I’m not sure this place is still in business. I tried to schedule an appointment and no one answered or returned the call. Too bad. They were awesome and I’m clumsy.

Excellent service. I appreciated the follow-​up thank you note and screen protector they sent months after I used them to repair my iPhone 4 screen.

Got to work with Edwin on getting my Macbook Pro Screen replaced. He was obviously super busy, but still found the time to get it done over night. Truly dedicated, hard working, and easy to talk to. Quality of work was great, I could tell he pays attention to detail and my laptop looks as good as new. Really appreciated finding this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Started out with a cracked iPhone screen and ended up with them saving my laptop! I thought it was a sure junker, but they revived it– and made it faster & better!
You can go to any business and get things fixed, but Edwin & Marce genuinely wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and really took the time to explain everything to me. They were extremely nice & accommodating to my ridiculous schedule. Like I said, I couldn’t be happier to have found Tech Solutions!

WARNING: if you have a massive sweet tooth like me, beware, they have the best candy jar… ever. You may walk out with diabetes or a cavity or two! =)

I had broken my friend’s iPhone 4s (apparently their glass isn’t a big fan of 4 feet falls) and had to find a place to get it fixed fast and cheap. Did a bit of research for local companies they could help me out since I refuse to go to the Apple store and I found Tech Solutions. I was drawn right away because of the coupon offer but also because it was right around the corner from my house. Took the phone there and we was able to fix it in an hour for much less than I had seen in other places. Also, HE HAS A CANDY JAR! So i had to help myself to as many Now and Laters as I could handle. Great experience, would be my first go-​to for tech troubles.

My PC was CRAWLING with nasty, ugly viruses – to the point that it nearly completely shut down. An hour with some «remote online service company» was fruitless… oh, and BTW, I was using AVG Virus Protection (useless).
Anyway, I headed over to Tech Solutions, which had miraculously gotten all the data off a bad external hard drive (ouch!) when it crashed a couple of years back.
Edwin at Tech Solutions was cool, calm and friendly. Basically, it took him WAY more time than he had anticipated to rid my PC of all the hundreds of lurking viruses, Trojan Horses and especially bad registry errors that had accumulated!!! But I was not charged a penny more than agreed upon (which was cheaper than the «remote» people by far). He also installed a nifty antivirus program that should be way better than that lame AVG.
Edwin also called me regularly to give me updates, explain what he was doing, cleaning, repairing and debugging. He has pride in his work, and although it took longer than expected, I felt confident he was doing a great job on a really messed up and fugly PC. Now it runs great.
I’m bringing him another PC and a laptop, and am grateful to have a great PC (and Mac) technician who is thorough, honest, fair and easy to communicate with.

My boyfriend’s iPhone (which he now only uses as an iPod) had a loose ear phone jack. I called up a couple of places for a price quote. This was the only place that gave me an actual quote ($ 60) and where the guy who answered the phone didn’t sound like a creep. I brought the phone in a couple days later and Edwin did a bit of searching and said that he didn’t have the part and it was not available to be ordered. My immediate thought was, «thanks for nothing.» But then he said, «I can replace the back piece for you, which will include the jack since the back is cracked anyway.» That sounded good, but how much more would it cost? Nothing! It actually cost less than the quoted price. But how long would this take? About 20 minutes! What?! This could not be happening. More for less?!
So I left off the phone and did some other errands. I came back in about 1 hour and it was ready. It looked so pretty and new. Then he told me there was also a new battery since that was part of the new back piece. AHA! Here’s where the surprise price hike comes in! But, I was wrong again. It was still the cheaper price he told me when I brought the phone in.
I still cannot believe it. Edwin and his work are totally awesome. And he’s not snobby or condescending about the fact that he knows way more than you about your own stuff. I would definitely return.

In the past they have repaired my iPhone… and moved all of my apps to a second JailBroken iPhone that I use when traveling out side the US.
Just recently I purchased an older laptop from Tech Solutions that I use only with my Sling Box… I hook this to my TV in Thailand. Great job !!! Now I have home TV over the internet anywhere in the world.
This week I bought a new ASUS computer that Edwin, the Owner of Tech Solutions, recommented. I brought it to him when I was having trouble downloading my magicJack, Skype, and several other programs. Edwin took care of everything… all of my programs are running perfectly.
I’m not a techy guy, so I have to be able to count on someone to help me. Edwin at Tech Soutions is my tech man !!! …100% recommend Tech Solutions !!!

Tech solutions is a small techie store located in the east side of long beach, where inside this store lies the greatest tech mind ive ever met! Edwin!
edwin is the total guy to go for broken pcs, unlocking phones and all your tech solution needs.
the store also sells unlocked phones, pc peripherals, computer parts, computers, and etc…
the price is a reasonable one for buying unlock phones and pc/​laptop stuff…
when unlocking phones, its gonna cost you 40 on the spot and takes them little over 5 – 10 mins…
SERVICE IS ALSO A PLUS! you got 99 problems but a pc aint one! when your at tech solutions!
so what are you waiting for! come on over and get those phones unlock, get that pc working again, or just ask bring in a broken computer and they shall fix it!

My computer was running very slow it had a bunch of viruses. Saw this place tech-​solutions and dropped of my computer. They worked on my computer and now it’s up an running with no problems. Definitely recommend this place.
