I called and left a message over the holidays for a quote. Ken called me back promptly and gave me an estimate. I only have a 4 lb chihuahua but a pet is a pet. I really didn’t think he would be able to restore the Carper but I was wrong! He brought the carpet back to its original form! I highly recommend this guy. Rates are good, service is prompt! Too bad there are only 5 stars because he definitely deserves more.

Professional, punctual and affordable! I’ve been using Rug Scrubbers for about 5 years and I am a satisfied customer. Ken (the owner) takes your calls and works with your schedule. They have deep cleaned my carpets, cleaned & refinished my hardwood floors and deep cleaned my tile.

I have used Ken’s service for the last 5 years and cannot tell you how invaluable he has been to me. Ken takes reservations over the phone or via email and is always prompt as well as honest. I rent out my condo for the summer and Ken has always cleaned the carpets in between each new tenant on each day and at each time that I requested. He will tell you exactly what needs to be done and quote an affordable price. I highly recommend his service to ANYONE who needs to have carpet cleaned as well as upholstery. Two thumbs up!

I own several dogs and cats and my carpets require a lot of maintenance. I have tried several carpet cleaners who were more concerned about how much money they can get from me than they were in actually cleaning my carpets. I came across The Rug Scrubber through a friend of a friend. When I contacted them for an appointment they were very professional in making it. They also told me how I could save money by doing my own vacuuming of my carpets and moving selected furniture prior to their arrival. I knew right then that The Rug Scrubber was there to help me. After they cleaned my carpets without any hidden charges my wife and I were amazed at how beautiful they looked. BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN.
