I was referred to this office by my gastrointestinal doctor. I have been under their care since June with a chronic cough. Unfortunately on my first appointment I was told I needed a sleep study done for the cough. Because of the cough I have been unable to accomplish. During my first appointment I was left waiting for 67 minutes before I saw the doctor, he didn’t even listen to my lungs or anything. I spent 5 minutes with him and was dismissed. After 3 months of chronic coughing with no help, I was able to make an appointment again, but had to drive to San pedro and saw his partner. Let me just say I have been in the office 4 times, and never sent the same doctor twice. The office staff at the Long Beach office is completly incompetent. It takes me a lot to say this. Calls NEVER get returned, tests are ordered and never submitted to insurance, appointments for urgent situations cannot be made for 6 weeks out. Even when the doctor wants a follow up in 4 weeks, I had to wait 7 to see him. When complaints are made to the doctor during visits, they are dismissed. my health issue is still not resolved after 5 ½ months. Changing doctors and cutting losses. I would avoid them. If san pedro isn’t too far for you (it is for me) go there if you have no other doctor options.
