This place is very authentic. I tried their«Super Burrito» and fell in love. I am from Anaheim and occasionally drive to long beach just for that burrito! Four stars because they are also nice people.

This place has the best carne Asada tacos I’ve had… I just add cheese to them and there even better. The carne asada is cooked really well. Also try the sopa’s I think they make there own shells. There perfect not to hard way better then king taco. Very small place a great hole in the wall

Some truck drivers were raving about this place. Gave it a shot, twice. First time I had fish tacos. Good, not great, not bad. Second time I had the«super burrito» — carne asada. This was an excellent burrito($ 6). This place is not the cleanest, I wouldn’t go far out of my way for it, but if I’m in the area, I will definitely hit it up for that burrito.

I must admit, im a bit of a Unilocal snob, I wont go anywhere unless it has atleast 4 stars. SNOB. But, since I went here pre-yelp, I have a little sum’ to say. Now, you dont know a real hole in the wall, until youve been here. Its locals only, often packed. You find refinery workers, cops and truckers(hello single ladies?! kidding.) … theyre always on the move, so they know whats up. This is what a taco stop is supposed to be, tiny, yet welcoming and frickin’ delicious. I was surprised to see such low reviews, but I have come to the conclusion that, theyre both just cheap ;]. This place is not a sit down, they dont overcharge for their tacos and burritos, sooo they just cant hand out free chips. ya dig? i think, anywho… Before becoming vegetarian i would routinely stop in for a carne asada torta. I dont care what anyone says, ive never had better. I hadnt stopped by in about a year, until my bf wanted some cheap, good grub… I recommended this place. Now hes been there twice, in a week. They make decent chips and guac. so theres still something for me too :) wee!

food was okay, apparently they have different owners from the 4th st location and as such had different menu items and the asada burrito didn’t even taste anything like 4th st place, not that it was bad just not as good. the cabeza was really good, even. reason for the one star is this one employee was really rude. i paid for the meal with a card, she asked me if i wanted debit or credit. whenever i get this question i tell them ‘whichever’ because it doesn’t make a difference to me and i understand that sometimes one can cost a business more than the other. i leave it up to them so they can save money. this employee rung it up as debit, which charged me 50 cents. i asked her about it and she said: «oh all debit charges get 50 cents added on, you should have asked for credit» «…i told you whichever, i didn’t know there was a 50 cent charge for debit. you could have told me maybe?» «well you can just know that next time you come in.» there won’t be a next time.

This place is really good, they have some of the best asada, it is out of the world. Their salsa verde is off the hook but they charge something 2.50 for some chips and salsa, its messed up. Can get very crowded at lunch. really good, really greasy
