Great service! On time! On the same day. Jessie was very personable. He fixed the problem even thou it was not the easy fix. The prices are super reasonable.

Had a clogged drain in my laundry room. Saw all the great reviews on Unilocal,so I decided to call them and give them a try. They responded quickly and had my drain unclogged in a matter of minutes. Would definitely refer them to anyone with plumbing problems. Reasonable prices!

This review is way overdue! We used the Drain guys when our water line from the city connection to our house ruptured on July 4^th weekend! Eddie came and saved the day… with an incredible crew. We couldn’t find any plumbers and saw their review on Unilocal.We contacted them and they came straight away and fixed the problem! We couldn’t be more grateful — we had some other plumbing issues and they fixed those during the same work order. Recently we had some minor plumbing problems and Eddie made sure we had a plumber right on site and fixed it in a jiffy!!! They are awesome.

The Drain Guys Plumbing & Rooter are the best plumbers hands down compared to any others in Los Angeles. They are fair priced, professional, efficient, prompt, extremely through and very friendly and nice. We had some major work done and I am very pleased with the results because everything is almost like brand new. I highly recommend you call Eddie and his guys first and save yourself time, money and peace of mind.

Quick service and reasonable prices. I ended up having a collapsed sewer pipe and they fixed it in a few days AND got the City involved to repair the main connection at the street AND repaired the driveway where the broken pipe had caused it to sink and crack. Best of these types of service providers I’ve ever used.

Robert came to my apartment and installed a water line so I could use the ice maker in the refrigerator. It was complex because there was no shut off valves he found a solution and did the job and I’m happy and it was reasonable in price. I would recommend this company for sure, and I would call them again.

I had a tonne of plumbing issues in my kitchen and outside the house. I called the Drain Guys and they were very quick to respond. Mike was the technician who came to take a look. He explained the problems clearly and then did an excellent job of fixing everything. Mike was fast, left the area clean, and was professional. We had a MAJOR plumbing problem in our home (backed up toilets and showers all at once) and it was an emergency situation. We called The Drain Guys after reading all their EXCELLENT reviews online and Eddie the owner picked up the phone on the 2^nd ring… I described the «water-​water every where» nightmare we were living in and no doubt he heard the panic-​desperation and hopelessness in my voice. He was very professional and reassuring that he could fix the problem and they would be at our front door in one hour. Eddie and his helper arrived on time and proceed to fix the clogged main line drain under the house. He had a big machine that had a camera so we could see the entire problem inside the main-​line pipe. He hydro flushed the clog and all the tree roots (that were causing all our troubles) right out the the other end of the 150 foot main-​line pipe. AMAZING job done everything was back to normal and now we were thinking here comes the shocking price that will require a second mortgage now. The price was so ridiculously low I had to sit down and read it out loud to him to make sure his math was correct… and it was. WOW this was a MAJOR job and it was only half the cost of all the other guys quotes we saw online. It is so nice to take a shower now with out flooding the bathroom floor and we have been flushing the all the toilets in the house again and again to make sure the nite-​mare is over… Ah the simple things in life! Eddie is on my cell phone speed dial now and soon to be on all my family and friends. Save a lot of time and tons of money and call «The Drain Guys» first you will glad you did.

After just owning my new home for less than 4 months, I had a water leak coming from underneath my kitchen sink. I called our home warranty company and they sent out the Drain Guys. I met with the technician Eddie who was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He scoped our lines with a camera that revealed we had a broken water pipe. He explained that we needed to replace the pipe at our expense (warranty did not cover repair since it was outside the foundation of our home), but that it wasn’t an immediate repair. He advised us to have it repaired within 1 year which gave us time to save up. He did suggest adding clean outs to our home to avoid any future water damage resulting from back ups. Eddie was courteous, honest, and thoroughly explained what we were watching on the camera. He answered all of our questions. We did pay for the clean outs at a very reasonable price. I never felt that he was trying to take advantage of us or sell us a repair we didn’t need. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Drain Guys and the customer service they provide. As a new owner, I have peace of mind knowing that I have an honest plumber I can trust. 5 stars all the way!!!

