Grant, definitely made a positive impact in my life. He not only took care of the issue I had but he took the time to listen to me and make sure I understood the following steps at all times. Most attorneys close a case and move on. NOT Grant he followed up with me and kept me on my toes.

My husband and I have sought out the legal services of Grant Bettencourt a few times now over the past few years. We were referred by a mutual friend that had nothing but nice and hopeful things to say about the law office. I was very inexperienced with the California legal system especially when it came to family court and didn’t have a clue on what to expect when we were trying to file for full custody on my step children. Thanks to Grant’s experience, professionalism, knowledge, dedication and patience (with having to explain and re explain and sometimes dumb it down for me to understand) lol he has made a horrible situation into something that is manageable and it allows us to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Grant has been my lawyer for several years now and has helped me get through the toughest of situations. Even though his primary specialty is not child custody issues he has been nothing but superior regarding child custody in regards to what has been going on in my situation. I’m not the easiest to work with and don’t always see the direction and plan that grant has laid out but he has not once let me down. He is a straight shooter and tells you what you need to hear and not necessarily what you always want to hear and its very rare to find a lawyer like that let alone a human being. I’ve grown to respect him as a lawyer and a friend. I highly recommend grant for any situation you might have.

I’ve gone to Grant a number of times in the last couple of years with legal issues and he’s been the most supportive attorney ever. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, and extremely kind. This is the second time I have needed Mr. Bettencourt’s help with a legal matter. Needing a lawyer is never a good thing, but I trusted Mr. Bettencourt before so he was the first person I thought of when a family member got in trouble with the law and we needed to hire an attorney. An assault charge causing bodily injury is nothing to take lightly. Mr. Bettencourt called me back right away. His concern was obvious and he assured me my relative would be well taken care of. He went over all the charges and what they meant, told me what to expect and how to proceed. I felt so much better after our hour long conversation. Mr. Bettencourt really cares about his clients. He wants to do a good job and it shows with his dedication and patience. We are still in the legal process, but I know that calling the law office of Grant Bettencourt was the right thing to do. No offense to Mr. Bettencourt, but I hope I don’t need his advice again.
