The firm’s personal injury practice focuses on all varieties of injury related civil litigation, with a special emphasis on auto collisions. In over thirty years of practice, our firm has consistently delivered settlements and verdicts which compensate our clients for property damage, medical expenses and pain and suffering associated with injuries caused by the wrongful act of another.

Our criminal defense attorneys focus on both criminal trials and appeals. We have successfully defended numerous clients at trial with multiple acquittals, and had previous judgments vacated and dismissed. Our criminal practice includes DUI defense as well as complex felony representation.

Our Estate Planning attorney is among the most experienced probate attorney’s in California, assisting clients in creating estate plans to avoid costly family disputes in the future.

History

Established in 1965.

The Law Offices of Allmeroth, Garner and Fly, along with our predecessor law firm, Garner, Zahn and Allmeroth have been located in our current offices on Seventh Street in Long Beach since attorneys Victor Zahn and Dwight Garner relocated their practice from Atlantic Avenue in 1970. Mr. Allmeroth joined the firm as a partner in 1981, and Mr. Fly joined the firm as a partner in 2010.

We continue to serve some of our original clients’ families with their legal needs in personal injury, wills and trusts and criminal defense. As the Long Beach community grows and changes, we too have changed along with the city. We welcome the chance to meet our neighbors, both old and new.
