We have been working with The Property Management Connection for going on 2 years and have been extremely satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. They do a great job of getting vacancies rented with well qualified tenants and take great care of the building! Prior to working with TPMC we managed the apartments ourselves and I thought we would see a drop in net income because of their fees. Instead, our net INCREASED as they have done a far better job of keeping turnover down. We wish we had found them before we did but happy we have them now!

The Property Management Connection has been an excellent and high quality company. Their manager Maria is in constant contact with me and as a new property owner, this is a highly desired trait. I would highly recommend them to any new or experienced landlords that do not have the necessary time available to manage their own property. Please do not let the negative reviews sway you on this company. They have truly been an invaluable asset to my family.

One of the most disorganized businesses I have ever come in contact with. Total lack of communication and never have any answers when trying to problem solve. I have had an ongoing issue for almost a year with trying to clear up a financial discrepancy. Maintenance requests are only responded to after threatening to get the board of health involved. I would only recommend them to my worst enemy. Nothing but a constant headache and continual frustration.

Updated review for this business. I have given them numerous chances to clean up the fuzzy math and start a line of communication. FAIL! I have sent mail after mail asking for clarification on a statement that only an accountant can comprehend. FAIL! The office manager Maria has been great trying to mend fences and keep communication going, but the owner just keeps taking my money. There are so many questionable charges for which I was never consulted that my head is spinning. Their accountant only works with the numbers that he has been given! I am near foreclosure due to this property management company. They know I am a retired teacher living overseas and volunteering with refugees in crisis. I regret that I trusted them with my most valuable possession that I worked my whole life to have. I will be putting the house on the market soon. Very depressed. Feeling taken for a long ride.