My home warranty sent The Drain Guys to help me with a leak. I had a leak in the drain pipe of my upstairs shower. Sam the tech showed up on time and assessed the repairs that would be needed. I needed a new P trap, WYE connector and shower pan connector. He then contacted my insurance and was told that my policy does not cover shower pans. As part of my warranty, emergency service is provided at $ 65. The rest of the repairs would be an additional cost to me directly.
The quote that Sam provided was for 2 hrs of labor plus parts. Total $ 2600 plus the $ 65 service fee which I would have to pay regardless. I figured there was at the most $ 50 worth of parts, the connectors, piping, trap, and even the glue that would be needed. That said, I am looking at $ 2550 for 2 hrs of labor. I don’t know about you, but i think that $ 1275 per hour is a little pricey for plumbing labor.
I called another plumber, and got a quote that was for P trap, WYE connector and shower pan connector, and 2 hrs of labor, identical to The Drain Guys quote, except for the total price. $ 400.
I sent both of the quotes to my home warranty and they said, «yes of course this is covered», it is not the shower pan it is the connectors and the p trap.
I am sure the work would have been fine, but i just can’t pay that much to someone for that work. That said I am seriously considering becoming a plumber if i can make $ 1000 per hour or more.

Eddie arrived and provided much needed information concerning my plumbing system. He assessed the problem… went above and beyond to fix it and provided additional info to ensure I protect my home from future damage/​expenses. I will most definitely use this service again. Thanks Eddie… you rock!

I had the best experience with these guys for my plumbing issue. A technician named Eddie came to fix my bathroom faucet and did a great job! He was courteous, polite, and very professional. I would definitely and specifically ask for him again if I have further plumbing issues!

Had a main line blockage and the first guys my home warranty sent snaked it the full 100 feet that they had. No dice, still clogged.
After I finished and informed the home warranty company, they sent The Drain Guys. Sam even came that very same night and gave me the rundown. I told him that I wanted to consider the work first and we’d connect the next day. Next morning he came with his supervisor and another guy. They diagnosed the problem real fast: roots. Home warranty threw their hands up at that point and The Drain Guys hydrojetted and were done in no time. Very professional and a pleasure to chat with while they worked. I’ll definitely keep them in mind when these Lakewood tree roots ruin another new homeowner’s main lines. Thanks guys!

Very professional, fast and courteous. Had a small leak, that turned into a big one, under the house. Called on a Sunday, and scheduled for someone to come out Monday at the first available opening. Received a call to let us know that he was on his way, and not even 15 min after, he was here. Fixed the problem in about an hour, and the charges for the repair were very reasonable. I will definitely be using the Drain Guys in the future, and recommending them to my friends, and family.

So our water heater decided to die at 830pm on a Sunday (ugh). We checked Unilocal for local plumbers and called for quotes. The Drain Guys were about $ 200 less than their competitors and the person we spoke with on the phone was very helpful and courteous. We were able to get a new water heater installed (along with a new pipe connection — double ugh!) the next morning.
We were very impressed with the customer service and knowledgeable staff. The plumber (Danny) arrived on time, was super friendly and worked quick and efficiently. We paid via CC and was mailed a receipt a couple days after. Most importantly, we don’t feel as if we got ripped off (which is usually the case with emergency repairs such as this).
Great service all around! We will definitely use The Drain Guys next time (though we hope it won’t be for a long, long while!).

So thankful for this business and it’s prompt emergency service at 8:30 pm. The technician was Eddie and he was fantastic. He made sure the drain was opened and cleared out all the tree roots. All this just having a flashlight! Eddie is amazing. I am definitely going to keep all the info for this business so I will have a round the clock plumber. I highly recommend this company for drain problems and stoppages. They were very reasonably priced and fair.

Best service with high sense of professionalism! Had a slab leak under the concrete, called the drain guys where the super star «William» and another gentlemen showed up and tackled the leak in an hour and half.
Renee called to follow up and sent me a gas gift card after! What a great service.

The dental floss on the edge of the sink spilled right down the toilet in mid-​flush. After that, we tried several things on our own which I don’t recommend. After breaking a plunger and scratching the bowl with a snake, I called Eddie.
Found a coupon in Valpak for $ 59 special for unclogging service. His tech William came out was clean, courteous and professional.
He tried to vacuum it out and then brought in the auger and VOILA! We had out toilet back. No costly replacement.
