, balconies, pet friendly, elevator access, vending machines, tons of washers/​dryers, and more!

LaTanya is so welcoming and helpful! Sofi at 3^rd is beautiful but LaTanya’s personality adds more! :)

Came in to Sofi at 3^rd for a tour after visiting many other properties in the area and was so impressed, I applied right after our tour. The apartment was beautifully upgraded, the amenities unbelievable and La Tanya (our leasing consultant) was absolutely AMAZING, so helpful and sweet! She even showed us the apartment a second time! Took the time to answer not just my questions but also my kids’ questions as well! Made us all feel right at home.

We were looking at apartments for days. We walked into Sofi at 3^rd St. and met Latanya. We were so impressed with the apartment, but her outgoing personality is really what sold us on this place. She really enjoys her job and you can tell she really loves this apartment complex and all the tenants. Thanks for a great experience.

I love how the staff uniforms are colored coordinated. They always dress professionally, however I think they should have casual days occasionally. Especially on Friday/​Weekends. Just my two cents.

LaTanya is the greatest! When I was looking for a place to live she was very helpful and showed me the premises promptly. This place seems like a hotel but it’s actually my home and it’s a great place to live. I got very lucky finding this place while apartment hunting.

SOFI at 3^rd is pretty good.
The staff is especially friendly and helpful. They really try to be so.
I recommend the place especially compared to others I checked out 12 years ago.

I lived at the Westerly now Sofi at 3^rd for a year and was happy with my experience. Any problems I had were quickly resolved by the property manager and the on site maintenance staff. Doreen the property manager is as good as it gets. She is extremely nice and on top of any questions and concerns any new residents would have. She definitely made the experience a good one. I would definitely recommend Sofi for any new residents. It is in a prime location for a ton of good restaurants and bars and it is really close to the fwy which makes commuting really easy.

The staff at Sofi at 3^rd is quite exceptional in the manner in which they resolve problems. Case in point, last week the deadbolt lock chamber came out of the mechanism and when I returned from shopping, I was locked out. I immediately reported to the manager’s office and to my surprise, Doreen was working late. Once she heard of my dilemma, she took swift action to get maintenance to remedy the problem. The response was quick and within a 15 minute timeframe, Gilbert replaced my deadbolt lock. Had these individuals not be on the job site after business hours, | would have not been able to enter my apartment. Keep in mind that I have been a resident here for 8 years and have experienced changes in management of this complex; however, by far, there is a constant that remains resident in these staff members. Kudos to Doreen, LaTanya, and Gilbert. These named individuals embrace the values and objectives of Sofi. I am taking this time to express my appreciation for the treatment that I receive here at Sofi. Corporate must be made aware how these individuals maintain the high ordeals and/​or objectives to assure the tenants’ issues are addressed in a timely and consistent manner. I am proud to say that I live at Sofi at 3^rd!
